More than noise you need to give depth to certain areas with some light and shadows, because even though it looks good u can see that everything is flat.

So just try it with the pencil at 15%/25% opacity and I'm sure you'll see an immediate improvement.

For the roof, if it bothers you that it looks empty, my recommendation is that depending on what type of building it is (residential, commercial or industrial) just put details based on that, u can check the world texture for ideas, or even roof decos that u have seen here. Normally it is an access to the terrace, AC units, etc.
