Hey hi @past thistle , could you provide your up address please? Let me have a look on your controllers to see what's going on
hi, thank you, it's : 0x7FEA6795859469603bC62e4cCD3abFc895cc8AD2
Hi again. I tried to login on universal profiles to have a look at the controllers in setting, but when i click to sign in with that account (in the extension), I get this message: "Can't log in with profile
You cannot log into my.universalprofile.cloud with a profile that was not created using this same service." And then I see the only 2 options to restore either cloud or 3rd party wallet. I dont remember how I set up the account. I only have a weblink to restore the account with password & 2FA.
PS: is there some documentation that explains the controllers and how to set them up or change them safely?
PPS: I found the controllers in the extension, but I don't understand what needs to be changed, or how it's set up
PPPS: i assume it's all scammers asking if i have bound my UP extension to an EVM wallet?
no thats is the rightful procedure to follow to link your UP with an EVM wallet ..
its also part of steps and procedures to follow while setting up your UP extension
Do you understand now ? @past thistle
if i add an EVM wallet as a recovery method, how will that change anything if i cant sign any transactions at the moment? Surely that needs to be fixed first before adding extra recovery methods?
Hey hi, adding a 3rd party wallet https://support.lukso.network/universalprofilecloud/Recovery/set-wallet-recovery will allow you to import your profile to browser extension.
Could you confirm that one of these is your current browser extension controller?

Thank you. Yes my browser extension controller is the one starting Oxb152. I will try that later today and let you know. Thank you very much! I have another question, when checking the controllers, there's a warning saying "Allowing access to these permissions is extremely dangerous. Please only allow dApps or controllers that you trust!" I dont know where the addresses for the controllers come from, so once I add an EVM wallet is it safer to remove those permissions from all other controllers but still keep the default permissions for the browser extension, recovery and receiver-UP, and give all permissions to my EVM wallet I add? Thanks again
Hi again, i tried to add a 3rd party wallet and was able to after follwoig the instructions in the link. But afterwards I still get the same error message when trying to transact: "Failed to fetch relay service quota for 0x7FEA6795859469603bC62e4cCD3abFc895cc8AD2. Error name: RelayServiceNotReachableError
Caused by: {"name":"RelayServiceNotReachableError","message":"Relay Service with URL https://relayer.mainnet.lukso.network/api is not reachable while fetching quota"}...."
