A few more medium rise apartments would help the city look less “jumpy”
It also might look nicer if you separate areas into clear districts like a financial zone, a residential zone, a cultural area, etc
You could clean up the road layout by having a clearer hierarchy highways, then big avenues, then smaller streets
Maybe spread out the landmarks a bit so they stand out more
