I simply think he isn’t doing as bad as some people make it out to be. With the current players getting anything more than top4 isn’t realistic. I think defensively there needs to be work done and upfront his goal is to make depay consistent because depay has a lot of potential if he becomes more consistent.
He should give the youth chance to improve while maintaining top4 and if he does that this season he’s doing okay
