I would prefer Asteras to Panathinaikos football in Europe tbf
Hehe it is not meant to offend is a joke so its cool
Olympiakos: player becomes free agent...
Ohhhh got it
soooo many players in the past years left olympiakos or were loaned to Aris
I see
how can we ask a channel for the derby?
was i the only one annoyed by how the derby was filmed with a very zoomed main camera?
ping me if I'm online, I can make it @steel spoke
there's still no confirmation on how many teams will Lithuanian league have next season
Banga may get liquidated
they made 4 teams from I Lyga get promoted instead of the usual two to fill the gap but that might not be enough
given how shite the promoted teams are this year's league is gonna be awful
Rit3riai xD
Riteriai top 6
Celebration
So wait, in LT you have 6 teams in the highest tier, which means that you either get relegated (last 2) or qualify for european competitions (top4)?
This format provides no long term stability and the country will never become competitive. Isn't it possible to have a 1st and 2nd tier with at least 8 teams? 2 promotions and 2 relegations
why couldn't 1st and 2nd league have more teams?
I thought the plan was to have 10, the 6 teams from last season's A Lyga plus the top 4 from II Lyga
Top 3 and the cup winner. If the cup winner is in the top 3 (or finishes fourth), then the fourth place team qualifies
Before the start of last season, Atlantas and another team (I don't remember who) got demoted for match fixing, so that's what happened
That was supposedly a one-off season. There's supposed to be a return to 10 teams for next season
Link?
oh ok thank for explaining. i never really watched or follow the LT championship but the discussion earlier was intriguing
no relegation this szn
thanks for the explanation
he is an Aris fan,Mantzios what are u on about he played at Aris a while ago
Karipidis was an Olympiakos fan but he is not the manager he is the club owner
he had Veroia and now he has Aris and has stated that he supports Aris more now that he owns the team
Anyway for anyone that cares about the Greek Cup this was yesterday's results :
Atromitos 2-3 PAS Giannina (4-5 overall)
Olympiakos 3-0 Panaitolikos (6-0 overall)
AE Larissa 1-2 PAOK (1-7 overall)
Today the games are:
OFI Crete vs Volos NFC 2017 (first game was 2-0 for Volos)
Asteras Tripolis vs Aris Thessaloniki ( frist game was 2-0 for Aris )
Apollon Smyrni vs AEK (first game was 2-0 for AEK)
The draw for the quarter-finals is tomorrow at 11:30 local time so that is 9:30 Greenwich. The teams in the drawing pot so far are Olympiakos,PAOK,Panathinaikos,PAS Giannina,PAS Lamia and after today's results we will know all 8 teams
If Aris concedes again from a set piece Mantzios should resign
Im watching OFI-Volos rn
1-1 in the 22nd minute
1-3 overall,OFI needs 3 goals rn
I slept 5h yesterday and 5h last night as well, 10' after the Aris games started i dozed off until now... Quality football lol
Mitroglou already unavailable, apparently ha had a small injury but he is expected to return fast and be available for the next game
Aris scored juuuust before halftime
Trabzonspor 1-0 Denizlispor
Goal bakasetas
Minute 61
wow, today is just unbelievable, Bakasetas scored, Manos scored, Garcia scored...
Trabzonspor 1-0 Denizlispor
Goal bakasetas
İs finished
Lol Vojvodina
Tsc is good
Vojvodina 3-2 partizan
Tsc 0-4 partizan
Vojvodina 0-1 tsc
lol
In response to recent talks about the Lithuanian A Lyga, I just went on their website, and can see that 8 clubs look certain to compete in the coming season's top flight. Don't know if there will be the targeted 10 teams
Greek Quarterfinals:
Olympiakos vs Aris
PAOK vs Lamia
PAS Giannina vs Panathinaikos
AEK vs Volos NFC 2017
How good are Panathinaikos these days?
Yeah, since Bölöni has returned, they're starting to improve, slowly but surely
They could use some more goals
Anyone know if they are still banned from UEFA competitions?
they didn't respect ffp
i think the period of the ban is over in the end of this season
it is over from this season forward
They had a huge debt, they were almost expelled from the league at one point and saved due to a voting between the other teams of the association. Now,they are owing small numbers, like normal numbers after having to play academy and generally acquiring free agents in the last 3-4 years. They started 2018-19 with -6 points but had started that season even better than PAOK and Olympiakos with 6-7 straight wins but due to that -6 they were never first and after the first 9-10 games they started to fade off
Last season they finished 4th but due to the ban they could not qualify to Europe
This season,after 20 out of 36 games,they are 5th
Thanks for the response @hollow juniper . Yeah, I was aware of why they were banned, the point deduction, and their lack of squad strength. I just didn't remember how long they were banned for. It'll be good for Greek football for them to return to Europe. They'll be able to attract better players, not just because they're in Europe, but because of the club's name
Today derby day
Fenerbahçe VS Galatasaray
Let's go Fener
Amkar Perm has been officially revived as a professional club
Legia might be getting an Uzbek player
Jasur Jakshibaev
16 goals in the Belarussian league last szn and he's only 23
Why are Istanbul BB so bad this season?
Lamia vs AE Larissa has been postponed/cancelled
The game that is considered to be a relegation six-pointer has been called off as the Greek Football Federation has made a statement recalling 10 AEL's players paperwork, claiming that Alexis Kougias, club owner has not payed the check to the Federation to print the papers for these players. The statement was made 3 hours before the game had to kick off but Kougias said that all this was hoaxes and the game would be normally played. As it seems the referee refused to start the game,as he was given advice from the Federation to do so.
The game will be either played at a further date if AE Larissa win the lawsuit against the Federation for hoaxing or will be awarded to Lamia ,as AEL refused to conform to the Federation's decision
Kougias ,who is unpopular to everyone who watches Greek football as he has relegated historic clubs such as Panachaiki in the past and always talks nonsense and is considered the ULTIMATE CULT FIGURE of Greek football, said that what the Federation has done is illegal and they want to relegate AEL in order to please their "filty"plans
We shall wait and see....
The interesting part in all of this is that the first game between the pair was called off twice in October and December as Lamia and Larissa were both in the "red zone" for COVID infections
So ,so far neither the game of the first round has not been played between the two nor the game of the second round
Been asking myself the same question
Atromitos vs Panathinaikos 1-1 at HT
Panathinaikos conceded for the first time since 13th game of the season (this is their 21st) they had not conceded in the whole of January ,7 games in total
Small sidenote about Kougias to the people that don't know this cult figure, he is a lawyer, a big one too. but he is so full of shit and takes big cases (mostly on the side of rich guilty defendants 😅 )
Galatasaray 1-0 Fenerbahçe
Goal Mostafa Mohammed
Beat Fenerbahçe second row in Fenerbahçe staduim
Well. I did want Galatasaray to win and it happened. Has my curse been lifted perhaps
Spanish journalist Alex Eredia says Spartak Moscow signed Qunicy Promes from Ajax. 7.5m up to 10m euros.

o
Yeni Malatyaspor 0-2 Trabzonspor
Goals Bakasetas and Nwakaeme
Trabzonspor have risen from their ruins into the European places and just six points behind the co leaders
Does anyone know if they would still be banned from UEFA competittions next season?
Nah easy to go europe
They're good to go. Good to know
I think they'll return to Europe, given the good form they're in. They beat Besiktas the other day as well, so good riddance for that
What has happened to Basaksehir though? They are just a point above the relegation zone
Başakşehir is right place they belong in the relegation
trabzonspor is clear
mhhm
Artem Shabanov, Dynamo Kiev defender ----> Legia Warsaw. Deal almost done.
terms agreed, now he's just gotta arrive to Poland and sign the contract

Fuck Basaksehir 🤬

Beşiktaş eliminated Konya in Ziraat Cup
So Beşiktaş, Basaksehir, Antalyaspor and Alanyaspor are the semifinalists
Should be Besiktas' title now
Antalya's* 🙂
Because of Ersun Yanal
He is one of the greatest Turkish managers of all time
poor little charleroi
Uzbekistan international Jasurbek Yakhshiboev has joined Legia Warszawa.
well s*** we're against brugge
Which one
yeaaa...
fucking finally
Kucharski did something right
I mean that transfer was expected but still
Shouldn’t this be named #european-non-top-6-leagues ? Since we have a channel for Eredivisie?
eredivisie isn't 6th
Discussable with Liga Nos and Super Lig
its 8th
Super lig is shite, Russian Prem clear
Hm
Cup Results:
PAOK 5-2 Lamia
AEK 4-2 Volos NFC 2017
Olympiakos 2-1 Aris
PAS Giannena-Panathinaikos postponed due to rain
This game will happen most likely next week
In the coming matchday we have the derby of the eternal enemies
Panathinaikos (5th,38 points) vs Olympiakos (1st,57 points)
If we are going to lose in the regular season its going to be now
can't see Aris,Volos,Lamia or Larissa winning us ,so if we are not going unbeaten to the playoffs it got to be Panathinaikos away
Also Yussef El Arabi renewed to 2022
Ruben Semedo to 2023
Mady Camara to 2024
Giorgos Masouras to 2024
I've got to be honest Semedo and Camara will not see out their contracts I'm afraid, they will leave either this or the next summer fot a big club
I mean Camara is a gem ,can play anywhere in midfield,he is a young, more attacking-prone Kante
Semedo is one of the Portugal's centerbacks so he will leave after the Euro I'm afraid to Porto or Sporting or Benfica
El Arabi is 34 and next year 35 he will either retire or leave for like 5 million to UAE or Qatar
Masouras is decent but can't see him leaving for a bigger club
Yeah, currently Portugal 6th, Russia 7th, The Netherlands 8th, Belgium 9th and Austria 10th
Greece before Austria ?
uh
Scotland 11th, I think Ukraine 12th and Turkey is 13th
Championship deserves a place there tho
The English Championship?
yes
In Europe? No, absolutely not
Bruh
The Championship is better than the Scottish League if you leave Celtic and Rangers out
I'd rather watch Brentford than Motherwell
🤣
So? It's a 2nd tier league. No way it should be getting European spots over first tier leagues
If we say that any first league in the world is better than Championship, which isn't true
Sometimes the show is just better in Championship
And player quality can also be better
If we follow attitudes like that one, then only the top 5 countries get European spots. It's ridiculous 🙄
The Championship gets overrated because the first division is good
I didn't say that, it's just that factually the Championship is better than some European first divs
nina is talking based on uefa coefficient
simo
not on general quality of the leagues
oh
Then ye ofc Championship doesn't deserve European spots, but it doesn't mean anything about its quality
- Bundesliga is goated tbh
So?
There are some very good second divisions in Europe
So Championship is better than some other European leagues
yeah especially Fortuna I Liga is a great second division
But if that's where things start going, it really would be the death of football
it has two (2) teams in polish cup quarters 😤
So if I just say that Championship is better than SPFL it's the death of football
I saw that Lech Poznan were nearly knocked out yesterday
No
its inevitable though, you surely heard about that new idiotic UCL system that's supposed to be implemented in 2022
yes by Radomiak
their LB scored a pen and shushed the empty stands LMAO
Next season, yes
Then what
wasnt it 22/23 tho
If you say that Championship clubs should get European spots
That's not at all what I say
Nah man, it's next season it starts
uefa is mentally challenged
I misread then. I apologize
Np
I thought we didn't understand ourselves somewhere too
The new ucl format is so dumb
Ditto. I thought you were leading towards that😅
The CL is remaining the same for the next three seasons
It's the Europa League that's the new problem
I mean the format hasnt been implemented yet it's just a plan that has been proposed to the heads of european football associations
Oh, for 2024 you mean
but its most likely it will
Yeah, I'm not fully in agreement with it either
We were 8th before our economy sucked 😦
Too many games, plus I don't see why France deserve a fourth CLGS spot
I know. You guys better have a good season next season, otherwise y'all will live to regret it
honestly the days when the top four leagues had 3 guaranteed GS spots and one qualifier were a lot better
This season having only Basaksehir and Sivasspor reach the group stage was costly
in 2018 they got almost bought by a person than no one has proof exists
Yikes
1 turkish lira = 8,5 euro, soo... it will be very difficult but one day we will be back to our glory days 😊
I hope so
thanks
If you fall out of the top 15, you'll only have ECL
yes mate ikr
cl play-offs
not even the group stagwa
CW should be in the EL
some Cambodian guy called Vanna Ly that was represented by 5 spokespeople from different countries, supposedly knew Pope John Paul II personally and suffered a heart attack recently
stages*
I know. They'd start in Q2 most likely
😞
Half a dozen games to get to the group stage
dude gala won with refs all the time in turkey and then they won only 2 matches out of 32 europe matches in last years
and last year trabzon got robbed a little bit
and başakşehir got only 3 points in champions league group stage
lol
Well, they were banned from Europe
yeah lol
Otherwise they'd have been in CL qualifying if I'm not mistaken
Certainly better than having Antalyaspor in Europe😁
Instead of Basaksehir 🙄
yeah, politicssehir 😂
Ran by the president. Such madness
thats how football runs in turkey
And in some of the other Eastern leagues
Agreed
osijek...
we would have bjelica right now if it wasn’t for erol cloud’s backing
everybody wanted bjelica for the manager but emre said the last words and he hired erol bulut instead of bjelica
and now bjelica is doing great at his league
🤦♂️
Lazar Randjelovic is also renewed until 2024
Nwakaeme faul right?
Zenit have loaned Russian goalkeeper Aleksandr Vasyutin to Djurgarden for the remainder of the season, with an option to buy.
in the last weeks of the league
This is why we hate the refs
Rostov have completed the signing of Russian winger Roman Tugarev from Lokomotiv Moscow for €168k. He signs on a deal until 2025.
refs are a part of gala squad
Everybody knows
only 2 wins in last 32 matches at europe 😂
yes but as u know cüneyt çakır is the 12th player of gala 🤣
Hahahaha
Kortrijk got one back
🧂🧂🧂
🤫 🤫 🤫
Bruh you forgot who won
our goal wasn't offside lol
beat us 20 times in a row and maybe u can have a chance at catching us in all games we ever played between us lol
It was
Searching for pics but cant find
i feel bad for Śląsk
they worked like 48 hours to remove all the snos
snow
and then in started snowing again
Oh bad
How pogon szczhen going?
First in the league
although they're playing Piast today so will most likely lose points
Oh I think legia Warsaw second

Neftçi defeated Qarabag this morning to back on top of the Azeri Premier Liqa
Also, lets not forget that Fortounis renewed in 2019 until 2023, Sa until 2023 in August and Hassan has a contract until 2023
13 of our best players are staying here (at least if they don't get sold) for at least 3 years
Wow
Fenerbahçe at top of the table again!
Azerbaijan national team manager says he wants Azer Aliev and Ayaz Guliev to declare for Azerbaijan. But then he would be counted as foreigner if he declares for Azerbaijan although they have Russian citizenship.
Wow i just saw the pics from Poland and Turkey, so ofc for us viewers it is difficult to see the players but isn't it also difficult for the players? btw what colour is the ball? it isn't visible either or i just didn't notice
Yes ball is white
How did the players cope with it? Also why did the ref allow it
Vedran Corluka hasn't been offered a new contract from Lokomotiv Moscow. His current contract expires this summer.
Turkish refs are idiot it's normal but idk polish refs
Maybe chance kit or chance ball
Stabek midfielder Emil Bohinen was supposed to join CSKA Moscow at a training camp in Spain four days ago, but the midfielder is delayed due to restrictions in the country amid coronavirus, reports Eurosport.no .
According to the source, the announcement of the player's transfer will take place either today or early next week. The Stabek midfielder has been in Spain for some time now, and the problems with coronavirus restrictions have taken time.
Liga 1??
a ok
I have the impression almost any country will say the same
I know french complain about their refs. Greeks, English... Turks too. Pretty much everyone 😅
I follow Romanian football
I am a fan of the Romanian league too
How is FCSB doing mate
Good
We are 1st
But to say the saddest truth we are doing quite bad as we lost to Clinceni and Dinamo
And we really need a win tonight
Yeah I was surprised that both FCSB and CFR Cluj (my team) lost last week
nah dude, every opponent of gala gets robbed by refs. it's so normal to complain about it. even mark halsey talked at twitter about gala's some positions
Wtf you're talking mad bullshit
Everyone complains, is it right or not I don't judge
I just have the impression noone is satisfied with referees
That is all
dude even ur victory against kasımpaşa was dirty
im not going to argue with you
-We watched a continuation of the scandalous referee decisions this season in the match we played against Galatasaray at the Türk Telekom Stadium in the 25th week of the Super League.
-In the 54th minute of the match, the penalty, which was not given to our football player Varga in the penalty area, took its place as a black stain in our football. The referees who ignored the fouls committed against our football player during the match lost their neutrality.
-We consider the publication of the dialogues of referee Erkan Özdamar and VAR referee Fırat Aydınus, who continue the position that all football authorities call "undisputed penalty", is important in terms of enlightening the public.
-On the other hand, we don't go unnoticed by the referee Fırat Aydınus' recent malicious decisions against Kasımpaşa.
-In order to increase the quality of Turkish football, the referees must always show a fair management. With unfair decisions, affecting the outcome of the matches should be left.
-These actions, in the simplest terms, are disrespectful to the efforts of the teams that show great devotion by taking the field despite all kinds of difficulties even in pandemic conditions.
-Our club, whose sole purpose is to serve Turkish football, will always be a follower of the subject.
Kasımpaşa SK
They just be crying cause they lost
Because were the club that just gets all the blame
yes because u always win with refs
Great point
Right Kasımpaşa is robbed
No because were just the best
Why are you even talking about refs you were the ones involved in 2011 match fixing scandal
you are the best? 🤣 u dont even count the titles before 1959 because u had no history till 1995 😂 we dont have anything to do with 2011 because everything happened that year was a demolition attempt to us and you now that as a Türk 😉
Ffs.....
We lost again

We REALLY need to win against Chindia next week
Now we need to pray for Cluj to lose again
WTF

We won trophies and titles before 1995 but yeah totally no history wtf you talking about, also were the only turkish team to win european titles and have the most trophies in generall, like we are literally the best you havent won anything in 7 years now and wtf do you want to say with this autistic emoji shit
yeah, even beşiktaş had more till u started to cheat since 1995. yeah u have the european cup and we have the most professional turkish league titles ( 28 ) ;D you didn't win the league for 14 years dude so just calm down and stop swearing. or is it absurd to expect you to talk without swearing because that's your level?
Yeah makes total sense we cheated for 25 years even in the europa league, dont you get how dumb that sounds, and like everyone only counts the league titles from 1959 only fener fans cry about it and who cares about the 14 years in the stone age like look at now, or you living in the past
Noooooo pls next game win
dude telling that old league titles are useless is something like telling that liverpool has only 1 league titles. i didn’t say u cheated in europa league i said u started to cheat since 1995 that doesn’t mean u cheat in every game at everywhere 😂 big teams has big histories and we have a bigger history that’s what im telling you about and the 14 years you didn’t win the league title isn’t stone age it’s just before 1995 but it’s normal for u to tell it stone age because ur team has a small history 😂
Oh boy i grab my popcorn
Basically we were 14 years without a Süper Lig title and we still have more Süper Lig titles than you is what you just said and its just that everyone except you counts league titles since 1959 and the 14 years were between 1973-1987 what 1995 are you talking about and Im not even arguing about that "uR tEaM hAs SmAlL hIsToRy" thats just next level stupidity
everyone who? i gave you an example from england which is the hometown of football and you gave me no answer. yeah u have more süper lig titles because we dont win much back to back titles cuz of fkn referees. sorry for telling u that ur team has a small history. ur team has a very smaller history than Fenerbahçe and even beşiktaş. hope this helps, good night 👋
Example from england, dude youre comparing 1959 with 1992 that isnt an example and you also didnt give an answer on what you fucking mean with 1995 youre always talking about, and Im not going to argue about this history thing because you know that what youre saying is wrong yourself you just want to provocate I get that and stop crying about referees like were just better than you and you have no other argument then "mUh rEfErEeS"
dude if their’s was 1959 it would still get counted, they count the title of preston which was in 1889 lol. am i the one who provocates? u started swearing and referees are the main thing of this topic since the beginning mate. i gave my answer about 1995 and after 1995 what is wrong with you? and let me finish the topic i started to talk about hours ago.
last six matches of gs:
Kasımpaşa: non-given penalty
Alanya: Marcao’s elbow
FB: the goal which got cancelled ( it wasn’t offside )
Başakşehir: the foul in the box which was a penalty but referee didn’t give it
Gaziantep: Onyekuru scored from offside
Malatya: the foul before the goal
and ur still trying to defend ur team with fooling yourself. of course you should be the ones who gets blamed, u literally have no clear victory.
and i’m finishing this discussion because it started to get cringe.
Bruh what bad swear words did I use wtf and no, you didnt give an answer to 1995
dude what do you mean by saying 1995? do we think different things about “1995”
You always talked about the year 1995 but still never explained what is up with that year
oh ok
lemme explain
i told you that you even beşiktaş had more süper lig championships than gala since the 1996-97* ( my bad ) season. so galatasaray fans always says they are the biggest team in turkey without counting the titles before 1959 and they were in the 3rd place even in süper lig titles till 97’. and we all know süper lig referees are really bad in the last years... so why don’t you guys think tff should only count the titles since 1959 and too much mistakes in most of your matches which are positive mistakes for you are just a coincidence?
Tambov are interested in loaning Dynamo Moscow midfielder Vladislav Karapuzov
Finally they can sign players
Rostov agreed to sign Gambian International Ali Sowe from CSKA Sofia. He scored 13 in 26 matches in all competition
any CSKA Moscú fan here who can explain me what happened with Adolfo Gaich?
Anyone follow the Austrian Bundesliga? or the Belgian league? Philadelphia Union fan (MLS) trying to check up on our last 2 sold players (young americans)
He's a flop
He failed to settle and he was meh on the pitch
I follow both, the Jupiler Pro League very closely
Dynamo Moscow are interested in Bayer Leverkusen defender Aleksandar Dragovic whose contract expires this summer
Estimated transfer fee is about 2~4m euros
Akhmat Grozny have deregistered Albanian winger Odishe Roshi. It looks like he's on his way out
i'm really surprised. He was one of the best strikers here. He even had the nickname "The tank"
Now he's at Benevento
Yeah, I heard fans were hyped when CSKA signed him.
i mean, at least he has some potential
I was always fond of him since he scored that amazing goal to Gallardo's River
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkrupGIF53o here it is
Any Olympiakos fan here? i have a question about Franco Soldano
And also, if there's a Zenit fan here, how is Wilmar Barrios doing?
It looks like Iran will apply for Eurasian Union. Maybe Iranians won't be counted as a foreign player in the near future.
I heard he is a solid DM. He's not a playmaker but still has a great work rate with good tackling skills to protect the back 4. But sometimes he becomes a knob like some other South American players
yeah, he was a beast here. In the Bernabéu final, he lost his mind and was expelled, costing our most important game in our history
But i'll never forget his save against Cruzeiro in the Libertadores
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_Mbi_1g2UI have a look at this
Belarusian Prem will start on March 12th
#CSKA has agreed a deal to sign Emil Bohinen from @Stabaek. Welcome to the Red-Blues, Emil! 🔴🔵 https://t.co/Rt5Jc58IlN
Doesn't matter, we're bottling this season
yes, but can MTA not-bottle it as well
Yes because they are better
@frosty hollow thoughts on Mark McKenzie and Brenden Aaronson?
No thoughts yet. I haven't seen McKenzie play much yet. He's just starting to get into the team
As for Aaronson, he's in a very competitive team, so getting playing time might be a struggle for him
2-0, almost ready for my prediction
now just a late stupid goal conceded
but damn, tjaronn chery is fire
3 lol
thats.. unexpected
they do like to give you hope tho..
Yey fscb win against chidia come on
@frosty hollow i follow some USMNT fan accounts on instagram, Aaronson scored a phenomenal goal the other day. I think Aaronson will have his breakthrough very very quickly, McKenzie I think will gradually earn a starting role as well
wish I could find ways to watch the actual games over here in the states
just curious, which are the best derbies/classics in the european-non-top-5-leagues?
most iconic match in those derbies?
like, clashes in international trophies or finals in domestic cups
Istanbul Derby (Gala vs Fener)
Belgrade derby (Partizan vs Red Star)
Lisboa Derby: Benfica vs Sporting
Moscow Derby: CSKA vs Lokomotiv vs Dynamo??
Greek Clásico: Olympiakos vs Panathinaikos
I dunno is PAOK vs Aris a derby?
Croatian Clásico: Dinamo vs Hajduk
Krasnodar are interested in Fabio Coentrao as their main LB Cristian Ramirez got a serious injury.
Lokomotiv Moscow are interested in signing Marek Hamsik from DL Pro. The player wants to move to Russia and his agent offered him to CSKA Moscow, Dynamo Moscow and Rostov
Ufa have agreed to sign 21 year old Burundian-Norwegian defensive midfielder Parfait Bizoza from Aalesunds.
Ooh yes
Fuck me how underrated is Mostafa Mohamed
Who has seen his stats fuck me
Very underrated
Spartak Moscow
He is a fucking tank scores every goal
Süper Lig TOTW!!!

What website is that?
Weekly Post CIES Football Observatory
kv kortrijk goated
Yeah
Confirmed: 2021-22 RPL will start on July 25th, end on May 22nd
He is good
Statics
He is score in super cup and win the Cup
Djaniny is good
2 good sign
Plays for Galatasaray
It’s annoying though that he has low potential on fifa
Despite the fact his tearing superlig apart
He should sign for Leipzig
Like a club that turns young people into beasts
If he moves to man city it’s all over he’s just going to be benched every game lol
Sorloth v2
Don't go Leipzig
how's the top 5 non-top-5 europeans leagues in your opinion?
um
I'd say first is Primeira Liga because Porto and Benfica constantly make UCL knockouts
then dutch league because they have a lot of kinda good teams - Feyenoord, PSV and Alkmaar are always in the UEL, used to be Twente as well but got demoted to the 2nd tier for corruption I think
Ajax
third probably russian, then ukrainian and fifth is austrian or turkish
I agree
just curious, is the turkish league better than the MLS for example?
in terms of better quality in teams
yes
probably
most likely
turkish league offers insane wages and players go there more likely cause they still have the option to compete in UEL and UCL\
also oh fuck
I forgot Belgium exists
Belgian league is probably tied with Ukrainian for fourth spot
turkish league is decreasing in quality
they did fuck all in europe since 2018
they're just signing every 33+ player who played in EPL once
and polish/serbian league underrated players
Names like Besiktas, Fenerbahce and Galatsaray were often seen in UEL and UCL before
You think these leagues are better than the Brasileirao or the Liga MX for example?
they still are due to the guaranteed spot because we have the 5 year coefficient
Brasileirao is probably on par with Eredivisie
Guess Argentine League is also there then
Liga MX I don't exactly know but there's players like Arteaga going from there straight to Belgian League top teams so I guess it's about its level
Do you know any other non-european league with european level?
the best example you can have is Monterrey vs Flamengo in 2019 and Tigres vs Bayern now
yes
I'd guess that some of the top african and asian teams would get into UEL
but otherwise I think asian and african football is a fair bit below
ulsan won the asian cl and they aren't even any good
here in SA i only see the ecuatorian and paraguayan teams with that level (besides ARG and BRA obv)
ecuadorian teams are really interesting
I remember when I learned that Independiente Del Valle won the sudamericana in like 2019
and I was like "why have I never heard of this team before"
they had already been in a Libertadores final in 2016
that Sudamericana was something else
having 2 underdogs in the final was amazing
40k people from Colón and Los Palmeras (argentinian band who are Colón supporters) where there
@molten cloud i mean i dont feel like both Rondon and Djaniny could fill Sorloth gap
Rostov signed Gambian International Ali Sowe on loan from CSKA Sofia with an obligation to buy
Rostov will buy him for 3.5m with 4 year contract
Anyone up with the Swiss League?
How good is Soeane?
Young Boys manager
He’s linked to us
A number of upcoming Russian cup and league games could be postponed due to excessive cold
Sure, why not?
Can't say I follow it closely, but what I can say is that Young Boys are ahead of a league where practically everyone has been inconsistent. They are 16 points ahead of nearest challengers Basel. Young Boys are also still in the Europa League, taking on Bayer Leverkusen. Clearly is a good coach being able to lead the team to such a commanding position in as I mentioned to be a very inconsistent league

Rubin Kazan players are playing domino with their bed mattresses
i watch rsl
seoane should be shit but he isnt
he came out of nowhere just like sforza and turned out to be a top manager
On 30 August 2020, in a FNL game against FC Irtysh Omsk, three Dynamo Bryansk players who tested positive for COVID-19 played, with the club submitting faked negative test results to the league. As a consequence, head coach Aleksandr Gorbachyov was banned from football for a year and team director Valeri Korneyev was banned for life, the club was also docked 3 points.
Why would anyone fake covid tests...
It is so irresponsible and they did well to ban the people responsible for this.
Superleague 1 fans MVP of last season,Marko Livaja of AEK has become a free agent after AEK released him because they could not agree on his contract renewal
Olympiakos has been heard to be interested in him but I wish he does not sign for us
He has a bad attitude , he is egomaniac and losses the ball in a lot of 50-50 possesions or even when he runs in favourable counter attacks
Also here are the official awards as the players of the Superleague voted :
Best coach for 19/20 : Pedro Martins (Olympiakos)
Best Greek player of 19/20 : Kostantinos Tsimikas (Olympiakos and now Liverpool)
Best Foreign Player 19/20 : Yussef El Arabi (Olympiakos)
Best Goalkeeper : Jose Sa (Olympiakos)
Best U21 player : Dimitris Emmanouilidis ( Panionions and now Fortuna Sittard)
Best Greek player playing abroad : Taxiarhis Fountas (Rapid Wien) and Tasos Bakasetas (Alanyaspor and now Trabzonspor) , tied on votes, the 3rd player was Manolas
Best XI for 2019/20 : Jose Sa (Olympiakos),Tsimikas(Olympiakos),Semedo(Olympiakos),Risvanis(Atromitos and now Anorthosis),Elabdellaoui(Olympiakos and now Gala),Kourmpelis(Panathinaikos),Misic(PAOK and now Zagreb),Fetfatzidis(Aris and now Al Khor),Livaja(AEK and now a free agent),Valbuena(Olympiakos),El Arabi (Olympiakos)
Bakasetas is super
4 match 3 goal
the award was for last season
But yeah he has been amazing with Trabzon too
hope him and Giakoumakis can make a difference against Spain and Georgia in the up and coming WCQ
Anyone from Estonia?
what about pelkas 😉
Bro pls postpone fb vs ts match
We don't have too much players
Follow that league regularly
ahaha nice one but uğurcan will be back
No it's not
Only baker Serkan and arda back but +1 maybe few players got covid-19
Marlon covid-19 too we are lose this match
Krasnodar youngster Eduard Spertsyan has declared for Armenian National team 🇦🇲
Afobe too 😳
We are ded
Pls score 4 like 2016
Cainz wants to know your location
near, i'm from Argentina lol
Near
So close

Russian Football Union and Russian Premier League will support 3m pounds for Tambov. They are training in Crimea currently.
at least u have nwakaeme 🤭
Oh i forgot waka
Quincy Promes wants to go to Spartak but Ajax and Spartak are still negotiating
Olympiakos playing in an hour
Biggest game of the season so far
We have our problems with M'Villa's knock and Semedo being off for today due to his sending off against Porto ,which leaves us with Ba and Sokratis for today in terms of cb's
Also we lost against Panathinaikos last weekend our first loss away from home in Greece since 10/2/19 against PAOK
So,this might have done some bad in terms of psychology
Hopefully we win today and can fight in the Netherlands to progress
We need the coefficient points, both Greece and Olympiakos need them
And to knock PSV out will give such a boost
probably equal to that the Arsenal game gave last season
OMG M'Villa is starting
That means that he is past his knock
M'Vila 😩
And we (the Belgians) could use some help with you guys knocking out PSV. I'm cheering you guys on
Yes. Good result, especially with the away goal
Congratulations and thanks to Olympiakos. Greece will live to see another European day now that you gathered some precious European coefficient points
Honestly he could have created another 2 goals if he wasn't individualistic tonight
Don't jinx it. PSV aren't out of it yet
I didnt say PSV are out. Olympiakos won and that already gave points to Greece
And Netherlands lost out on points😁
whats the meaning of enigma
are u a jeff hardy fan
xD
@silent tartan wtf man
Huh
Lmfao
I just saw the result
It was amazing
also, 3 pens
looks like it haha
Even a sending off too
Who do you think is the strongest non-top-5-leagues team in the UEL rn?
probably Ajax
idk
oh Red Star drew against Milan, impressive
İ like jeff hardy man watch wwe aew wrestling you know
this may be a bit controversial, but why is Ligue 1 considered as "Top 5" when there are bigger leagues historically?
İ mean in Europe Turkish teams not good
Broken Matt > Jeff Hardy
Delete delete
They aren't doing good currently?
Honestly I'd say Liga NOS > Ligue 1 ngl
Yes for this season
if you ignore PSG maybe
but PSG are just too OP lol
Yea, what happened to Galatasaray?
Gala is doing good in league
But out in cup last week
Talking historically:
Eredivisie: 6 UCLs and 4 UELs
Liga NOS: 4 UCLs and 2 UELs
France would be tied with Serbia and Rumania since they got no UELs
I suppose so, but the overall quality of the Portuguese league has risen massively over the past few years, even to the point where saying that Liga NOS > Ligue 1 isn't an outlandish claim; its close to reality
What about Fenerbahce? Is Ozil performing well?
tbh I don't know enough about Liga NOS generally but it seems as though their lack of success in Europe really works against them in the argument
Fenerbahçe is good but Özil nah bad playing but in free kick he can asisst but Everytime offside
Benfica had lost 2 consecutives UELs finals this decade iirc
Scotland is 1 UEL and one UCL
Anybody here knows why Sporting Lisboa isn't in the UEL?
Fenerbahçe s goal keeper Altay bayındır is good
Dumped in the qualifiers by LASK
lol
Bruh
they got no UEL iirc
It's a real shame how the Scottish league has lowed their level
I was hoping to see an Old Firm in the UEL this season
Ik
But Celtic ran out of fuel lol
LASK is great because austrian football is consistently rising since 2010
no surprise sporting lost to them
i mean nowadays they wouldnt but sporting wasnt that good at the start of the year
yeah true, Salzburg and LASK have emerged from nowhere
no more Rapid Wien and the like though, not really
They didn't run out of fuel, they misjudged the braking point and crashed into the turn 1 barriers going 140 MPH
Salzburg is the redbull team right?
yes
Yeah
theyre plastic but doing a great job with youth development
which is the most competitive/fun league to watch from outside the top-5? I'm isolated so i got time to start following a league
em
if you're looking for competetiveness you should seek amongst outside the top 30
or at least top 20
top 30?
by coefficient
Where's the list of that top?
uefa
UEFA.com is the official site of UEFA, the Union of European Football Associations, and the governing body of football in Europe. UEFA works to promote, protect and develop European football across its 55 member associations and organises some of the world’s most famous football competitions, including the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Women’s Cha...
those are judging the NT or the leagues?
leagues
it's the 5 year coefficient ranking
every league is ranked based on how well did their teams perform in europe
Turkey didn't well sad
all points are then divided by the number of teams of chosen country participating in uefa competitions
most unpredictable leagues with variety in winners are probably in the balkans
montenegro, bosnia, macedonia, kosovo, albania
higher level leagues with more than just 2 usual suspects would be Greece Portugal and Turkey
just by curiosity, is there any argentinian in Turkey's league?
Campi biglia
Leaving from club
oh
also Perotti in Fener
and Sosa
Castro in that club where Campi, Sobiech and Biglia are, forgot the name
Fatih Karagümrük
yeah that one
Zuqui from Yeni Malatyaspor
and I think Nehuen Paz from Bologna got loaned to Turkey too
lol he's the son of an idol of my club
no he was in the bench today in the UEL with Granada iirc
This dude?
oh my bad i read Nehuen Perez lol
Emmanuel Menos*
He can't play
He's at a very low level rn
Oh give us to 1 match
I mean, he's very inconsistent. When we are winning, he's the worst in the pitch, and when we are losing, he's the best lol
But overall he's bad
He is doing good at Turkey
we will trade him for 1 decent RB lol
Our CM is playing as a RB because we don't have any good player there lol
Buy us Serkan asan he has potential
about other european leagues that are unpredictable but often have the same winner there's Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. All 4 usually have the same winner (Legia, Slovan Bratislava, Ferencvaros, CFR Cluj respectively) since about 2015 with one surprise inbetween for all 4, but the rest of the league is super weird. The top 4 and cup winner changes nearly every season. Same goes for the Nordic leagues, Sweden has had more variety in winners lately but it seems like it's back to normal with Malmo. Norwegian league is looking interesting next season because they've got a new strong team that won all of sudden last year (Bodo/Glimt).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIQY4dSw2ag he gave a good assistance here in Jan in the first goal tho
El Superclásico por la Copa Diego Maradona terminó en empate: Federico Girotti y Rafael Borré festejaron para el Millonario, mientras que Ábila y Villa marcaron para Boca Juniors.

İ like poland League
polish league is great to watch
Yeah i feel enjoy to watch
1st place loses to 16th and 15th and then beats 2nd lmao
its not very high level but I enjoy it
how's the turkish league doing currently btw?
Meh
turkish football is decreasing in quality, like since 2018 turkish teams haven't done anything relevant in europe
that's a sad thing to hear
still cause of the large money involved it attracts good players
and some teams like Altinordu and Trabzonspor are heavily focusing on producing new quality players
Yazici is a great player
here it happens the same thing
The Süper Lig has a similar value with our league
Lille Spor
super lig has a lot of old players whose value is decreasing
lol lillespor
lille also has that RB don't they
Zeki Celik
ISTG Olympiakos vs PSV in the first half was probably a treat to watch,5 goals in one half
Hope we do not bottle our lead in the Netherlands
PSV are good at attacking and shocking at defending
never liked psv honestly
Galatasaray has almost the same value than us
only good team in holland is az
i mean
likeable
because theres a lot of good teams
when is the Conference league starting?
yall conceded 2 goals at home though kondo
Chelsea oh sorry Vitesse is doing good this season
Every Greek fan is jumping on the bandwagon of VVV-Venlo
next season
will be played on thursdays
Yeah cause,as I said PSV are good going forward
qualifiers start in late july as always i think
they have options
lol cause of Giakoumakis
Giakoumakis fraud
and their first goal was so lucky
3 goals in 12 games for a mediocre team in polish league, 24 goals in 23 games in Eredivisie
conclusion is clear 😤
Eredevisie has really bad defences
yeah like the polish league has any better LMAO
Giakoumakis had like 8 goals in his WHOLE career in Greece
where the small teams play park the bus
its weird
he's good out of nowher
e
but I suspect he's just an one season wonder
will go to some Tel Aviv shit and flop
he had one league goal for AEK in three years
hot
and i was lucky enough to see that goal live from the stands
that is the goal
90 minute winner
against Olympiakos
them all the fans hopped on to the stadium in realisation that we would not win the league
then*
My man played in a relegation play-off with OFI against Platanias, scored to make the game 2-1 in the 80' and took his shirt off to celebrate resulting in a red card for him
lol
Bruh
wildest shit that happened with some team avoiding relegation in Poland is probably when Wisła Płock stayed up by one point after a 0-0 draw against the worst team in the league and copied Ajax's "blah blah blah" video to celebrate
yeah that was pure wisła płock
eh hes decent but not top 3 fullbacks/wingbacks in the league
didnt really improve over tim
e
definitely not an Olympiakos level player
he is a loanee from us
many people say that he is our level
but I would doubt he would get any time as long as we have Lalal
Lala*
and Androutsos
he's nowhere near Lala lol
i think he has 0 assists this season
let me check
yeah 0 assists
Yet articles have been made about the sprinting records he brokes
every other week
thats because Górnik often plays 352 and with the immobility of polish defenders and Górnik midfielders being rather attacking players he has to cover the entire flank
damn
nice to know, now the next time someone brings up his name for contention in our roster
I can tell them off lmao
Which is the most valuable player in the turkish league?
I think Górnik might want to extend his loan for another season though because they don't have an alternative rn
nor a youngster coming up that I know of
oh
and if they get UECL they will need someone who has lungs of steel and doesn't get tired easily
haven't seen any match of his before he joined the polish league but I assume he must've gotten more physical due to the nature of our league
aka shithousery
Anyway today was a great day not only for Olympiakos fans but football fans in general, the goals galore we saw in today's Europa League fixtures where impressive
there's Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir that is 24 y/o and has decent potential, already had italian teams interested
I can not really recall him playing for Olympiakos that much tbf
he must have played in some early round cup games
i hope a non-top-5 team can win the UEL
the best non top 5 team that I can see somehow winning the UEL is Shakhtar
Not Benfica or Ajax?
Rangers even?
they're almost tied on points with Ferreira
Rangers idk
it's their first serious season like in which they're being actually really good
really? I really liked how they played today
I don't know what to think
maybe they're focusing on UEL honestly but I doubt
Benfica fans have been really disappointed with Jesus
and the lack of passion from their players
maybe they should try Allah
jk is a joke dont at me
Flamengo's Jorge Jesus was better than this Benfica tbh
I feel like Benfica has potential
also this
Jorge Jesus was the manager that brought them to two straight UEL finals though in the past
wtf is Sporting doing
huh didn't know that
I know Toto Salvio was in that team
Imagine if Jorge Jesus had beaten Klopp in the CWC lol
yeah in 2012/13 and 2013/14
Benfica has big potential, they signed Waldschmidt Vertonghen Gilberto Otamendi Cebolinha Weigl and Darwin but like half of these players are flopping
especially Otamendi
I don't know about the others, but i know they have great SA potential
Otamendi lmao
Especially with Verissimo and Everton
Darwin is doing good for them I think
Everton was the goalscorer of Brazil in the last Copa America. Great player
And Verissimo was in the best 11 of this Libertadores
Darwin turned from a clinical finisher to like a no 10
