Looks like I cannot connect to the universal profile service with it. So is the only solution is to save the private key or we will have a solution later to have a recovery also on it? thanks.
I had a ticket before, and an admin said it was an issue on Lukso side. But cannot find it anymore. Would love to be updated on it. Thanks

Hi @void rover only if had saved your private keys when you had full access you will be able to recover it when we release this feature. If in your wallet you can’t sign in and you see the extension controller fade out it would mean you don’t have full permissions. So it means that if you save now the private keys it wouldn’t work I am sorry
If you create in universal page and configured a recovery there only you only will have access to their relayer but not our I am afraid
Once the extension is released it will be announced on dev announcement channel

I've a huge collection of NFT there. I want to be sure that I can recovered them with my private key. But If I understand well, it's depends on the permissions. How can I know if I've them all or not?
Can you click on the first one and see the list of permissions on it? In order to check if the permissions are there..

ok from what I can see you have almost everything beside Encrypt and Decrypt. where did you create this UP? are you trying to login to my.up.cloud, wallet.up.cloud or universal.page? Can you try to enable these 2 options please?
I had this profile by creating a profil on universal page with an email and then connecting to my up
I successfully activate Encrypt & Decrypt
When I try to log to my.up.cloud. I've this error. Because I think it was created from universal page
for wallet.up.cloud. All good it's working. Already transfert assets, and nothing to signal. It's works

When I connect to my.up.cloud with my main profil (the one at the center with the clonex). All good and there is the recovery. The other accounts on the screenshots, was other tests/bug issue at the release, I never use them.
So to resume the account with the chillwhale #d267 where I've all the NFTs, was created from an email on universal page when I linked my up #1C6F (clonex). So what I understand is that they are both linked. But what I want to be sure is that I can recover this account with my up #1C6F on my.up.cloud because I cannot see #d267 there

Please be aware it’s currently only possible to associate a single UP with an email address.
It might become possible to control multiple profiles in the future, but for now, choose wisely which one you import or if you create a new one. It’s not possible to change this!
