It could do splash damage to other players nearby like a granade but only if you hit someone and not the floor it would also give birth to New weapon consepts and ideas

Also its hitscan beacause oh god the rpg is buggy

If you hit an enemy and someone is next to him he will also get damage but if you shoot at the ground and someone stand next to the spot you shot at he will not take damage

So you cant spam it on the floor

I think he’s just saying that so it’s not to over powered but if it did come out I’m sure you could shoot the floor next to someone and it does damage
