24/25 beacuse we went on the cup final
20/21 because it felt like a legit social experiment
21/22 or 22/23
2020-21 cause we won the Champions League
lingard tearing it up at west ham, southampton and everton were top of the league, lille won ligue 1, aubameyang proved that the barbers were indeed closed, havertz scored in the ucl final
and so much more
covid arsenal
21/22 for the strasbourg game and the european semifinal and 22/23 for the great football, huge wins and the wc but upsets (ajaccio and annecy)
21-22 as a neutral
22-23 being biased
24/25
2024-25 as well because of the new European competition format and the end of trophy droughts for many teams
21/22 or 23/24
23/24 won copa, qualified for europa league and had a great euros after
24/25 since it was a very different season than usual with underdogs winning trophies
22-23 for that city comeback and world cup was amazing as well and the napoli serie A win
24-25 was a close second tho ngl
24/25
Def 2022/23. Messi's World cup, Haaland's and KDB's incredible season
Has to be 2024/25. La Masia as the core, some experience here and there, elite coach, incredible attacking football. Domestic treble. Also a UCL campaign to remember despite the heartbreak.
Proud of my club 💙❤️
2021/22
24/25 just something else man
2020/21 cause we won our second UCL
24/25, I'm a barca fan 😂 and loads of curses were broken this szn
This season as a Barca fan
2024-25 was the best one so far, so many teams that no one expected to win, won it for their fans such as PSG (UCL), Liverpool (Prem), Barca (La Liga) (because many said that Real Madrid will win bc of Mbappe), Napoli (Serie A), Portugal (Nations League), Crystal Palace (FA cup), Newcastle (EFA cup). Also this season was full of exciting matches and comebacks and this was probably the "Season Of Underdogs".
This season was the greatest season I have ever witnessed😭❤️🩹
2020/2021 as Chelsea won ucl
definitely 2024-25, so many records broken and many new champions it just felt like a dream
This season, number 20 feels so nice

Question 52
Better hat-trick: Mbappé vs Argentina (2022) or Ronaldo vs Spain (2018)?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Ronaldo vs Spain
uh
prob Ronaldo
cuz amazing free kick
The hattrick, Quaresma and the free kick was cool ngl
and 1 penalty instead of 2 like mbappe
Renaldo
Mbappe always
Mbappe vs Argentina. It was a hat trick in a world cup final
ronaldo vs spain 2018 personally
Mbappe vs ARG. Biggest match in football. 2 goals in 2 minutes.
Mbappe's in a final
-# more non-penalty WC knockout goals than Ronaldo in that game
tough comparison but I would say Mbappe cuz he did it in a final
Cristiano's 2nd goal was a complete fluke. De Gea was awful in the 2018 World Cup.
🐢
A world cup final hat trick is no debate the best one and the most impactful one, this shouldn't be a question
Both have had some scrappy goals involved; Ronaldo with a penalty and a scrappy goal, and Mbappe with two penalties. But i'd say Mbappe because the amount of pressure you would have in a final and to score a hattrick under that pressure is unheard of.
ronaldo’s hat trick for me
did it with weak country like portugal
mbappe had better team around him
Mbappe 2022, obviously
mbappe honestly
Ronaldo Spain
I’m not considering importance. It’s how Ronaldo scored the hattrick compared to Mbappe
Ronaldo's for sure
Even though mbappe's was extraordinary
But the free kick at the last minute to draw the game with spain will forever remain iconic
Listen, ik Mbappe was in a final with a great volley... But Ronaldo was better
Ronaldo's hattrick against spain was better than Mbappe's
Ronaldos forsure, but mbappes situation (being in the WC final) was better
But the more impressive hattrick? Ronaldos
Mbappé. WC Final is untouchable.
Ronaldo against Spain
mbappe tbh
As a mid argentinian both hurts but ill Say mbappe vs argentina
Personally 23/24 bcz my team came back to Serie B and dominated Serie C After 5 years of waiting
Mbappe easily but Ronaldo's free kick was insane
🐢
Mbappe vs Argentina def. Even tho its 2 pens, ronaldo had a pen too and a lucky goal. Hattrick in final + under a lot of pressure
Mbappé for sure.
mbappe wc final
Ronaldo vs Spain
mbappe vs argentina
I can only hope Argentina loses 1st round in 2026 to get cursed
mbappe
easily
Mbappe's was jaw dropping but as a Ronaldo fan...I think we all know
Ronaldo vs spain in 2018
Scoring in a final is soo much pressure, obviously mbappe
Mbappe
Ronaldo obviously. Mbappe had 2 penalties
Ronaldo had one lucky goal, which is worse than penalty
Thank you it's the greatest choice
Mbappé vs Argentina
Mbappe
Question 53
Luka Modrić has chosen to continue his legendary career at AC Milan. Do you think he will be able to have a good season and, even more so, a good World Cup next summer, or will age finally catch up to him?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Meh season but good wc
Milan is washed,he’s cranking 40
Hell no
eh no clue really
Decent season for both
think its an easier league for him to compete in
for his age too
but really idk
good season, milan into ucl and good final year for croatia
wdym age will catch up? he's a young promising midfielder just starting right up, hope he becomes a legend for my club one day!!
best rookie in the world rn
decent in both
Croatian wonderkid😭
fr
Yes
could go either way
I think he will have a bang average season but if he retired after the WC he'll probably have a good ending
Trophyless seaosn but good performance in the World Cup
He'll do okay imo
Really good season
He's already a real Madrid legend who cares
Decent season, Meh WC bcz i dont think he will have so much minutes..
I dont think age will be a problem at club level so he would have a good season
But at national level I feel like with all the young players in different countries he won't be able to keep up
lemme tell u something
hes a starter in the croatian national team
😭
I think he is able to play one last world cup and can do good season with Milan
Then no more
he'll help this awful ass milan team and get them ucl football and potentially win the league AND CROATIA WINS THE WC 2026 RAHHHHH
🗣️ 🔥
Atleast he will have good highlights tho he might be on the bench and trophyless
Not really
Ac aren't the best currently and they don't need an aging mid. They'll go trophyless most likely but modric will do alright in the WC nothing major
He will have decent season with AC and will help deliver Europe to them and will get knocked out in WC Quarter final
It depends on his teammates ngl
bad szn good wc
He will have a good season but I really don't know about the World Cup.
He'll do the world cup and then retire for sure
He'll have a okayish season and an okayish-good world cup and then retire in peace and satisfaction retrospecting at his illustrated career
meh season and decent World Cup
Imagine he finally wins it after being runner up in 2018 and 3rd place in 2022
Wdym age catching up to him. Hes the best rookie in world football
Footballs Fernando Alonso
i think he shouldve retired at real madrid since he was already there for a while and widely known for playing at madrid, but then again he's only 39
I think he'll retire after the world cup and will be a key player at Milan till then
idk but It's one of the most random transfers in the recent times
I think he will grant leadership and good teamwork alongside the rossonero to win more trophies with them but not for long
We already saw that with zlatan who was decisive in our scudetto at 39 years old
But for the wc? I don't think his body will resist
He will probably retire at the san siro
Question 54
Tomorrow is the Community Shield match between Liverpool and Crystal Palace, so let's revisit our favorite past fixtures of the Community Shield. What’s your favorite Community Shield match or moment?
<@&1392052021108146207>
its a friendly cup
i dont have a favourite dinner plate moment
Flying Walker
Now thats one good Oxymoron
Aguero brace in 2018, which in turn eventually lead to man city becoming the first team to win all 4 of PL, fa cup, efl cup & community shield in 2018-19
Not interested in that
Friendly
the charity part
actual football means fuck all
One of my favourites has to be the 1992 Leeds vs Liverpool 4-3
For sheer entertainment drama and opening the Premier League era with a bang
nunez taking his shirt off hahaha
The money that goes to charity
no idea
Idk bruh
probably anytime Arsenal lost it I guess
Every time arsenal won the community shield, acted like they were back and gonna win the title, and then bottle the title or were just shit the whole season
Pretty rare
Nunez
When Leicester won it in 2021 I guess
Bro sum ppl Say we finna go to Serie A IM HAPPY IF WE DON'T GO TO SERIE C😭
But seriously, a 7th Place is the spot by me
Whenever Swindon one it (i think)
Idk tbh
Real
Question 55
Just about three weeks remain until the summer transfer window closes, and plenty of crazy and unpredictable deals could still happen in that time. What are some transfers that currently seem unlikely or even impossible, but you believe will actually happen before the window ends?
<@&1392052021108146207>
any decent player joining borussia dortmund
Donnarumma to Man City
Donnarumma will leave PSG due to the chevalier signing & join a prem club
But I don't think it will be Man City
Isak to Liverpool
Eze to Arsenal
Grealish to Everton (loan or whatever)
rodrygo to city if he doesnt join im gonna crash out
Dušan Vlahović to either Newcastle or Milan
Tf
how is that an unlikely/impossible thing when we're linked to him
and it cant happen his wages are too high
Us signing a player
@quasi flare someone tried posting nsfw discord server invite
Barça signing a centre back
wait is it literllay meant like unexpected or just unconfirmed
if unexpected
Athletic somehow manage to sign a center back due go the injury crisis and then miraculously sign a backup attacking mid
then let me think
"transfers that currently seem unlikely or even impossible"
sorry mate
Giorgio Scalvini to Milan
Nico Gonzalez has bundesliga written all over him
he will probably go to Leverkusen
kind of like how Buendia moved there for a bit
any attacking player joining Bayern
Donnaruma and Maignan to Chelsea
Trust bro
ronaldo to pool
What pool
I dont know
Me to man unitrd
Ac Milan signing a defender
Barca need a CB, newcastle need a striker and donnarumma to man United
A new midfielder/defender for Chelsea
Barca getting any cb or even a lb
Koulierakis to Liverpool or Real Madrid
Donnaruma to Utd
garnacho to chelsea
Newcastle signing a player without hijackings
Me to Real Madrid
antony signing for anyone
Ronaldo to PSG
donnarumma in saudi
Yo bro
Question 56
The Premier League returns this week, so let’s take a trip down memory lane. What has been your all-time favorite Premier League season?
<@&1392052021108146207>
15/16 was crazy
2007/08
every pl besides those which were won by man untied and arsenal and city
18-19
Best title race in the league’s history
Bro just eliminated 70% of the prem
2004/05, Chelsea won the title with just 15 goals conceded
03/04 invincibles (definitely no bias at all)
23/24
hmm ima have to say 17/18.
Hmmm
Probably the 12/13
Or was it 11/12 where that aguero scream?
11/12
Then that one
19/20 or 24/25 for obvious reasons
24/25 as a Liverpool fan but as a neutral I would say 2018/19
18/19
Leicester 2016 was so insane
12/13. Last time we won the title, also one of the first seasons I remember watching as a United fan
16/17
15/16
Yeah 2015/16 was magical, that's a once in a lifetime season
On the other hand, 2011/12 was most dramatic
2018/19 was the most competitive
21/22
i enjoyed 21/22
like everyone was in the pl at that time
This seasons is gonna be the best of all time
24/25
Or 17/18
22/23, imo it was lowk one of the funniest seasons ever for my club
2004/05 Chelsea
My boy Benzi is proud
2015/16. When Vardy got rowdy
18/19
The one where Swindon wins in the future ❤️🩹
Leicester City F.C ❤️
Last season or lockdown
i would say 17/18 because it was when city had 100 points in the table, newcastle, brighton, and huddersfield would also escape relegation, and salah was the top goalscorer. so overall, i feel like it gave domination from city and high hopes from other teams
Your bloodline probably won't even be around to see it
I loved the 15/16 season. First real season I started following European football after watching MLS for years. So many upsets, up and downs, and incredible games
18-19
The comeback in 17/18 at the Etihad to prevent Man City from celebrate the EPL
L
Pogba owned man city that match
25-26 Arsenal
18/19
14/15
18/19
Lmao
15/16
Question 57
The Premier League has been the richest and most popular league in the world for most of this century. Do you think it will continue its financial and sporting dominance indefinitely, or could another league eventually rise and surpass it?
<@&1392052021108146207>
itll probably continue
it will continue because of oilchester city fc
no way it stops
depends on the will of oil companies
La liga might pass it
The TV deals and money generated is superior to other European clubs and leagues already, club cost more than entire leagues and seeing an all English final is no rare shit, even if it may seem overrated I doubt any other league comes near for now
In terms of finance they will be the same in the future with rich owners but in terms of dominance they might not continue if the serie A became their prime again or la liga taking over with more wanting the Spanish teams other than madrid and barca
Will continue indefinitely financially
Sporting wise lets see how other European clubs do
it will stay dominant but Serie A/LaLiga will come close to it at some point
Yes
Are we deadass
La liga all money goes to their top 3
Or top 2 in general
Even though new leagues will get more relevant like the saudi league or mls
The premiership will remain the Richest most popular and most watched
Since it has a huge fan base and it's where Football originated from
It will remain top
im the best pundit to ever exist roam ever for all the time
and i predict chelsea winning the quadruple this year
itll continue to rise and when england wins the world cup next year all the big players will come there
No league can compete with its competitiveness other than Serie A
there is no doubt in my mind that financially this league is going to continue to be at the top when it comes to financial stability
its not even close
nope
Will forever remain the biggest league icl
Premier league Will always remain the top 1 league
Yes
It's massive compared to the right, so it'll definitely contuine, it'd be hard to surpass it
It’ll continue
probably for the foreseeable future
dunno about forever though
For short term, yes. But unfortunately Saudi will take over
Premier League dominance will continue for at least 10 years in my opinion.
The Premier League has been the most dominant football league in the entire world for the past few decades or so, it's still gonna be the most dominant league for decades to come
Yes it will. They are very smart in the premier league giving more money to the smaller teams and less money to the bigger teams. The reason it will continue is beacuse English teams are very successful in the UEFA competitions and also the smaller premier league teams are also making a very good run in Europe. So yeah (Also the TV deals)
Premier League markets itself incredibly well. Financially, will remain right at the top.
Though I strongly believe the quality of teams in La Liga is overall better but the Spanish federation is a joke. Refuses to invest in goal line technology. Limits spending on clubs every damn season. 4K cameras are great for sure but they don't solve the real problems. Tebas thinks pirated football games are more problematic than racism in stadiums. Absolute disgrace.
No Premier League will stay the most important
Rest is irrelevant even if Série A is impressing sometimes
Not for long, la liga and serie A are both fast approaching
LaLiga/Serie A might end up coming close but I think PL will stay on top
Vanarama National League clears
Nah
laliga is ruined financially
Maybe in sporting dominance they will rise
Serie A is rising slowly
Bundesliga is only one team league same for ligue 1 🕊
Question 58
The UEFA Super Cup will be played between PSG and Spurs today, so let’s revisit our favorite past fixtures of the Super Cup. What’s your favorite UEFA Super Cup match or moment?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Ah ok js because u showed this, imma also say atletico 4-1 chelsea
In 2012
My favorite one is the one that took place in my hometown back in 2018 - Madrid Derby, in Tallinn.
tottenham beating psg tonight will be my favorite moment
Messi’s two free kicks against sevilla in 2015
Palmer’s goal in 2024 to take the game to pens
2016 uefa cup
ts match was crazy
I forgot this one was insane
Ain't no way this happened once
UEL beating UCL
gala win against real
Has happened 7 times this century
I think I have watched some but forgot who were they
2000 Galatasaray
2001 liverpool
2004 valencia
2006 Sevilla
2008 Zenit
2010 Atleti
2012 Atleti
2018 Atleti
Ah yes 2012 and 2018
Thank you scourgz
Scourge*
Yw
Greatest year in Steaua history
At any moment Tottenham beats PSG
1972 cause i dont have anything to go off of
1986 yes
2005 Liverpool (We took Liverpool to extra time and were leading until 82 minute)
2008 Zenit
2015 Barca
2019 adrian & mane masterclass
Barca vs Sevilla 5-4. Crazy match, with Messi 2 free kicks 🔥
15/16*
14/15 check your calender right

14/15 they won ucl and uel, and super cup is played next season
Oh
What could've been Middlesbrough V Barca
Sevilla pulled back a 3 goals lead in 33 mins 😬
every super cup final Madrid lost
I don't have a favourite Super cup match lol. Maybe Manchester city vs Sevilla 1-1
Barça 5-4 Sevilla
Messi FK masterclass. Pedro's perfect farewell.
Barcelona vs sevilla
Real madrid vs atalanta
And liverpool vs chelsea and bayern
Are my favourites uefa super cup previous
And this ine
One
My favourite PSG vs Tottenham ❤️💙
Wait is that why Yato did it today bruh c'mon wtf
Question 59
Since Valencia's La Liga win in 2003–04, no club other than Real Madrid, Barcelona, or Atlético Madrid has won the league. Do you think we’ll see a different winner in the next 5 to 10 years, or will the dominance of the big three continue?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Nah
Actually maybe
oh i read that weong
This is the reason this league is overrated
No
Big 3 dominance
I think erm athletic Bilbao
Nah, it'll keep being one of said 3
nah
I feel like there is so little interest for weaker Spanish teams but I think there would be a new winner in 10 years
With their rule of theirs, its hard for them to win anything
the dominance of the big three will continue
Trueee
as long as Tebas is here no
In 5 years not so sure
In 10 years maybe Villareal or Mallorca or Athletic Bilbao
It will always be Madrid or Barcelona or atletico no other club is good as them
Realistically no
Theoretically yes
I don’t think so
Big 3 winner demostic
No, the financial situations are too different between the big 3 and the other clubs. If saudi decided to invest in a club, i could see it happening, but right now it seems unlikely.
the big 3 are quite a bit ahead of the rest
Tf
Real Betis is actually a great team if they just work harder maybe they can win one day
5-10 is hard
i think in the next 15-20 years itll happen
No
Bilbao gonna win it once in the next decade
Bilbao but in 2034-35
Nuh uh
Maybe
nah
No I don't think so, or maybe Bilbao
Don't think so tbh
Maybe, if we will see some good transfers and stuff from the rest of the clubs, maybe yes
Boop
Probably not but if anyone could do it i can see the concurrent Villarreal doing it maybe
I mean to be completely honest
Psg were dominating in ligue 1 for decades yet losc lille won the league in 2021
So in 5-10 years? I think it's do-able, i think la liga clubs can win the league excluding the big 3, like Real Betis Sevilla Villareal etc. But Real Madrid Barca And Atletico will remain the best clubs for a whiiiile.
won’t change
Nope
The only club that MAYBE can upset the trend is Athletic Club. Other than that, the big 3 have so much money that it's just not going to happen
Boop
Yeah 2030s is unpredictable
idk
because they’ve got such a wide range of players to sign
Real Sociedad
if they find some good talents like Kubo and Isak
I don't think so
Maybe
Question 60
As the Premier League finally kicks off today, let’s go on one more nostalgia ride. What’s the best match in Premier League history, in your opinion?

Underrated pick

Where Cole palmer was born
Aston villa 7-2 Liverpool
Liverpool 7 0 Man united
7-0
Nuh uh
one of the best for sure
I though it was going to be 10

You really don't need to remind me 💔
matches are best when its multiple goals by both sides
Chelsea united was a prime example
yes that as well
honestly idk
i'll just say liverpool giving bournemouth an ass wooping 9-0
7-2 would be nice aswell 😭
Aston Villa gave a dad whooping to Liverpool out of all teams
When they won the ucl the year before 😭
Leicester 9-0 Southampton was also a match with a result no one expected lol
Wanted to say that one
Those were some different times
This Leicester team back then was scary as hell
Yep
And ofc vardy
If we are talking about quality easily Chelsea 4-3 Liverpool in 2009. If it's based off late drama and unexpected comebacks then Manchester City 3-2 QPR, the game wasn't very good in terms of football but drama was peak. In terms of best game for a neutral to watch then Arsenal 4-4 Newcastle is one of the greatest possible games, it wasn't interesting if you were a fan of either team but people loved it. And if we are talking about absolute greatest game then probably Manchester City v QPR as it decided an entire season.
Why are you upset about Yanited though? Aren't you a Madrid fan?
He likes every club 💀
7-0
Liverpool 2-2 Man City 2021-22 Anfield
or Liverpool 3-1 Man City 2019-20 Anfield
or Liverpool 7-0 Manchester United
or Liverpool 9-0 Bournemouth
This was peak 👌
Shut it
Used to be united until I switched to schalke
That chelsea vs Tottenham game 4-3 was absolute cinema
So you actually upgraded going from United to Schalke
fair enough
Yeah I liked Schalke for no reason lmao
Now if both clubs win next season I'm gonna get called a glory hunter
The liverpool Tottenham 4-3 was also amazing seeing richarlison celebrate just for Jota to score after 1 min
That one was also amazing
And jota😢
Rip him and his brother
Yea RIP
Man City 3-2 QPR
Obvious pick but no debate
The one in 2016?
Man city 2-1 liverpool 2019
LOLerpool 0-2 ChelSHIT
underrated pick
that's not Premier league 😭
2-2 Chelsea vs Spurs battle of the bridge 15/16 season
It had everything. Emotions, fight, comeback, disappointment, and ultimately giving leicester the dream PL title
6-1 nufc vs spurs
Yes, GOAT Antony will win for Betis
Aguerooooo
Liverpool 4-3 Tottenham this year with Diogo Jota scoring last goal
Liverpool spurs 4-3
Brighton vs Ipswich 0-0 in the 24/25 season
7:0 Liverpool
That game where the slippy G meme came from
Idk the score
New season,same thing
Liverpool 7-0 man united
Question 61
Which player do you think will win the European Golden Boot this season?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Mbappe
Gerard Martin
GYOKERES
mbappe
hes not farming goals in portugal anymore buddy
Kane
hojlund
Mbappe back to back
Look at Nunez 😂
Wirtz
Mbappe
He said golden boot not the boot out of united
Even Nunez was once the top scorer in the Portuguese league btw
Rashford
#openthefuckingfault
He won't be farming goals anymore
Ekitike
not a joke
he'll be the top scorer and top assister
He aint even starting over Marmoush and Cherki
uh
Umtiti
I haven’t seen him since the World Cup bro
What the question
who'll win the golden boot
Mbappe
@snow relic
Mbappe
Nicolas Jackson
Havertz
Haverts glazer all over again?
Benjamin Sesko
Viktor Gyokëres since he ended last season with idk 60+ goals or something ? But he was in Portugal league
Now if he's consistent he'll definitely win european golden boot
And mbappe with his number 10 might go back as a winger
I don't see any other contender tbh
Haaland? Isak? Kane? I don't think they'll outscore him
Kane or gyokeres
Mbappe
Probs mbappe again
Praying lewa turns into a goal scoring god 😔
Gen was last szn
mbappe is winning that
salah
Haaland gonna get it
Messi
Lewangoalski 🤜🤛
Sesko
Raphinha
Erling Haaland
Well tbf It depends
Courtois
Raphinha
Kane
Dembele
Question 62
Ligue 1 has also returned this weekend, and French football remains one of the hottest talent hubs. So, who is your favorite player who developed and shone in Ligue 1 at a young age?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Pogba
If doue counts then I will say doue
Wait you mean all time?
Than it's mbappe
oh yeah mbappe too
Doue
Bernardo Silva
thierry henry
Bilva
Fabinho
Doué.
mbappe no contest
although pogba is also close
Désiré Doué was surely surprising giving he's 19
are we talking about the best players to come out of the league or guys that have done really well at a young age in the league
neither
theyre asking who your favorite was

Hazard
Simply your favourite
Who was in a ligue 1 academy or played there as a youngster
ah then pogs
Desire Doue at Rennes and Kechta at Le Havre
Mbappe (yes basic but I watched him a lot back then)
Bappe
Mcfrappe
Pogba and dembele too
DOUE
MPABBE
Alvarooo
Dimitri Payet, Paul Pogba and Aubameyang
now Akliouche idk how to spell his name
Saliba!
Doue
mbappe for me
coming out of the gate this guy was incredible
Barcola
Propably barcola
Panichelli and Barco are gonna absolutely cook this season
They are exciting
Zinedine Zidane
Hazard
Question 63
Arsenal barely won the game against Man United yesterday, and their performance left most people unimpressed. Do you think they will continue to play poorly for most of the season, or will their overall play improve in the coming weeks?
<@&1392052021108146207>
They will keep playing like shit
If they can hardly defeat man United then I don't think they can even finish second
They'll keep being boring and I don't think they were exactly bad , they were ahead and it felt like they made a choice to surrender initiative to a team that is bad at finishing
Yeah corner fc
they did defeat them tho
Groceries is so ahh
Arsenal would be the same if they would keep this performance because their performance isn't getting them anywhere not even a single trophy
theyll continue to be shit
they’ll improve
viklstar glockeres and martin luther king and shiver me timber wont change shit
spent worthless money on a worthless striker who only farmed goals in the portuguese league
i dunno
like nunez was even top scorer of the portuguese league once and look where he is now
i feel like their attack is just not it
they wont break the curse
theyll always be Runners Up Silver Medal FC
They will do better
i think they will play better but still finish second place
Mbappe
it depends on how we will try to beat the teams. Yes, I think we can.
also yes gyokeres wasnt good in that game but id personally give him some time
as United fan although we played well I still believe they just had an off day. With a midfield consisting of Rice and Zubimendi they should have the central area of the pitch completely locked up. Gyokeres is absolutely the wrong profile of forward they've gone for however, their left side still lacks threat as Martinelli was essentially missing the whole game. Madueke also got slaughtered by Amad so that's another signing I believe they got wrong. If I was an Arsenal fan I'd still take the result with a grain of salt as having your opening league game at Old Trafford is equivalent to being thrown to the wolves. That's my understanding and perspective of things but I do think they will get better with time as they do have an elite squad.
They'll finish 2nd again, trust
Who cares about a crap team who can only score from corners
It's literally the first game of the season at a team that is desprately trying to bounce back from a poor season. People are way too quick to judge. It wasn't pretty and there is a lot of work but its GAME 1
I don't even know tbh
Football is unpredictable that's what im gonna say
Maybe They'll finish 7th
Or maybe they do a treble
We can't know
They’ll be at most second….
Their play could change in upcoming matches
Yes
They'll be with Spurs in the relegation zone
fr
They could just keep getting goals from corners and defend most of the game
Easy win
They will need some time to adapt especially with new additions such as gyokeres and zubi, but after that they will be back to usual
They will improve
That's only their first game, wait a bit
They will do anything for 3 points and constantly rely on parking the bus when they are 1-0 up. I think that's how the season will go
Victor Groceries isnt doing enough, man utd celebrated a loss lmao
Question 64
Serie A is returning this coming weekend. It has always been among the best leagues in Europe and has been very competitive recently, with four different winners in the last six seasons. However, an Italian team hasn’t won the Champions League in 15 years. When do you think we will see another Italian side lift the trophy?
<@&1392052021108146207>
2050
it'll be inter around 2030
In the next like 5 years maybe and it could be Napoli
Napoli are a very good team and they will probably improve
Not anytime soon
In 2035
Probably 2040
Some point in 2030’s will be my guess,
Despite no ucl’s in last 15 years juve & inter still had good runs
Conte in europe 🥀
Why are u making it like a math equation bro
I think Contes Napoli can be a dark horse this year although I hope for Atalanta in 2027
bro you're big fan of nam gyu i guess
I think for 2028
Early 2030's is my guess
2034
I agree, watch out for Napoli
Once AC Milan, Juventus and Torino are back I can say late 2020s or mid 2030s
Inter could have won this year
With how less our spending power is we can't compete with prem teams
useless club
Nor do we have good academy like Spanish teams
Damn
Italian academies are so shit
They lost their prime
Only hoping AC Milan gets back to prime time
Oh PSG and Burnley fan what a combo
Inter fina snatch one
But not yet
Xd
psg
When ac milan would win it
I heard it from a Greek fortune teller
Not winning since 2006 is sad
What happened ?
They are shit
Shit management
Yeah true they could have done better performances
Please Italy get better
U have a trophy last szn?
I meant the greek fortune tellers 😭
Well inter bottled it mamma mia
So much for a supercoppa Italiana
Beautiful I am planning to buy this
Milan 2027
Out of stock sadly 😭
It was the third jersey 2024/2025 I like it
Yeah that's exactly why it's out of stock rn
Recency bias definitely playing a part but I cant imagine any other team other than Inter winning a champions league in 5-8ish years (unless Juve or Milan have a renaissance lol)
Doesn't help that I am always broke
Ah I'm sorry for you
I also have a friend that has it
I don't know when they will win it but I can see Juve losing in a final before that 😆
2027
1-3 years
Napoli
As roma will qualify for the cl next year and will then win it next season
before 2030's although inter are the only competent team rn that can do it
maybe 2035 too
Probably in the next 2-3 years, possibly Inter
It won't be too long for sure, lots of promising italian sides are making long runs
gonna have to wait a few years
and it aint gonna be juve inter or ac milan ill tell u that
dih
In the next 10 years probably
2090
In 5 to 10 years i think
Very hard to tell given that Italian teams other than maybe inter just aren't at that level
And i don't even think inter will stay at that level for too long
we will see water powered cars before then lmfaoo
2030 - Inter
Maybe in 30 years when an arab will get an italian team
Already predicted it, we win 29/30
They'll still be 2nd everywhere
If Inter doesn't win in the next 4 years Juventus will definitely win in about 2029-2030 or earlier
Inter prob bullshit their way to the final and actually win it
Question 65
The Bundesliga is also back in two days. In the last 13 seasons, the only team to break Bayern’s dominance was Bayer Leverkusen in 2023/24. Do you think we’ll see another season of Bayern domination this year, or will another team, like Leverkusen in 2024, step up?
<@&1392052021108146207>
no
Boring league, same old outcome. Next question.
Bayern dominates again tbh and for the next 6 years or so
Yeah, Ten Hag needs some time to adapt
Bayern
bayern will win obviously
hsv domestic treble i feel it
I think either Dortmund or Bayern will still be Germany's ruler
i want dortmund to win but realistically its gonna be bayern
Monchengladbach undefeated 3 seasons run
Or the greek will blow up
Remember this fifa
Nope
Its Ten Hag ofc leverkusen will win
Yes
bayern will win
Bayern domination again, Bayer got cooked
Gee i wonder who will in the title yet again
Leverkusen really gave a good chance
With ten hag in bayer we know who will continue to dominate the league for the next 5 or more years
And no I don't think dortmund will be able to fight for the league
Considering Bayern’s squad this year… they got in the bag
I mean considering the squad of everyone else, they all seem just weaker in general
Leverkusen Invincibles 2.0
ETH Masterclass 😎
Bayern is winning again

Absolutely not
Not even close
Would be actually hilarious seeing the utd fans faces
Hell yea
this year no way
Ten Hag will br called Ten Hattricks after this season
Trust
It'll be bayern winning ofc
FC Stien Rechnaits
they’ll rise from the 3rd division to win the bundesliga
no
Bayern is winnig it again, the league is over
Question 66
Will you be following any European leagues outside the traditional top five this season, or keeping an eye on any teams beyond those leagues?
<@&1392052021108146207>
I think I'll follow Portugal
prem
As usual
laliga as well ig
Yeah, all the other European leagues are definitely interesting
NATIONAL LEAGUE
and the uruguayan league
saudi pro league
And continue following the EPL, Serie A and Liga
AlNassr for Inigo 🥺
Greek super league, Greek super league 2, gamma ethniki and local divisions beacuse it's obvious
obviously
turkish league is pretty damn interesting at times
same with dutch
I don't know actually
Maybe
i’m watching portugal, netherlands, belgium and turkey along with the big 5
u guys missing out on the hnl this guy the only smart one
Jupiler Pro League, pretty obvious
Ireland divison one, cobh ramblers and Cork city in specific
Prob not
only PL, MSL, ACLE, ACL2, shopee cup, La Liga, TL1, Liga 1 Indonesia and J.League
prob libertadores too
Ajax/Fene for me
HSV gonna Play international
Probably all of them like usual 🙏 🙏
The only clubs I follow are beyond them
I follow every first level European leagues so
Top 20
Moldovan Super Liga because of Sherrif Tiraspol
Swiss Super League cause of Shaqiri
And Scottish Premier League cause I want to laugh at my Rangers fan friend when Celtic win the League again
I follow all leagues from like top 1 to top 25
don't have the time so i only follow united
If I can find matches of teams outside top 5 then I wouldn’t mind watching tbh
Liga Portugal and Eredivisie
maybe Belgian Pro League and Süper Lig as well
to watch potential future talents
I think I might follow the championship... It's gonna be an interesting battle for promotion
Also the eredevisie for the title race
🫡
No, I won't until they reach the lvl of top 5
At best eredivisie with ajax feyenoord and psv
Or liga portugal with benfica porto or sporting
Otherwise i only watch the others
Saudi
Eredivisie and Turkish League
Yes sure like championship
keeping an eye on boulogne
MLS
Literally every single fucking league I don't care what division you are what gender you are what age you are
I AM WATCHING
For legal purposes I'm talking about football
I’ll be following the top 5 leagues for the most part
Uzbekistan super league
probably Polish league or something
mls i occasionally follow
same with liga mx
Idk
jupiler champo and nls
Question 67
Which Bayern Munich treble-winning team do you think was better — the 2012/13 side or the 2019/20 side?
<@&1392052021108146207>
2012/2013
2012/13 were better
12/13 was phänomenal
12/13
arsenal 2025/2026
Keep gooning
Both were insane but 12/13 edges out for me
Arsenal in Bayern treble convo's 😭 🙏
it is very close, but 12/13 edges them out
12-13 for me due to the better balance throughout the team
2020 had a better attack imo
But i am going with 2013 due to the balance throughout the pitch
12/13 only because they had harder path to winning the treble and football peaked during those years
12/13
2020
Ofc 2012/13 but lewa was class
In 2020
12/13
Robben
Sorry for the ping oops
I'm gonna say 2012/13
the teams they played in 2020 were incredibly weak compared to their opponents in 2013
As much as how 19/20 bayern München was good. (They did win more trophies)
I think 12/13 is better. They had ribery robben coached by pep and the opponents were so strong
12-13. Even If you compare starting XI's
They were coached by Jupp Heynckes😭
Not pep
19/20 team was fucking unreal
12/13
The one that had Müller and Neur started in
2019/20 side was unreal
2012-13 was more legendary and elite 🥶🥶
2020 never forget
19/20
19/20
2019/20 indeed
2012/13
Correct answer: both were so good its impossible to decide which one lol
12/13 for me
Did they?
When did pep coach them again
He joined them in the summer of 2013
after the treble Jupp retired & they hired pep as his replacement
Thanks lol i forgot
Question 68
Donnarumma said his goodbyes to the PSG fans yesterday as he is set to join a different club this window. Do you think PSG were right to let go of Donnarumma due to contract disputes, or have they made a mistake?
<@&1392052021108146207>
mistake
Mistake
Mistake. Chevalier is worse in basically every way + shorter
mistake
hell no im pissed at psg for that
def mistake
huge huge huge mistake
Big mistakes
i understand psg’s position but it’s still a mistake tbh
Mistake imo
But i think in long term they will still be fine due to their unlimited funds & the football brain of luis campos
Might mess up the coming season tho
Not a mistake
Donnarumma's passing is limited
While chevalier is good with the ball on his feet and was a better keeper than donnarumma last season anyway
mistake theyre not gonna get anywhere with fraudlier
Mistake
eh, goalkeeper is the last position you worry about as an elite team so i wouldnt be too bothered if i was psg
mistake donanrumma carried them in kos
Big mistake for me
An obvious mistake this keeper won them the champions league put up great performances in league games and Europe too the management made a huge blunder by letting him go and I feel like it's gonna come back to bite them in the butt
Mistake worst mistake
They made a terrible mistake
I dont think chevalier will be as good as donnaruma
They made a mistake by letting him leave when he is better than their new keeper
And he also won them their first ever ucl
Mistake
Idk i don't watch Mcdonalds
Big mistake, they're gonna regret it for the time being
idk who would even say its not a mistake
hmm i feel like they made a mistake imo
they are losing out on arguably a 3-5 gk itw
so
he wont be
Of course he won't.
Let alone surpass him like enrique is thinking
If they have a plan to get a good GK then yeah it's a good decision
They let go the best gk itw for no real reason, biggest mistake they could've ever made
huge mistake
Mistake
Not a mistake
Good decision
Question 69
Of the new kits that have come out this season, which one is your favourite?
<@&1392052021108146207>

Tsv Hartberg
Liverpool home kit

Barca's away and i bought it 🔥
WHAT booster?
Arsenals away kit

arsenal's third kit
Arsenal 3rd kit is timeless

Barca Kit
RC Lens away kit

no its madrids 3rd kit
what
or
Absolutely beautiful kit
Question 70
If a yearly All-Star match were introduced in football, would you be excited to see it, or do you feel it goes against the traditions of the game?
<@&1392052021108146207>
it would be good
La Liga v Prem
Not a big fan nope.
No, I think the Super Cup is enough
Imagine spurs and arsenal players together
Or madrid and barca players
That idea wouldn't last very long
A decent idea but footballers will most likely not give gravity on it and it's not gonna be entertaining enough so idk
so supercup on steroids? i think one is enough
Players already have a VERY limited amount of vacation/rest as it stands plus the Supercup exists so no
it would be ok but players and fans would be against it idk
TOO many games
no not needed
Exitedddd
Yes that would be amazing
It would prolly be played in America or Saudi or sum
it would be cool ig
no it would be ass
all star in prem and italian league will be interseting. but in spanish it will be elclassico 11, german would be der klassier 11with barely a playerfrom leverkusen andfrench wouldbe just psg
It’s 1 game
Bro have you seen the all star nba game they don’t even try
Idk if it would be good to play with teammates you've never played with and were always opponents, then there's the fact that the players are really tired in the end of the season, the idea is cool but in fact it's a bit contrasting
It would be fine
They could even get the top 2 from the balon dor and make them do a draft
It becomes too much American then
We should differ from the Americans or we will become conquered
Sport talking
An all star game is Alr very American lol
We dont need it
Too American
not needed
the players in the super cup final were tired as hell
would be boring
nah
No you won't give much rest for footballers that will play it
I would be excited to see it
I am fine with it if it ever gets introduced,
Should be during the pre season though not the actual season
It would be good ig
We have the ucl and other european competitions...
A good matchup with stars with a trophy at the key like for example it's Barcelona Vs Liverpool CL semi-final
I feel like is better when there's a trophy at the key. More tension, like the players are actually playing for something
An all stars match seems only for money
let the players breathe
bad idea
i would mess with it imo. but it should be played more close to the end of the season rather in the middle of the season
or preseason
Meh
No need to copy DLS
MLS literally does one every season. Have been doing it since 1996. The players know it’s a meaningless game and it’s a chance for the fans to celebrate the league and enjoy seeing players from other teams connect for once
Unfortunately since the one we have is fan voted, half the players that get selected don’t even deserve it lmao
It would never work in Europe. There are too many competitions that teams have to worry about that they would never risk their star players playing in a meaningless friendly. In the US, not every team plays in every competition. So they aren’t playing 60-70 games a season
