Have downloaded the update and now have been logged out and my access code not working so I can’t get back in

It’s been about a week now, I can’t get back in as the access code doesn’t work. I don’t think have the recovery key as I was just messing about a bit and just signed in through my phone

Hey @fleet atlas my issue was never fixed was just wondering if you could still help? Also as I quickly made the account and didn’t create a recovery method will that account be able to be recovered?
