on the forum, you can download usually zipfiles containing plugins

once downloaded, you move that zip file, in a file manager, to Theotown>Plugins

there, you extract/unzip the zipfile

I hope Lobby put less pricing on IAPs if he is releasing it soon, maybe at 1€(which is about rm4.50) or 2€(rm9.49), because I could afford that and pay with mobile prepaid billing. I would still buy it at 3€(rm14.95). The low the price of IAP, the more players would buy it. It encourages them to spend money because hey, its cheap :)

Also if you want more players to purchase IAPs on landmarks, for example, get rid of the time limit or make it longer, for example maybe for one month.
I missed the chance to buy Landmarks II because of the time limit, please scrap time limits or make it longer (1 months instead of less than 1 week).
