Its a bit time consuming at first but youll get a hold of it quickly
I recommend using invisible roads first for intersections
-# (maybe normal roadways too but thats a bit unnecessary imo, tho theyre def useful if you want to make a non-asphalt roads and such)
And also just learning through trial and error—try spending time placing things and see what fits and what doesnt

How each region is separated:

• I separate them according to biomes. Example: Odayi region is the green part in that large island (Teecuj), while Nasip takes the desert biome.

i can help you with that, First of all fix your road and adjust every detail on your road so your city will not be in traffic and to be honest i really like the way your city is but the thing i don't like about it is the buildings you put it more like a mess to my eyes but you can adjust that thing, and first of all when you build a city you must think about the layouts and you must think about where to put your skylines and buildings.
