How make plugins on smartphone?

I just use PC because:

I dont have a phone right now
Even if my old phone still in function, it is s l o w

You can use Pixly (For graphics) and some JSON editor (For code)

#

If you will use PC, then you can use Piskel, paint.net, Microsoft Paint, or some drawing software that allows you to disable Anti-Aliasing (I use CSP, but it cost money), for JSON you can use Notepad++ (I think you will need install a plugin to make Notepad++ read JSONs files), Visual Studio Code (I think Visual Studio 2019 will work too but it is heavy), then you can transport your plugin to the phone/tablet/android device via USB, some cloud storage service (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc), or if you have the Steam/Amazon (?) version for PC, you can go to the game files and put your plugin in "Plugins" folder and start the game

*As far I know, Gimp and Krita are available in Linux, but Im not sure how works since I dont have a Linux computer, and the compatibility in linux is.... weird? Idk, but I decided to not write about linux for my low knowledge
