This game is amazingly fun and I enjoy both the pixelated art style, and the fact that I can play this game at home and around the globe, but I have to ask, as a starting player is there any way I can connect cities I have made? Not the "story" cities but just random cities I generate the land for and build up from nothing.

I only use the new UI nowadays because there are some really cool plug-ins out there I like to use, but they use TONS of sub-categories, which clutters up the old UI really badly because it doesn't support those sub-categories

I think a better solution to this problem would be to open up the new UI a bit by allowing more than just one row of categories/items on screen at once
