Is it the black bar?
Turn off power saving mode
On the Quest
i'm on pcvr
and it's not a black bar
it's really strange
someone probably has footage of it
Is it not reminense of screen shake?
Are you recording from rock cam directly? Because I know the on monitor detached preview still reacts to head movement for some reason
im recording the monitor preview with obs
Yeah that happens with monitor preview
Wait is this like the clip that I think Sky got earlier?
Though this isn’t the new update I just realized.
Do you have a clip of the bug?
No, it's existed since rock cam was a thing.
-# I rarely use rock cam so I don't have a clip of it
Assuming thats a rock cam recording with moniter preview, your monitor always has your first person veiw in the background, with whatever you tell the rock cam to record pasted on top. For some reason, the video its supposed to be playing sometimes squishes with lag or movement. Revealing the first person video behind it
Ok, Ive been dealing with this for the last 2 weeks using freeze frame windows over my footage
its linked to the players direction
if you rapidly turn around rock cams static footage gets a little warp
whatt the player turning around changes the rock cam output????
I'm pretty sure it's a world space texture in front of your camera
mismatched updates make it do that
💀
I wonder if legacy cam on or off makes a difference

It was happening to me unmodded too, without legacy cam being active. Even when not holding the camera, but just letting it record from a distance, it still glitches out a few times a second. It just looks like it's getting compressed horizontally for no reason, the whole picture gets distorted.

I think I just figured out why. it's stick turn.
No stick turn in this video
well those might be different causes. like I've seen videos where its on screen shake too
Mmm maybe
AND I dont use screen shake AND I dont get this issue myself
