I propose that, perhaps, a 6v3 shouldn't be possible. and in fact, there should only ever be a player number difference of one on each team. such as, 2v3, or 5v4, or 5v6. but not 4v6, or 3v1, or 3 player difference, such as what happened here. please, make it so people can't join a team that already has more players than the other team.

and the only thing that it takes for a 6v3 to happen, based off what you say, is someone leaving. that's wrong. that's something that should be changed. only a difference of one, should be allowed.
this way people can't join the "winning team" to get a free wing, this way people get distributed as evenly as possible, and it should not be brushed off.

some time ago the devs have introduced a feature that when this happens some players get transferred to the other team to rebalance the match, but after 2-3 weeks this feature disappeared, thats because clan members didn't like that
