Fix the team balancing to make matches more fair. We keep getting into situations where one team has 4 people to 5 people, and the other team has 2 and if they're lucky in the case of a 5 player count on the opposite team, 3.

This cannot and should not continue as it makes the game more difficult and more so for the less experienced players, and makes the game less enjoyable to play in general. We off course cannot fix the issue of team imbalances due to players leaving, as it is natural for players already in the match to leave for whatever reasons they may have, but we can fix the team imbalances of players joining in the match.

The primary thing that I have noticed that plays a role is multiple players joining at once. At previous versions of the game, primary when the game was on mobile only, it was harder for the player to do so, tho not impossible. Now as for me at least, I have noticed that it is more easier to do so. So I'm proposing 2 solutions for this issue: 1 is to make it harder for multiple players to join in one team at once, and to implement a stricter system where if there's 2 people on team A, and there's 1 on team B, you can't team A, and be forced to join team B for balancing purposes.

Another solution for this problem, tho I'm doubtful that the community will accept an overhanded tactic is "forced team-balance". Anyone who has played TF2 will remember whenever one side gets too low in terms of player count comparted to the opposition, the game will pick a random player from the other side to fill in the gap of the team whose low in player count, thus making the teams more balanced in terms of player count. There is a problem in this where a player will get sent to the other team when the match is about to end, thus making that player lose the match, So I have a solution to address this potential problem: For modes like Team Deathmatch and Flag Capture, the team auto-balance cannot be used during the last 1 min or 30 secs of the match.

I have a screenshot of a number of players on each team from a match I was in, and it shows how devastating this problem can be. Admittingly the 5th player on team A only joined since team B had a 3rd player, however before that 3rd player joined, it was a 4v2 match.

I hope that my suggestions are worth considering, and thank you for reading this mini essay of a suggestion.

Theres no need to or way to fix the balancing, the game itself will already not let you join the team if it has 2 more players than the other team, the only reason we end up in situations where one team has 6 people while the other team has 2 is because the team with 6 players ended up taking a fat dump on the other team and half of them rage quit

As my suggestion has stated before, one way of correcting the imbalance is with auto-rebalance were a random player is sent over to cover the missing slots of the other team.

And while it did so in the past, now the game will let 3 people in at once with the only other player on the other side. I'm not sure if you have experienced this or not, however I have seen and suffer through it many times, and I am certain that many other has experienced it, or has seen it take place once while playing the game.
