Every time I load up the game, the central city has a plus mark, and once I unlock the tile I have to bulldoze my own city, which I've spent around 80 gems on

The tree cutters are notorious for causing lag. This is mainly due to it's nature of searching for positions every day, so multiple can make your game lag like hell..

Fun attribute might be used for that and might control other complex functions. Lua can be used as well and it allows even more complex actions.

I just encountered a game crippling bug, no animations, no cars, no auto build, no population rise/decline. I tried multiples ways to fix it and it stayed. Only animations that would work are button animations, if i play time at any speed, building, car, plane, train, tram etc doesnt work.

Hey, emergency vehicles are having problems where the call-out expires immediately, so the emergency vehicle never gets deployed.
I think its because the call-out for emergency vehicles has no minimum expire time, so the ambulance/police/firetruck doesn't get out of its station.
This has been with us for quite some time now, so I'm wondering if emergency vehicles not leaving their station is a bug or feature.

Emergency markers should disappear when a vehicle reached it and there is nothing to do, automatically after finished action or when there is no way to the marker.

Even if there is a clear path, i.e going straight on a country road, the marker disappears as soon as I place it down and the emergency vehicle runs off, or doesn't get deployed at all.
If I could find a way to get video, I would show it.

I have found a game breaking bug, when i go and make buildings untouchable, after a few times, the game will crash, then i will have to do it all other again, then it crashes again, I've disabled all my unnecasary (idk how to spell that, not fluent in English fully yet), I've closed all my apps and freed up 2gb worth of space, tried again, game still crashes, game is impossible to play now, even when not changing then to be untouchable, it still crashes, i have a high end mobile device, it is a personally modified alcatel 1X from New Zealand, where i live, from The Warehouse which i have upgraded this phone to have a BETTER gpu, a BETTER memory card and heat control, and yet theotown is still crashing, it isnt internet related, its most likely related to packages being sent to a server about the mass amount of building settings being changed, please fox ASAP as the game is impossible to play, i play on 1.8.27A i, the latest Google play nets update, Google play games is up to date, so are my device updates, but theotown is still crashing

Hi all, Iโm having overheating issues with TheoTown on my 12.9 inch iPad Pro (2018). I open the game up, my iPad gets really hot to the touch then cools down when I close the app. The same thing happened a second time, confirming itโs a Theotown issue.
It doesnโt happen with any other games Iโm playing tonight.
The my Theotown app is fully updated in the App Store. (Version 1.8.30)

Theotown tends to put in 100% the CPU and some GPU (Aproximately, on mobile), and since Theotown use a custom engine (I dont remember the name, lol) more optimizations can be very difficult
I use a K8 2016, = 60 - 80ยฐ (And battery dead, overheating, in some cases)

So basically what happened is I launched a DSA rocket but it failed(or whatever the term is) and turned into a meteor that destroyed a part of my city. I rebuilt it and disabled autosave so it wouldn't save my city if it happened again. I launched a DSA rocket again but it failed again and turned into a meteor, again. But since autosave is off I exited the app and went back in to my city pre second meteor strike. But the problem is, when I tried to launch it again the rocket didn't go on the platform and get sent into the abyss, instead, nothing happened, I waited but to no avail. It's a pretty small thing though I could just make another DSA base in another city but I find this weird.

If your game is restarting while multitasking, it means that your phone doesn't have enough memory to keep it loaded AFAIK
So that's probably not an issue with the game
