honestly, what can they really do on that regard? the instant a game like this where you have numbers, where you deal damage etc, you will always have more optimal options that result in quicker completion, while forgoing healing aspects when possible or at the very least, putting them on minimal use

Tbh my thought has always been to remove abilities from non-healers that do healing so it is solely the domain of your healers. Give each non-healer a small self heal on a medium length cd so they can save themselves once from mess up every now and then but that's it. But I quit healing back in EDW, so I no longer have any horse in that race.
But the general solution would be to make healing more relevant and force healers to do it more so it can be optimized away less. However that is accomplished.

either way, it's the same as trolls. if you give them any attention then you incentivize them to do it further so that they get more attention again in the future. if you simply ignore them you disincentivize them because they've exerted effort but gotten no reward for it. do that enough and they'll grow bored and quit.
