If we suppose a building is 300 pixels tall. Now divide those same 300 by 1.7

Be careful because the trunk will also change color a little. I recommend starting with yellow because it offers more possibilities, the worst color to start with is very dark green

You just need to change three settings as you wish. I recommend changing them to the same percentages for all your trees to avoid some becoming too dark or saturated unless you are looking for more difference.
