Downloading a plugin from the forum is simple. You just need to put the files in the plugin folder. If the game doesn't give you an error then it should work, the only issue is that most of the plugins from the forum don't "appear" in the plugin category in the toolbox but they do in fact appear in the toolbox you just need to find them manually. For example: You just downloaded a landmark plugin and where do you look for it? The landmark category of course.
