Hello @cunning condor, and @tender lake! Are your transactions still stuck?
It might be a glitch that you can fix with a new transaction. If the issue persists- please try updating your UP profile (anything like name/picture/etc) and it should unstick the failed transaction.
It is still showing as pending in the extension. But the item is now showing on my Universal Page and Universal Profile (it wasn't before).
Nice! That means that the transaction was successful and the interface is currently glitched.
Have you tried to update your profile details to unstick the glitched "pending" transaction?
@sterile yacht I have updated my profile through the extension and through Universal Page multiple times. But the transaction is still showing as pending in my extension. I also have been unable to connect my wallet to Common Ground and talked to the developer there, who said it might be due to me updating my profile in a certain way which made my profile be more encrypted somehow. Maybe this is related?

I think this does not look good, there is a no controller warning under the UP browser extension, so you are probably trying to recover with a wrong private key or something
Did you uninstall the extension?
yes that's it you are right, I uninstalled and created a new private key which is a problem now especially since I wrote down my first private key wrong (write down half) I am in the process of seeing with a developer to help me I hope we will be able to find a solution

This is probably a scam please be careful. Why did you delete the extension? This is very wrong. You should never delete the extension without completing the recovery. Also, the file backup feature will come soon, we will be able to download the file, import it in the new extension and can be recover the profile.
But since you deleted the extension and did not recover it correctly, you will probably not be able to use this feature.
because I thought I had written down my recovery key but I didn't see that I had to scroll to the right to see it in full so I only noted half of my recovery key 😩

I deleted my extension because I encountered connection problems and I thought that just with my email I could recover my extension and in the end having written down my recovery key incorrectly I found myself in a bad situation, I hope that the we will be able to find a solution

I think you can recover the profile just using email and 2fa, you don't need a private key
If the email recovery doesn't work, open a new ticket and the team will probably help.

Wonderful, my suggestion is to never delete the extension even if it doesn't work. The team will help and fix the part of the extension that is not working, but once deleted, it is harder to recover. Also, team will soon introduce the backup file feature and recovery will be easier.
yes it is important to have easy recovery because if we want to bring in the mass we must simplify as much as possible
