Hi guys how are you, i hope you are okay. I want to share my psychological and mental problems that i facing with them nowadays. You know i am from turkey and i am living in kahramanmaraş (the city that happened earthquake). I have scare and trauma about this, lets talk about my 6 months story: I am living with my family and i born in kahramanmaraş, we had nice living here and city is very nice too before earthquake happened. That day was my father’s birthday and its 1 week before of my birthday too, that experiance was horrible, i cant explain it with words, even our building is not have any damage it was like gondola(idk the exact name just used translate, i am talking about shaking little ship) in amusement park or a ship that on the very wavy ocean. After that (luckily none of my relatives died just sadly 2-3 my friend died 😢) we are in everywhere for 1 weeks, its like twd or movies everyone is trying to take everything on stores and markets, we saw a lot of fires too some buildings catch fire. Anyways after that we moved to Ankara for 4 months we dont have any there and i love that city btw. Then we finally come back to our homeland maraş we stay for a week on my grandpsrents because of our home having renovation. When we moved to our house my problems started: i dont have any scare in mornings but i am having problems at nights, i cant sleep, i am remembering what happened, thinking that will be happen again ? (i am having issues at nights because earthquake happened night so i remember it) and some other things. I cant share this with my family so i want to share with you because you are my friends and you can understand my situation (i dont mean that my family cant understand me they love me so much and i love them so much too but you know sometimes you cat share everything with them). If you have an suggestion about this please say it and sorry if i take your time (probably most of people doesnt even read that btw).

I want to share that with you because maybe i will feel more relaxed and more comfortable.
