#Hi, I've sent about 100LYX from UP to my ledger address, but ledger is not showing the 100LYX.

Is the LYX lost somewhere? Now the LYX balance in UP is 100 LYX lesser and the ledger balance is incorrect too.

hey hi -

If you see the balance increase in the explorer, and if you control this address, you are good.

The fact that it doesn't show in LEDGER is just a UI issue. The tokens are in your account.

I'm not sure how LEDGER Live works, they might not detect the transaction itself but for the general balance of your account, I would assume they should detect it correctly.

Also, for secuurity and privacy concerns I would recommend you to not share your address here in public chans.

You can share it with team memeber for debugging - but just be careful sahreing your addresses

Thanks @eager tinsel for your advice. Are you able to help me remove the screenshot because I couldn't edit/remove it.

The balance on my Ledger Live is still short of the 100 LYX (sent from UP). So I'm not too sure how to utilise the 100 LYX or send it elsewhere if I'm not seeing it on Ledger Live.

I also came across some reddit threads saying that "internal transactions" in explorer may not be reflected in Ledger Live. Could this be the reason since sending LYX from UP to Ledger address looks like an internal transaction from what I see in Explorer?

Just saw that the Lukso account is having a network error and the log is synced to year 1970 instead. Not sure if this is the cause of the incorrect balance.
