A (please don't get upset) third world revolution challenge would be an idea , starting out near a river and having to work with the water and agriculture , on hard mode and hopefully some idea towards simulating the harsh economic problems found in many.

The one with the large multicoloured images is what you click after clicking your city name in-game, then you will see 'difficulty' __ (easy medium hard) and then a button that looks like a wizard, you tap that and it let's you go to sandbox if you wish , but lemme make sure I'm saying this right since I normally don't edit a city difficulty after making it. Also you can go to the main initial menu when you boot up the game, tap new, and tap sandbox for difficulty, but it won't show on your regional map, it will save in another file, where you can start the game up and tap load city to play it from then on

If I'm right just make a harbor near water using the colour variety crate cranes and I think they work that easily...if not make a second and boom. If this doesn't work then I'm sad because I put enthusiasm in it

Build menus I think though you can also if I'm right make a harbor zone but I use the debug mode single building selection screen these days , I also believe you need to have a high industrial demand as each house 100-150? Or so workers, my say is if you don't want to wait then turn on debug in settings and use the single building selection to plop some nice harbor pieces down :3

Yes. The game used to load within 15 seconds, i never properly timed it. But it was reasonably fast. It's been, what, 10, 15 minutes now? I'd say its properly stuck.
