Yeah me too when I had 20k it plummeted since there was no power which ment no water even though the city was only using 11%!So I had to build 4 Nuclear power plants and 4 turbines to stop it then I got the fusion plant which gave a massive 360000mw so problem solved

Kamikazi, i tried that. I developed industrial and commercial. But still not increasing. The counter is stuck. The buildings are upgrading to ttt level. And they have capacity of 900+ residents and like that over 50 building like that exist. So idefunetely think this is a real bug

I don't know why but in my most recent city the population of TTT housing is only growing at increments of 100 per ingame day, and before (using the same vanilla buildings and providing the same quality of services) it was growing much faster. Any ideas?

I guess is that there are barely new buldings getting upgraded and the existing builds are getting filled up, causing the population growth to be stagnant

In that case, you might want to use the new "occupation group" tag for road deco
It allows for fun to interact with decorations correctly in the same group
Alternatively, you could specify the index when building/removing road decoration, although might be more janky.
