okay thanks, and when you try to send a transaction you get this error message that the UP is not allowed? Could you right click on the extension when making the transaction and click inspect and share the console logs?

Yes, tried it multiple times in the last weeks. Had these problem for round about 10-14 days
I can see your UP does not have a recovery UP set, so recovery transactions will not work
Damn I remember, when I tried to set the recovery method up, the process was stuck.
So what can I do now. I can login on my universal profile and I can switch between the three profiles that I created. But only one profile is „usable“ on combination with other dapps, because of the „no sign permission“. Can I add the sign permissions manually?
yeah this is unfortunate, if you have access to a controller you can add the sign permission

Current situation is: i am logged in into the browser extension and I can see all my three profiles.
Lets say I want to login into commonGrounds dapp with one of the profiles where I get the „no sign permission“. Where can I add this permission?

yeah this is because the controller key does not have. permissions, because the recovery didnt go thtough
if you dont have the original extension im aftaid theres not a whole lot we can do
Will it be possible to decouple my twitter and discord from these profiles? Because at the moment I am stuck with that half working profiles and I cannot create new ones because they are permanently linked with my discord and x.
not at the moment, but we will discuss internally ways to make this better as the last thing we want to do is penalise our early adopters

your UP has the recovery UP set correctly so your UP and all funds/tokes in it are safe. We are still looking into why this is happening so please bear with us while we determine a fix
can you send the controllers tab of your browser extension, this would help us to debug

No, i delete it because of relayer situation yesterday and then recovered my wallet.

When I try to log in with the browser extension, I get the error "could not sign in with Universal profile". I get a relay error when I try to send money.

The wallet is very strange. The private keys of the first account I opened were transferred to the second account. The private keys of the first account have changed.
you only have 2 controllers set, meaning 2FA recovery is not set- but you can try to import the profile into another browser extension, adding another controller key.

for now, we do not support a backup file, but there is a new extension release coming up. please keep the file safe until then.

Regarding the "No sign permission" issue when you try to log in into a DApp or if you see an error on transaction screen like the one below: I'm working on a solution for this that I'm going to try out in the upcoming 1-2 hours.
This issue can arise when you try to import your UP into the extension (e.g. importing from one extension to the other between browsers or devices). For now, please:
- DO NOT reset your extension;
- and DO NOT delete/reinstall your extension.
As you want to preserve as much data as possible.
Adding or importing new profiles is not a problem in this case.

I had an issue regarding sign in permission and unable to do a transaction , I didn’t touch anything since then , should I go ahead and try?

Yes, we have a working solution that needs refining before we release it.
Please be sure to keep your extension installed until you get an update.
I'd recommend keeping your current extension instance as it is and if you have recovery set up for your UP you can go ahead and try to recover in a different browser. If you are using Chrome you can also create a separate Chrome profile.
This profile will allow you to install a fresh instance of the extension and it will be kept separate from your current installation.
We still haven't released the fix for No sign permission but it is on it's way.

Controller and profile information are all available on chain to see by anyone. The main thing you revealed here is that they are connected to your discord profile.
