Well, I did a bit of research before actually building a city like that. Since my city is, I guess, trying to replicate "what a North American city would look like," I decided to see, for example, how cities like Toronto and Vancouver are built, how they are zoned, and stuff like that.

So, basically, I just used plugins and buildings that looked American and passed for the vibe and stuff.

I mean, I'm not a professional myself; my previous cities were a whole lot worse, haha. But for this, I mapped the roads first, and I built the suburbs first, then made the downtown. The trees, I mean, I use the brush tool of a bunch of selected trees. And yeah, it's also on the phone.
