@high dawn if you use avenues or one way roads, check if any of them were built incorrectly. I had a similar problem with my city, until I realised that some of the avenues were built incorrectly.

It has a fee system if you have to "export" prisoners by not having a prison or enough room in it. Once you get a prison built to hold them you'll be fine

Like, 1 music is playing, than another is playing too, and start going crazy. I turned of the music on setting, it wasn't work. I get out from the game use mid button but it's just make it worse. My phone out of control, the keep playing random. But when close the game it is disappear but it happens again evertime I turn on the music via game setting

I dont think they would make it so if they dont have water the textures for most of the building would change so their is no water within it

If you're having performance problems, don't zoom out so far, keep shaders/animations/etc off, and turn down the traffic volume

The traffic volume probably has the biggest effect in performance

Especially if you have a weak cpu

Fire Department incompetence - The emergency sign of the firetruck disappears and causes the firetrucks to disperse without removing the fire
