My method was dividing the image size by 40

For example:
1600 ÷ 40 = 40 (width)
720 ÷ 40 = 18 (height)

So, overall, the image size is 40×18

@lunar snow this is somewhat a prime example of what i am talkin about. Voxels of Red alert 2 has the look of 2d pixel whilst having the technicality of 3d however this only applies to any vehicles as buildings uses php file while infantries seems to use gif pixel art but in php file.

Something did weird with i13 road, yesterday i downloaded the new version, while still having the old one, and it perfectly worked, i started game about 5 times, and just a few minutes i had a error, like coding thing, but not override, i just removed the old i13 road in my files, restarted game, and it works, the roads are not even removed in cities

I've used one of these before, back when the C&C Remaster Collection was hot so in celebration of the release i made the Mammoth Tank HOWEVER... I made a huge mistake of overwriting the file so all progress was ultimately gone.

I just realized what this means. No, i did not do much about it. You see, when resizing images using normal means. There are glow or fading artifacts in the edges of the image so i just used Piskel, pixel art program for pc, then just forcefully resize it there. The artifacts from the edges would disappear and the image is just got shrunken, no sophisticated editing involved.
