In all fairness, I'd actually wanted the vanilla game to have a legit alien invasion, like, once you down a UFO it would spawn aliens (much like protesters but with mechs) that shoots buildings (causes fire, and radioactive waste when destroyed) and you have to deploy the military to deal with them, you can actually see the tanks fire at the alien mechs and vise versa, until the invasion is de-escalated, next would be deploying the fire brigade to deal with the aftermath

but when I set it as a "bus stop" it crashes the game

I never liked the default elevated train, it uses the monorail plugin, from my point of view it looks more complete

The urban elevated train was initially a plugin but was encoded into the game

it uses an entirely different type of rail than the monorail

the Monorail plugin if I'm not mistaken use the typical rail type while the elevated trains use a unique type of elevated rail

I'm sorry I don't think I understand what you're saying. But from what I understood from what you said, elevated rails are now a form of road just like the typical rail because of the recent updates. While that is true, it is still a different form of road that cannot merge with other roads

That being said, I could make another version that would be compatible with your regular rail, but it would take a lot more time that I honestly don't think I have

so for now I'm working on elevated rail and experimenting on it for as long as I can without sacrificing my academic performance
