can’t pick up some weapons and some glitch in hand

I play on PSVR and sometimes I can’t pick up weapons with the tele power. For the swords that can be picked up if I were to un grip them and re grip my hand would be holding it like a tooth pick. This only happens with some long swords for some reason.
