Here are my ideas for it

1. Some pedestrian paths will be 1 tile large, but most of them will be thinner and there will be different styles of it (concrete, stone, wooden, dirt path, etc.)
2. Buildings won't spawn them, just some spawners
3. Special bridge frames for all pedestrian roads
4. Diagonal support

5. And maybe pedestrian related road decos
