So if you want to do that on the surface of your asset first paint the building a solid color then on another layer grab a picture of a landscape you want then alpha lock or clip through the area you want to show reflection then play around the opacity

etc. i won't do the maths for the rest rn but i'd be surprised if they weren't the same. if a tile were 13 by 13 metres, i.e. 0.013 by 0.013 kilometres:

small: 32x32 tiles; (32*0.013)^2 = 0.173056 sq km, rounded to 2 s.f. = 0.17 sq km
medium: 64x64 tiles; (64*0.013)^2 = 0.692224 sq km, rounded to 2 s.f. = 0.69 sq km
