Green = Some noise for add realism and texture
Red = A flat wall, can be useful in some cases, but is bad when you will make irregular textures (Like bricks, sand, etc)

Blighted houses decoration. An extra plugin in case to add in ghetto or make a post-apocalyptic scenario for your city. Doesn't make sense to add it as residential (even being houses), because they are abandoned.
