Hi,
I saw new option in UP extension " Reveal Private Keys" as plain text ,
Is this a back up option for my UP wallet? if i accidentally deleted my wallet i can use this plain Text to recover my UP wallet ?

No, its really for devs this feature. As mentioned before there will be a backup file feature that will be coming in a future release.
