I personally don't like this system because I don't think it's helping any particular player nor helping to fix our main issues (width/defense/ball progression) also I'm not against a 4231 system per se, it's just that koeman doesn't seem to know what he's doing (judging based on him using 3 10s who like to drift in field instead of wingers and his very reactionary subs) so I think it's better if koeman permanently shifts to a 433 but this also wouldn't magically solve all the problems too since formation ≠ system but I do think it's better if the midfield interiors who also help out of possession, becomes the main creative outlet instead of relying solely on the 3 10s for who are occupying each other's spaces
