If you punch an undead enemy near the center of their chest, you would be able to punch through it. Maybe if it's a possibility even pulling out a heart, and on normal enemies it would just do extra damage or make them stumble.

though maybe punching the heart would do extra damage and maybe even knock them out for a sec would be cool
