Which relayer are you using? I just realized that this might be linked to something else. Please see below ⬇️

If a user deploys a Universal Profile through a 3rd party with their own relayer (such as Universal.Page), when importing the profile into the LUKSO Browser Extension, the LUKSO Relayer will not be compatible. Therefore, users should use a separate controller key that they can fund with some LYX.

Would this scenario apply?
