It looks like you've set the ~~minimum gas possible~~ low gas limit.

In this case, to cancel this transaction you need to replace it with a transaction that has 0 LYX and higher gas limit.

Currently, there is no way to do that from extension but it could be irrelevant as I see it's a transaction from 0x7aE2Af0aE9Cc091B26BC53458d4E0b12210376BA address which is not a UP.

Could you also let us know how did you create this transaction for execution?
