Means no matter how road rail is, the road deco will only be like 1 looking, but that also means that piece will not be rotation aware (which might not be a issue)

you could use shadow layers to put on top, in order to change the contrast without affecting the noise and the colors. But it is especially a building too complex to make quite basic shadow layers

Also I don't really understand why it should have rotation frames, people will just have to build it as it is. I just don't agree when it doesn't match the orientation of a neighboring building that was made in plugin, but you are making the station perpendicular to the cathedral in the right direction (at least if it wasn't diagonal)
