Same is happening to me. All other clothing options apply, but shoulder pads don't.

Hi, I just experienced this bug as well. I will ticket it for our next release.

Something else strange is that you can remove the visual and it stays removed, so it doesn't revert to default on everything, just when you want to replace and not remove.

As far as I can tell, this bug only affects the shoulder cosmetic

Yes. You can temporarily get around it by turning off the slot cosmetic in settings, choosing the shoulder pads, and then turning the slot cosmetic back on. Obviously not ideal but helpful if you are upset with the way your shoulders look. 🙂

Oh, that's cool, thanks! Yes not ideal but not a bad work around in the meantime, and my toons will be happy to have their shoulders fitted. 🤣 Thanks!

It is a temporary fix but it will do until the bug is fixed thanks for the help and hopefully it will be sorted out soon have a good night

Just encountered this shoulderpad issue again. I hit apply and it goes on, but when i hit 'back' it reverts to what im wearing. I'm wearing Arcanist shoulders and I'm trying to use the skin of the Imperial Regalia shoulders, if that helps.
