Weirdly enough, going into Win Defender virus history doesnt show anything, so I cant even temporally add the file to a whitelist

You device probably ran out RAM when making the screenshot and crashed. It's very likely the image got corrupted when the game crashes, thus the "unsupported media" error

Yeah devices wont be able to run too many applivations at the same time. It uses memory. Specifically RAM or random access memory.
Think of it like a brain.

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

▪︎ Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/
Reinstalling the game for Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller.

Alternatively, you can access the files through in-built TheoTown file manager, accessible through the in-game menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

@left flower java is actually provided by TheoTown itself, however it not always necessarily works for specific use cases. That's why we recommend you install 64-bit Java. The restart is then needed to update system path variable, otherwise the game still uses it's own Java.
