🔥
First game of Saturday involved Gaz Metan Mediaş and Sepsi Sf Gheorghe. Gaz Metan were showing glimpses of their former selves since Jorge Costa became the club's manager. Sepsi on the other hand are having a great season for their standards, sitting on 4th before this matchday started. Gaz Metan were coming off a 3-1 defeat to U Craiova meanwhile Sepsi drew their last game 2-2 vs FC Botoşani. In the 27th minute, Gabriel Vaşvari scored a beauty of a knuckleball free kick for Sepsi, the ball hit the post on its way in. Right before half time, in the 45th minute, Sepsi scored another free kick, this time CFR Cluj loanee Claudiu Petrilă being the scorer. A nice free kick from near the edge of the box. Gaz Metan almost scored one of the weirdest goals ever in the 56th minute, when another CFR Cluj loanee, Mihai Butean, hit the post with his attempted cross. In the 63rd min, Florin Ştefan was through on goal after he got past Gaz Metan's defence, but the left back missed an 1v1 where the keeper even dived early, Ştefan shot it over the bar. 10 minutes later, Adnan Aganovic had the chance to make it 3-0, but Alexandru Buzbuchi made a great effort to deny him. Gaz Metan almost made it 1-2 in the 80th minute, when Nicolao Dumitru's header hit the crossbar, the ball then fell just behind the line. Second crossbar for Gaz Metan. 2 minutes later, Aganovic had another chance to score and this time he did score. A beauty of a goal with his left foot from outside the box. Meaning that all of Sepsi's goals were scored outside of the box that evening. This win helped Sepsi mantain their position meanwhile Gaz Metan fell down to 12th.
Other game of the day involved Chindia Târgovişte and Viitorul Constanţa. Chindia are having a very good season so far, meanwhile Viitorul have been fairly inconsistent. This was Mircea Rednic's debut as Viitorul manager. Chindia were coming off a 0-0 draw vs Astra meanwhile Viitorul's last game was their 3-0 defeat against Dinamo in the cup. They didn't play last week due to Hermannstadt getting some players or staff infected with CoVid. In the 14th minute, Damien Dussaut found Gabi Iancu and assisted him nicely. Iancu scored a good goal from the centre of the box, ending his goal drought, he last scored on the 26th of September against Astra. In the 36th minute, Daniel Popa was through on goal for Chindia, but Valentin Cojocaru decided to come out but he did a Ter Stegen, well kinda. Popa managed to round him but, unlike MaTS, Cojocaru held onto Popa until the ref blew his whistle and gave Cojocaru a red. In the 63rd minute, Chindia got the goal they kinda deserved to get. Cristi Neguţ's cross found the former Astra striker and Florea did his job. In the 88th minute, Florea almost scored again, but Cătălin Căbuz made a great save to stop his shot from going him, but the ball fell right to Marius Martac but the right back managed to hit the post with an open goal ahead of him. Viitorul climbed up to 6th meanwhile Chindia remained on the 8th spot on the table.
AEK vs Olympiakos 1-1 the draw was a fair result. First half was trash. No real chances, only 1 El Arabi header and maybe Simoes of AEK should have got a red. In the second half both teams put out a better performance and played more attractive football. Vrousai scored in the 60something minute to make it 0-1.Aek started to attack from the wings more and Livai Garcia made Holebas suffer. El Arabi missed a shiter in the 75th minute and as AEK was pressing, the inevitable happened. Simoes scored from a Livai Garcia corner, while Sa was nowhere to be seen. Last but not least, M'Vila had a header in the 93 minute that alsmost went in but for Tsintotas class save. Olympiakos is first with 29 points after 11 games and AEK is 4th with 23 points after 11 games.
As yesterday, I only had time to cover 2 games, so will continue with the other ones tomorrow
Domenico Tedesco announced that he won't renew his contract with Spartak Moscow, which ends in this season
Russian media is doing a poll about who should be in charge after him including Kurban Berdyev, Leonardo Jardim, Massimo Carrera, Valery K'arpin, Mauricio Pochettino, Maurizio Sarri, Yuriy Syomin, Stanislav Cherchesov, Sergey Yuran, Luciano Spalletti
Pochettino lol
After long months of wait with no main sponsor, Levski Sofia have finally signed an agreement with Strabag to be the sponsor of the club, meaning fresh money will finally come into the club, plus 3 millions of debt have been cleared after an agreement with our previous owner
Looks like some brighter days may be on the cards for the biggest Bulgarian club, all this happening only one day before the Eternal Derby against CSKA
In other news, a group of around 40 ultras managed to get into the ground during the training session today to give support to the players, before the big day tomorrow
We are LEVSKI SOFIA!
Evangelos Marinakis, Olympiakos and Nottingham Forest president declared no guilty yesterday in court, along side Atromitos president Spanos and 20 other football-persons, after the judge's verdict for fixed games in 2012-2013 and one in 2015.On the other side,Veroia's ex president Arvanitidis alongside Lanaris , Veroia's ex-vice president, were found guilty for bribing their players in an Olympiakos-Veroia game in 2013 to finish 3-0 for Olympiakos inspite being 0-0 at half time. The verdict said that Veroia fixed the game by themselves for betting purposes in order to gain money. The investigation on this game begun in 2015 after then Veroia player Georgeas said that their President came at half time to inform them that they have to concede three whatever happens despite of playing better in the firs half; Georgeas and Kafes, two Greek veterans and at the time Veroia players had requested to come off at the time and to get released imidiatelly as they didn't want to be part of that game or the club itself again
The judge said that ,after careful investigation of the case and what the 2 footballers said Olympiakos had no interference with them ,but Veroia's president did , so Olympiakos is no guilty for that game but Veroia is.
Another fixed game from that season was Panachaiki-Olympiakos in the cup with the judge deciding that the Patra's side fixed the game themselves for betting purposes , declaring their-then president guilty and the then referee also guilty for officiating in his knowledge after being bribed by Panachaiki.Olympiakos is clear in this case aswell
Then the final verdict was for the Olympiakos-Atromitos game in 2015 when Paulo Bento was coach of the Greek champions. Takis Fyssas , Panathinaikos general manager at the time, had said in 2016 that he called Atromitos coach at the time , Sa Pinto , why did his team lost 3-0 after the scoreline was 0-0 for the mst part of the game and why did he rest some of his key players in such an important fixture. The Portuguese coach had said his opinion on the matter, which made Fyssas take the whole thing to justice. After he said at the time that some of Atromitos key players hadn't played the game for betting purposes an investigation had started. It was latter concluded that 2 of Atromitos key players were subbed on with the score still 0-0 at the time ,so Fyssas was wrong and the 3rd player,Katsouranis was injured for a month at the time, so Fyssas was wrong about him also
All in all, that game was not fixed by anyone and the verdict was that Fyssas tried to make Olympiakos seem guilty through hearsaying and false facts,so Fyssas was wrong
There are still some games to be investigated from the 2011-2013 era but its unlikely that there will be something found for any game ,as the facts sown in court so far are weak. Stay tuned for more Greek league drama and court-battles as we are waiting for these verdicts, for the final verdict of the PAOK-Xanthi scandal, the final verdict of Aris-PAOK bribing story, the possible infringment of Olympiakos in the beating of Greek referee Tzilos after an Xanthi-Olympiakos draw in 2018 and the possible eviction of Savvidis,PAOK president, after he jumped in to the field in March 2018 with a gun and reportedly frightened the referee to count PAOK's goal at the time
You can never be bored in Greek football
Hope u enjoyed the inside of this story from yesterday's court
possible eviction of Savvidis,PAOK president, after he jumped in to the field in March 2018 with a gun and reportedly frightened the referee to count PAOK's goal at the time

yeah what?
havent u seen the picture?
is all over internet
the goal didn't count and PAOK lost due to AEK players saying they were frightened to continue play after the scenery
so the Federation awarded AEK the win
which meant they had won the title basically as the difference jumped to 5 points with 5 games left
even though the final difference between them was 6 points
well
at least that means he cares about the club
in Poland owners use clubs as a way to avoid taxes or earn extra income
that happens here also tbh
Ruch Chorzów and Polonia Warszawa owners tried to make a pyramid scheme together to avoid taxation and it ended in both sides getting relegated to 3rd tier
I mean Marinakis , owns two clubs ,3 newspapers, 2 sites,2 channels, the majority of Piraeus dock and is the Prime Minister's sisters best man
Savvidis, owns 1 channel, 2 sites ,1 newspaper and the biggest hotel in northen Greece
Mellisanidis(AEK's president) owns Greece biggest betting company
and Alafouzos (Panathinaikos) owns a channel and 1 non-government tree planting organisation
which isnt bad tbf
true
cause if the goals had standed PAOK would be first with 1 point infront and 5 games left
Last RPL game before the break tonight, Tambov (16/16) vs Ural (12/16)
FT CSKA-Sofia 1:0 Levski Sofia
that's how the Eternal Derby ends, with some great referee support for the pigs
Good job brothers!
Only Levski and Spartak Moscow
Dinamo Zagreb have interest in Levski's striker Nigel Robertha, which was confirmed by the manager of Dinamo himself
which is the perfect time to say obligatory
Mamicu Cigane Odlazi Iz Svetinje
Free Dinamo Zagreb from Mamic
Oh Robertha is at Levski
I remember him from Feyenoord
Him and Rashaan Fernandes 😩
i do but thats how the saying from Dinamo fans goes, i am just repeating it
thats the slogan of the campaign
he is, but he will probs leave soon
to previously mentioned Dinamo
o
Same as red star comeback vs rad today
Great news from 🇵🇱 Katowice. Stadium approved, funding secured, tender to start in the next 2 weeks. Groundbreaking in Q1 of 2021,
damn shame that theyre gonna get stuck in 3rd tier
Widzew and Polonia also expanded their stadiums lately
Can anyone give me an update on when the Group Stage matches of the Swedish League Cup is taking place?
Atromitos vs Lamia is being called off, Lamia has anounced 9 Covid19 cases
Also Lamia announced their new manager,Grigoriou and a new LB in Valentinos Vlaxos from Asteras Tripoli
this gives me new afc wimbledon ground vibes
Lovely stade ngl
shame that its average attendance will be 10% of the seats
It looks funny
(
so
Lech's last 4 results:
- 0-2 loss to Rangers
- 1-1 draw with Stal Mielec (fighting relegation)
- 0-3 loss to Pogoń Szczecin
- 0-1 loss to 15th placed Wisła Kraków
guess all their luck ran out after beating Liege
But... we beat them
It was 3-1 first leg
Ok and ?
No but he talked about the last 4 games but we beat them right before
They beat us even before that
since they beat you guys they also beat Podbeskidzie and Lechia
Οlympiakos just won against AE Larissa 5-1
Bruma scored and assisted 1,Masouras scored and assisted 1,Fortounis had 2 assists,El Arabi scored 2 and had 1 assist and Soudani also scored 1
For AEL Pinakas scored and i think he is their only scorer really
Yesterday Apollon won against Panaitolikos 0-1 but there was great controversy as a Panaitolikos goal was called off after VAR intervened . The goal was called back due to Panaitolikos not taking the offside properly before which lead to big argumetns
Also Aris dominated against OFI with 0-3, 2 goals from argentine star Bertoglio and one for Matilla from the penalty spot
In 1 and a half hour the big derby between PAOK and Panathinaikos will kick off
hopefully for Olympiakos , Panathinaikos wins to take points away from PAOK
An interesting fact is that El Arabi has 11 goals in 12 matchdays (played 11 games though as he was sidelined for 1 game with Covid-19 symptoms) and also Olympiakos has 33 goals in 12 games which means 2,75 per game , the Greek champions have scored in every single game so far
Lausanne win
Well PAOK won 2-1 but there are shouts for an offside goal for PAOK and 2 penalties that weren't given for Panathinaikos and a red for a Panathinaikos player in the 5'
If anyone is interested to see the occasions im talking about a little search on Yt or Insta might be handy , as I can not send videos here
You can't?
Midtjylland coming out firing early on against Nordsjaelland
2-0 in the first 13 minutes
Hello fellow non-top5 league fans
In the coming few days as you know, football is stopping for Christmas or at least in Greece, until the 3rd of January
Sad
I thought it would be cool if everyone that's in this channel would like to say some words and give us some info about club nicknames in their country ,for example in England West Ham are nicknamed the Irons or Portsmouth fans also call Southampton Scums to mock them off
I thought it would be interesting if anyone agrees to talk about the nicknames of clubs given by their and their rivals supporters for example Southampton fans call themselves "saints" but Pompey fans call the Southampton fans "scummers"
Yeah obviously
But to keep it interesting i would suggest only 5-6 clubs by one person
Oh
And maybe not all the "big" clubs but also include some of the smaller that many people dont know
What do u guys say?
Upvote and Downvote if u agree or disagree respectively
Also,if any mod is opposed to this they may say it
I like the idea
Partizan fans call themselves "grobari" and red star fans call them "glodari" which means rodents
oh
aye
Cool idea
O
Ok as i have seen that you like it I will say my first one now. Its about Panathinaikos. They call themselves the "shamrock" as their badge is basically a shamrock . Other group of fans tend to call them "Vazeles or Zeles" which directly translate to "them who use a lot of vaselline". This was firstly said, and adopted since by all after 1965 ,then during a Panathinaikos vs Olympiakos clash Olympiakos fans went on to pour the bench of Pao with vaseline to make it greasy so the players could not sit there. The Pao players were not able to sit there so they were falling from the bench throughout the game .Also, as Panathinaikos used to be an upper-class club of Athens with rich fans , many of their fans used vaseline to their hair, before they attended the team games in order to look nice .This was also in the 1965-1970 era. Both reasons are acceptable but I would prefer the first one
Classic Greek shithousery from the 70's
Midtjylland 3-1 Nordsjaelland earlier today
Norsjaelland didn't really have anything for the amount of pressure Midtyjlland brought for most of the match
idk Polish clubs have nicknames but everyone just calls everyone "kurwy" if they want to insult them
Not many nicknames in Australia- our clubs have nicknames in the actual names a la Brisbane Roar
But we do think that Western Sydney is a bit scum for 1. having extremely crap ultras and 2. still riding off their one ACL victory
sorry if this is wrong chat, was responding to a question in here
Lmao
Accurate
Especially Legia
@hollow juniper red star already signed 3 players how about Olympiacos
For January none
but Vinagre is leaving
he will join Braga or return to Wolves
There are suggestions and rumors for Mitroglou, Baba Rahman,Dalbert,Ribeiro,Retsos,Sokratis going on though
we are supposed to sign Jese and Salamon
doubt Jese happens though cause wages
Mioduski is just deluded
and Salamon won't join until summer
Red star can sign dragovic or rose
yes
but thats an absurd rumour
just legia fans and president being deluded no one actually expects that to happen
@hollow juniper lool
@hollow juniper red star signed axel bakayoko
Don't know the don tbf
He was at inter lol
he is decent apparently
He is fast
which is more often than not all you need being a winger in Balkan leagues lol
Sad
ΑΕΚ drew yesterday with Volos 2017 smh
2 red cards for AEK and one for Volos
amazing game
and AEK scored straight from a corner for the econd season running
second weekend*
Yes
@dire comet yes
Volos 2017 is about to be sold to Spanish buisnessmen👀👀👀👀
Oh
How many clubs that are named "Volos"
Volos 2017 or Volos NFC
Niki Volos
Olympiakos Volos
Niki and Olympiakos are the biggest but they both are in the Football league (3rd tier)
Volos NFC is just a club made by the mayor of the city, who is also the ex-president of Olympiakos Volos and ex-convict for fraudalnce
Lovely stuff as expected
I'm moving to Volos when the pandemic ends so if that means that the investors make the team good its a win in my books
O
AEK made an official agreement with Manolo Jimenez for their new manager. Manolo Jimenez will sign a one-and-a-half years contract with Enosis. The Spaniard was coach of AEK in three more occasions and has got 1 greek cup (2011) and 1 greek league (2018) with them.
Oh
Legia already got rid of 3 players
french striker Vamara Sanogo's contract was terminated due to him being constantly injured, William Remy's (french CB, used to be very good but not anymore) as well cause he organized a party during lockdown, and backup right-back Paweł Stolarski got sold to Pogoń Szczecin cause our starting RB Marko Vesovic came back from injury and we now have 2 first team RBs
AEK also sacked Ilia Ivic who was the technical manager and insisted to appoint Massimo Carrera and replaced him with non-experienced Panagiotis Kone
Oh
Carl Robinson: From Newcastle to Western Sydney
Kenny Miller (one of his assistants): From Newcastle to Western Sydney
Bernie Ibini: From Newcastle to Western Sydney
So all 3 former 'Caps personnel that went to Newcastle have now gone to Western Sydney....
The fuck? lol
Russian Prem December player of the month candidate
They all played 3 games
Sardar Azmoun :flag_ir: 5G 1AS (Zenit)
Ilya Kukharchuk :flag_ru: 3G (Khimki)
Aleksey Sutormin :flag_ru: 3G (Zenit)
Soslan Dzhanaev :flag_ru: 3CS (Sochi)
Marcus Berg :flag_se: 3G (Krasnodar)
Krasnodar offered 10m for FCSB winger Dennis Man but FCSB want 15m.
Dzhanaev
Somebody should buy him he's good
Kukharchuk got selected
And if you offer them 15m they will want 20m
FCSB board is weird
.
He suddendly didnt play a lot anymore
after that terrible game vs Jagiellonia he got dropped
and then organised a party during lockdown so
Tuchel sacked
Ondoa got fired for a lockdown party too
Imagine if he went to Sevilla’s first team when he was in their reserve
Could be at Bounou’s place rn
ostende
Sochi wants to sign Aleksandr Kokorin and Andrey Mostovoy from Spartak and Zenit on loan
Kokorin is washed
Merry Christmas guys I opened my laptop today since Wednesday
so I know I am a bit late but better late than never
Well only some rumours
Kolouris is linked with us
Guerrero and Warda is liked with Aris
linked*
Lamkal Ze is linked with Panathinaikos
Reibchuk is probably coming to Oly
Strouggis renewed with Atromitos
Nelson Oliveira will probably leave AEK
But yeah nothing special, next Saturday Olympiakos plays AEK again
Oh cool
Also Rafinha of Olympiakos is linked with Benfica which I really doubt
cause he is 37
and like we bought him for a million and pay him 1,80 million per year
like since August
The scenes if they buy him
I mean he loves Jorge Jesus
and I would personally sell him
cause he has been shite
1 assist in like 15 games
Right Back
he is our starting
erm
cause Benfica's coach loves him and they worked together in Flamengo
Oh
Also Portugal is much better than Greece so he might even get better money
Yea
he wouldn't start there
he would be a back up
Obviously
I mean he is okey but he is worse than Omar we had last season
But Omar signed to Galatasaray for 3 million
while we were giving him 1,5
so
3 defeats ✅
gotta check this off
i heard come to trabzonspor ( my team ) he is good?
and lijava we want him to
Livaja is very talented
but a hot head
Oliveira is an ok striker imo , at AEK he had days were he could score 3 or 2 goals and days that he shot 15 times and scored none
AEK have very good attack imo but shit defence
thats why they are 4th
But also the fact that they miss a lot of shots
is not helping them
Genk will have Angelo Preciado on January
marc wilmots could become standard's next coach
I heard Mbaye Leye is also in the running
yea
Well
But 2020/21 not so good
🪳 =🐐
True
And has said bad things to women
He needs to calm down
And to other clubs
Once he said : dibidibidai Warda σας γαμάει which means Warda fucks u
to the official AEK site
Lmao
p
p

Turkish league is turn to mls
Falcao is shit
alanyaspor have steven caulker, cheat code for any league
i assume most of it is due to fenerbahce and gala rebuilding their squads in summer which has to take a while to work out. as for basaksehir no idea why they are flopping this season
besiktas just has a very thin squad

Well hopefully he can start scoring for us man we need the offense
Ekuban the best fucking player save us ekuban 12 million
Ok so today was action packed with games
Panathinaikos vs Asteras Tripolis 0-0
PAO was really bad but in fairness they had a lot of absenties and the pitch of Leoforos was really bad.Asteras Tripolis played better and actually scored but their goal was called off
Panaitolikos2-1 OFI
OFI was better in the majority of the game but yet conceded two late goals in the last 10 minutes to lose what they had built
AEL1-1PAOK
Rare points for AEL who were worse but scored an amazing goal by Pinakas, until PAOK equalised in the 96' with a penalty by Vierinia
PAS Giannena 1-3 Apollon Smyrni
The two teams that were promoted last season had a weird game in a really wet pitch. PAS dserved to lead by 3 or 4 in the first half but since conceding in the 43' they were really bad and Apollon won comfortably
Olympiakos 3-0 AEK Athens
Olympiakos started the game better and scored through and El Arabi header in the 12th minute . The reds tried to score more but couldn't in the first half.In the second,AEK started better and almost scored with Mantalos hit the bar in the 66' before El Arabi scored his 13th in 12 games in the league this season after a Semedo steal. The final nail at the coffin was Valbuena's penalty in the last minute
Two games tomorrow Lamia(14th,2 points from 10 games) vs Aris (2nd,28 points from 12 games) and Volos (7th,16 points from 13 games) vs Atromitos (10th or 9th with 14 points from 12 games)
yeah true
yea we didnt play to well
olympiacos want sokratis but he wont go there he is a aek boy
CSKA Moscow are interested in Bristol City player Adam Nagy and Viktoria Plzeň player Lukaš Kalvach
I could see Nagy go there
Mladen krstajić new coach of tsc

Khimki are going to sign Reziuan Mirzov and Bryan Idowu on a permanent basis
They will sign Mirzov for only 600k

crazy how bursaspor is still in 2nd tier
https://twitter.com/aleague/status/1346296722532798464?s=21

The draw for the Greek Cup :
PAS Giannena-Atromitos Athens
PAOK-AE Larissa
Aris-Asteras Tripolis
AEK-Apollon Smyrni
Volos NFC 2017 -OFI
Panaitolikos-Olympiakos
Panathinaikos and Lamia get a bye to the quarters after a draw was made
Normally there are clubs from all the divisions in to the cup but this year due to Covid-19 only clubs from the first league are participatiing
Superleague 2 new date to start is yet to be announced as is the restart of Football League and G'Ethniki, A'-B'-G' Topiko
(2nd-3rd-4th-5th-6th-7th tier)
I wish Olympiakos win the cup and league

Yeah he is , this year there are a lot of youngsters in Greece making a name for themselves
Like Pinakas of AEL, Zagaritis of PAO, Tzolis of PAOK, Machairas of AEK ,Vrousai at Olympiakos
And more
hope they all get signed in a European team to get bettert

GOAL KONYASPOR
Since when did the Whitecaps migrate to Australia though? That’s all Carl’s done. Bringing old Whitecaps players to his team
i feel like Fenerbahce fans are just messing around on transfermarkt
basically everyone is linked to them and apparently theres a 46% possibility Ozan Tufan will go to barcelona
Kenny Miller
Jordan Mutch
Bernie Ibini
And of course Carl Robinson himself
Whitecaps FC 2 right there.
He’s an assistant coach for Robinson now
He played for the Caps at some point as well
Man Camilo was fun to watch. Holy shit
Perfection that goal was

I guess that’s our consolation for being shit in the league
Yeah...
Man i just hope one day we can compete
Weve had so many great players
And yet
“We wanna be on the podium”
Yea and how has that gone so far, asshat Jeff Mallett?

To be fair he never said how long he wanted the project to be
Soooo
He just said 3 years with MDS
Which could mean something else but knowing Jeff Malett he won’t give 2 rat asses
I want 2015 back. When we led the entire league for like a day or 2 and was competitive in the Western Conference
Ahh the days
The politics are making it look tense
as people we have no problems
Look at Enes Kanter he is pro-Greek even though he is Turkish
🇽🇰 Out of nowhere, Norwegian media are reporting that Viking Stavanger winger Yildren Ibrahimaj (25) has agreed a contract with Ural, and will sign for the club soon.
Ibrahimaj's agency-mate Pontus Almqvist recently signed for Rostov. https://t.co/DkrXksHxQS
nice
There are Rumours that Pape Abou Cisse will join Nice
And if this go through Olympiakos will sign Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Arsenal
Hope it doesnt happen
I don't want Papa even though he is highly rumored to join since August
Is that the Cisse that scored that goal against Chelsea?
U mean Arsenal?
Wait I’m thinking of Papiss Cisse not Pape lol
Cisse won't join Nice now Saliba is there
bruh
alanyaspor were running away with the league earlier
now besiktas could potentially go 3 points clear
also ive never heard of gaziantep and how they are 1st place
Ikr
FCSB is close of making another transfer after Radunovic from Astra Giurgiu
Harut is close to join us
He is good and I will take that

Sumudica is turn to turk btw bruh he is great and funny man
Beşiktaş vs rizespor
Easy win for beşiktaş but problem is atiba isnt playing
Sergen says some players rest the match and atiba is one of them
Trabzonspor vs göztepe
Easy make sure ekuban scores again and problem is we dont have vitor hugo former fiorentina player
Cause he hates his own country's govt tho, not surprising
Again, heard his story from Drew Binsky lol
Idk much abt that league but isnt Cercle Brugge better than that

Boca Juniors wants to loan CSKA striker Adolfo Gaich with an option to buy
Black hulk is ekuban and

They started off very well then went on this huge decline. I hear the coach might even get sacked
They've been a fun watch so far this season. Goals aplenty always coming from their matches. They briefly led the league at one point
Investment. Plus they are good defensively, which is how they managed to finish third last season
Haha, was just taking a jibe at their name
They were. They won promotion I think two years ago
It's pronounced bearsckot
thats no too bad, now cercle just needs to get a better logo
cause the one they have now is awful
Cardona Cercle Brugge legend
Baller

hi
how're you doing mate
hello,
Damn
PAOK missed a penalty in the 20th minute before scoring in the 25th minute to make it 0-1. PAOK tried to score a second one but could not convert their chances, especially Swiderski. In the second half, Atromitos was better and deserved to equalise in the 62nd minute with a banger from Muniz. Warda scored for PAOK with his first touch to make it 1-2 in the 82 minute. But the shaky defending of PAOK did not help as Atromitos equalised in the 85th minute through ex-PAOK player Charisis. Then,PAOK tried to win the game but an amazing bulid-up goal by right back Natsos was scored in the 93 minute to ensure the comeback for the Blue Star
Now PAOK is 10 points behind Olympiakos and 4 points behind surprise-package Aris
with 22 games to be played though...
Including Olympiakos 4 times (!)
Bro meriah is bad
Rizespor he is shit meriah ı watch and like why this player was in olympiacos

🇳🇱 BREAKING: HENDRIX TO SPARTAK?
Dutch media report that PSV midfielder Jorrit Hendrix will sign for Spartak in the very near future, and that a deal between the clubs has been done.
Hendrix's contract expires in the summer, meaning Spartak will get him for cheap. https://t.co/1AL1ke0NGb
moscow?
Yes
Yes
Viktor Claesson refused contract offer from Krasnodar

we need to activate operation Wijnaldum now
Dynamo Moscow are interested in Girondins de Bordeaux defender Pablo
Any news from rubin kazan?
Azerbaijani Premier League: most valuable 11, according to transfermarkt
Keshla have signed Anatole Abang from Moldovan side Sheriff
When basically all the players come from the same club😅
yeah, playing in Europa League for 6 of the last 7 seasons, and in UCL in another one of them created a bit of a gap between Qarabag and other teams
As I've noticed
although they are still not signing better players as it is expected from them
At least my team (Neftçi) has a player in that starting 11
where are you from 😄
Originally Jamaica but live in Canada
you don't see foreigners supporting Neftci every day
I follow a lot of football 😅
ah yes
This is the thread I use the most
Talking about Neftci
They are signing 24 year old Nigerian striker Theophilus Solomon
from Albanian "Partizani"
Really? That name rings a bell
Partizani Tirana. They were in CL qualifying a couple seasons ago
I reckon that was the year Slenderbeu got the 10 year ban for match fixing
played for Ujpest, Rijeka, Serbian Partizan, etc.
11 teams in total which isn't really a good sign
Scored 2 goals in 12 league games which isn't great either but if he is physically strong he will be good here
Well, Neftçi needs to score more goals if we want a chance to topple Qarabag
that's not really possible this season either
they are leaders with 1 point but still Qarabag always bounces back
because their rotation choices are really more than Neftci
First of all after UCL in 2017/18, they lost lots of great players and that affected the team
Mmm
some important positions are still weak and they doesn't even bother buying for example a striker
That unfortunately happens often to clubs from smaller national associations
we don't have a striker, Mahir Emreli was a great young prospect but he is not suited as a striker
Why? Lack of money, or poor management
Or a combination of both
he is better winger than ST
probably management
because they got a good income from all those int.cup participations
I figured. I'm sure they have money to buy one
also Qurban Qurbanov isn't very good either in last seasons
there is still no word of sacking him because he still manages to get to EL every year
but in reality that's not an achievement now
He has some egoism when it comes to squad choices
How long has Qurbanov been coach for?
Since 2008
That's quite sometime
He got over a small side team and made them beasts, but also the reason Qarabag is dominant is Azerbaijani football problems from 2013
Goes to show how good he has been for them
Yeah, I remember the league decreasing from 10 to 8 not too long ago
Khazar, another team that has gone out if nowhere
The difference is little in that Qarabag and Neftçi are top of the league
Isn't it 22 games and then split playoffs?
then table was divided in 2 and top 6 and bottom 6 played against each other
10 more games in the playoffs
like it became 2 leagues with 6 teams each
It's a common system, especially in leagues with a dozen teams
Austria, Slovakia, Wales, Denmark and Finland use it
wow
so the thing is
teams were lowered from 12 to 10 and then to 8
Khazar Lankaran which was a big deal, disbanded at professional level
Yeah, a few leagues had that happen too
FK Baki which was a big deal, they had the same fate
We got Sabail, Sabah, etc. instead but nobody cares about them because they are just small towns inside Baku
What's the deal with Qabala? They look like they're about to go down the same path
Yeah unfortunately
They were being sponsored by huge businessmen here, but now they aren't
and have big problems financially
that was it with Khazar too
Khazar was created and sponsored by Palmali
but then the corp. went a bit bad and team got disbanded
and now the owner is in arrest in Turkey
Btw that's the case with Inter Baku too, they were being sponsored by International Bank of Az. biggest bank here
So basically they will likely end up like Khazar as well
Yeah I noticed they changed their name recently
the bank tho recovered and going strong
team, not really
problem is football has been destroyed by the association here
and that's why nobody invests in it
they think "I'd rather run a wedding palace because that's more stable business"
and can't blame them
Football is also being destroyed due to the power of the Premier League 🙄
I mean
when league is bad, we can't get good players
when we can't get good players, league goes worse
and that is running circles, really
don't know about Georgia but their teams have been worse than us in european competitions
so probably yeah
Frankly I'm shocked they still have 4 European spots
Azerbaijan's problem is that it's just Qarabag keeping their ranking. I fear that if Qarabag go down the same path as the likes of Khazar, Qabala and Inter Baki, the league will plummet down the rankings
Qarabag isn't heavily sponsored by one corporation so I don't see that being a case
they are just being incompetent
Mmm. With this new Europa Conference League coming up, it might be a chance for Qarabag to get springtime football
yeah definitely
I'm looking forward to that
and also I'm curious about which teams will get to conference qualification
haven't read about that yet
Yes, the problem is there aren't a lot of spots available in qualifying
Only 17 teams will qualify for the GS via the Non champions/ CW path
The 10 ELPO losers
The lowest available place in Europe for the top 5 (so five spots in total) will enter at the playoff round
And 5 spots from the qualifying round Champions Path
So, for all intents and purposes, there are 12 spots available
From the non Champions path assuming the representatives from the top 5 win their matches
Honestly, I don't think any Azeri side outside of Qarabag can get through that qualifying path, with well over 100 teams from all 55 UEFA associations taking part
Keep my fingers crossed for you guys though
FARENSE
!
Hatayspor 2-2 beşiktaş what a match
aaron boupendza > Aubameyang
Super League team Gaziantep FK announced that they parted ways with Coach Marius Sumudica. The Romanian coach found the new contract offer from the club insufficient and was loaded into the club after Sivasspor match. Gaziantep FK President Mehmet Büyükekşi considered Sumudica's statements unfortunate. In the statement made by the club, it was stated that the roads were separated by mutual agreement with the Romanian coach, who has been the coach for about 1.5 seasons. In the statement, "Our paths have been mutually agreed upon with Marius Sumudica, who has been the coach of our Gaziantep Football Club for about 1.5 seasons. We would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Sumudica and his entire team for their contribution to our team during his tenure, and wish them success in their future careers. Sumudica played 51 games at the beginning of Gaziantep; He had 20 wins, 19 draws and 12 defeats. Sumudica and chairman Mehmet Büyükekşi clash at Gaziantep FK Marius Sumudica: I joked, 'I will call my wife and ask for money'
Marquez is this populer sentence in romania?
Yeah, they're doing so well
Now Trabzonspor are just 5 points behind, Basaksehir 9 points, which may seem a lot now, but with how this season's going, I wouldn't be surprised if that number decreases
edin visca has been linked with a move to galatasaray and i think that would make them undefeatable in the league tbh
Fetih Karagumruk have some players who used to play for bigger teams such as emiliano viviano, lucas biglia, and fabio borini
they also have jimmy durmaz and artur sobiech
s o b i e c h

According to the Turkish portal Hurriyet, CSKA Moscow, Milan, Crystal Palace and West Bromwich Albion are interested in Ozan Tufan. CSKA made an offer to the Turks to buy Tufan in the amount of € 10 million. However, Fenerbahce told everyone who wanted to buy the player that it would not sell him for less than € 15 million.
West Brom want Grenier too and they could get him for almost nothing
Baek dont trust hürriyet is shit dont trust
okay
The fb news guy says ozan is only interesting with crystal palace
Krasnodar signed Leo Goglichidze from Chayka Peschanokopskoye for 290k Euros
That was so stupid of them
so today's game vs Hibs called off?
We are in the middle of a pandemic, and they had to go to the Middle East. This was avoidable
Let me check
imagine if they're gonna make them play anyway
Still says it's going on
I'd have absolutely no sympathy for them
They had no reason to leave for the Middle East
well yea Rostov didn't travel to the gulf
If they can't take the pitch today, then it should be a forfeit in favour of Hibs
Exactly
let me check what happens if its given to Hibernian
oh wair
aberdeen lost yesterday
so they'll be behind anyway
If it's given to Hibs, they get closer to Aberdeen
And further away from Livingston, who won yesterday
yea they go equal on points but Aberdeen will have 2 matches in hand
I still think Aberdeen will finish third
hopefully
That's the best case scenario for Scotland
@dire comet you live in Warsaw?
yes
Nice my mom is from there
Lol who were you supporting in BVB vs Legia?
Ah I get you
Well, a draw for Celtic versus Hibs. Leaves Rangers 21 points ahead, albeit with the full complement of games played, while Celtic still have 3 games in hand over their Old Firm rivals. Hibs remain fourth, two points behind Aberdeen in third
Hes Kablo Kayserispor have agreed a 2.5 year deal with former Chelsea, Genoa, and Southampton player and Romanian manager Dan Petrescu, who last managed CFR Cluj in Romania.
Oh
After loss against beşiktaş samet aybaba left from club by himself
Big upset in a Taça da Portugal, where league leaders Sporting were knocked out by Marítimo in the last 16
Ok are you here
ye
Ok
you got the word
go on
ye
Our fans are so crazy
The goverment won't even ban them from coming on the stadium
Ban them from a zone dedicaeted to the stadium during rona
in England
If you do it

And banned forever from the stadium
rekt
