There is no way for the bus to turn, if you may notice the road on the bottom left is connected to other neighborhood cities which do cars don't turn from that point
Also stations are listed from the nearest to farther, bus can only go to the one nearest station but there's no way it can reach the second one due to its no way for it to turn
