Won't be a starter but good sub
Yeah, I think he deserves a chance
He's a vardrid player 🥀
What I think of him is that he kinda reminds me of Raul and he could become Spain's future
No comments on Fake Vardrid performances, I hate that shite club
Without being biased yes hes very good but he will flop like all other talents. He cant play for like 20 years more with these much matches.
Send him out on loan to a good spanish team for the season and I am sure he might get double digits
like Real Betis or something
qatar man utd
kvarat man utd
nuno mended
gyokeres
costa
ekitike
osimhen
the list can keep growing and growing + way more in the past
supersub probably
Maybe, could be an Alvarez at city role too
I see him coming off the bench a lot but not starting with Mbappe
Question 17
As part of our tribute to Diogo (#football-chat message), we are dedicating today’s daily question to him as well. 🕊️
What was your favorite moment from Diogo’s career?
I didn't watch him much but I really liked his headers
For a short man he is good at them
RIP Diogo
His goal against everton in the 21/22 szn
At Goodison
The goal for the win vs Spurs.
making the most iconic celebration ever.
his two hat tricks during the 19-20 europa league run of wolves🧡 🐺
Diogo Jota holding Luis Diaz shirt after knowing his family was being kidnapped and did a celebration holding his jersey to show he cares and hopes everything goes well for him ❤️You will never walk alone Jota
His winner against spurs last season or the winner against arsenal in R016 in 2021 (I think)
I remember his hat trick against atalanta being an insane moment, as well as a recent match where he scored the only goal early on, don't remember against who it was tho, rip diogo
I've always admired his positive attitude both on and off the pitch, but I'd say the hat trick against Atalanta, Rest In Peace 🇵🇹🕊️
Spurs remontada
His hat-trick in Champions League, and Goal against Everton this season
kroos, ronaldinho
Jota’s celebration.
His winner vs Tottenham Hotspur
It's the off the pitch memories.
Even if he wasn't best Liverpool player on pitch or was having an injury. He'd be with the lads making youtube videos and playing FIFA with them. A genuine human being to have around.
Him and Chiesa got along really well.
Wonderful soul.
Rest in peace Diogo.
the goal against arsenal (3-1 win for Liverpool) in 2020
The bicycle kick vs Pyunik for wolves in the Europa league qualifiers and the goal vs Arsenal where he rounds the goal keeper
That goal he scored against us lol i remember being so pissed
At the end of the 22/23 season against the game Liverpool had spurs
The game was 3-3 in the 90th minute
And in the 94th minute Jota scored the winner and saved us
YNWA ❤️
I don't really know much about him, but I remember once hearing as one of the rising superstar for Portugal
His clutch moment against Spurs
2 goals against my country of Serbia, both headers, what a great player and it was great seeing him grow from play with Wolves to Liverpool
Thank you, Diogo Jota. Thank you for the joy, the passion, the unforgettable moments you gave us with every touch of the ball. Thank you for playing not just with your feet, but with your heart—every match, every minute, every sprint down that pitch. You always gave everything. You made your fans believe when hope was fading, lifted them to their feet with last-minute goals, and reminded the footballing world why we love this game so deeply.
For Portugal, you were a warrior in red and green, humble and fierce, a player who never backed down, who carried pride with every action. For Liverpool, you became part of their family—scoring in front of the Kop, celebrating with that quiet fire in your eyes, wearing the shirt as though it was stitched to your soul.
But more than your goals and triumphs, The world thanks you for your spirit—for being the kind of player who never really asked for praise, but only gave everything he had for the sport. Players like you made the game more beautiful, and the world more full of feeling.
It hurts beyond words to say goodbye. You were taken far too soon. But your legacy—your fight, your light, your love for the game—will never fade.
Thank you, Diogo. For the football. For the memories. For the heart. We will carry you with us, always.
his goal against Nottingham Forest away in 24/25, the one where he scored seconds after coming off the bench
his hattrick against Atalanta in the Champions League...
Silencing the Emirates in the league cup semi final a couple years ago
Made me so mad but he shined against us
His goal vs Spurs
Question 18
Which Club World Cup quarter-final match are you most excited about?
i feel like real madrid and dortmund might be boring
so im gonna say psg bayern
psg bayern
tho chelsea palmeiras is also interesting
i have a feeling fluminense al hilal might be interesting
i swear to god if theres a fucking 10 year delay because of a thunderstorm im crashing out....
Real Madrid Dortmund will be a throwback to that great final
We could have won it
I am most likely attending the Madrid one so that should be fun
Routing for Dortmund ofc
psg bayern on the right
flu al hilal on the left
Palmeiras vs Chelsea, 2021 CWC final rematch vibes
PSG vs Bayern
PSG Bayern
idk but I would love if both Brazilian teams won
All except the bvb one
Cause that club doesn’t have feelings and can keep losing to them over and over again like a finished team
I used to like bvb but not this new one
Palmeiras vs Chelsea
But I'm also interested in the PSG vs Bayern
Both throwback of 2020 and 2021 UCL and CWC
psg Bayern
Palmeiras Chelsea
Palmeiras vs Chelsea and PSG vs Bayern
Fluminense vs Al Hilal to be honest
Bayern vs PSG as well
I will never support madrid no matter what happens
psg Bayern or Chelsea palmeiras
Bayern PSG peak🔥🔥🔥
PSG vs Bayern for sure
Underrated match-up
Both are in solid form
Mhm
al hilal fluminese
Psg bayern forsure but then real v dortmund
Psg Bayern
Fluminense are winning it
🗣️
psg bayern
I’m excited for this too 🍿
PSG Bayern probably. I feel like Madrid vs dortmund will be not that exciting compared to seeing Bayern take on the Champions of Europe
Question 19
Who was more influential for their team in winning the treble: Lewandowski in Bayern's 2020 treble or Dembélé in PSG's 2025 treble?
lewandoski Bayern Munich 2020
lewandowski
Lewandoski by a mile
Bro scored 55 goals that season to help them get the treble
Individually he was excellent
Leeandisney did not score 55 goals to be compared to dumbele who got injected by compound v in the January window
Yeah honestly don’t think PSG wins the treble if they didn’t make those January signings .
the guy who performed for a whole season
even tho Dembele might contribute more to the game than Lewa does its been shown that flick's system can't survive without a goalscorer - proven in his time with germany's national team
Lol, isn't that clear tho
Lewandowski was the better player individually of the two, 55 goals in 47 games is an insane output rate.
But in terms of impact & influence on the whole team dembele’s impact was bigger in my view, especially off the ball.
The way he pressed & put effort on defence was exceptional.
Certain forwards nowadays can learn a lot from the role dembele played in psg’s treble.
Let’s not disrespect Lewa here it’s obviously him
He was great throughout the whole season
The question is about “influence” so there’s no disrespect really
Lewandowski was the better player
But their influence on the whole team can be very well compared
lewandowski bcz psg treble it's all the team
Lewy not even close
Still goes to Lewa
In terms of consistency and goals
Fair enough
I probably said it too harshly, Dembele is still up there
I think lewa individually was clear
But in terms of influence & impact its comparable due to Dembele’s creativity & defensive effort
This is hard, but i'd go with Lewa
psg vs bayern for sure.. real madrid gonna whack dortmund easily
unlikely
2020 Lewandowski
We've seen in the CWC that PSG are strong even without Dembele
Lewangoalski because he is Lewangoalski and Dembele is not Lewangoalski so I'm taking Lewangoalski
Lewa 2020 for sure
Lewa 1000%
lewandowski easily, 15 goals and 6 assists in a ucl campaign with 11 games only (he played 10), dembele got a red card vs bayern nd didn't even get picked in the squad vs arsenal, his ucl campaign pretty much only started in january
Lewa
lewa
Lewandowski without a doubt
Lewandowski
Lewandowski
Lewa not even close
Dembele no doubt ||Nah jk Lewa was way more impactful and consistent throughout the season and had incredible numbers all around which helped massively in all comps
Tho I'll credit Dembele for the best season he pulled off especially in that new false 9 role Enrique gave him which he delivered massively but this PSG team is not only a one man team, everyone plays for the team and we saw how good we still play without him||
dowski
Lewa
You saw the better quarter final was our
Question 20
Courtois’s incredible save yesterday saved the game for Madrid. Where do you rank him all-time among goalkeepers?
Top 20
Top 10 For sure. Been saving Madrid for years.
It was a handball before the save but hes in top 20
top 15
top 10 might be a little too much
top 15-20 is perfect
in more seasons he will eventually prove himself to be top 10
Top 20 probably
If he wins more than eventually top 10 I’d agree
top 12.38796 keepers of all time
All time top 20 creeping closer to top 10
He’s around 13th-14th
Top 15 or even top 10
I’ll never forget I think the UCL in 17/18 where Messi megged him twice on the near post to score and they knocked Chelsea out
Was definitely one of his worse Chelsea performances
Top 15 for sure
You hang on to the past too much
But yeah that performance for us gives him an easy top 30 now
He is 10th
Around Top 15
Top 25
Top 70
All bias aside btw
By the time his career is over and if he keeps winning trophies he’ll be top 10 for me personally
Top 20, if it wasn't for the drama he caused in the NT he'd be top 15 for me
top 25
Top 20
Top 3
Top 10
top 15
top 10/15
top 10 oat
Has to be top 5 oat
TOP 3 current
Top 10
Sorry bro
- Buffon
- Neuer
- Casillas
- Kahn
- Schmeicel
Where's Čech?
6th
Schmeicel?
Ye
Okay then
15-20
Question 21
Do you think we’ll ever see another player like Francesco Totti who stays loyal to a club that’s not a European giant despite being at a world-class level?
no
No
players nowadays only want money
so when they’ll get a better offer, they’ll accept it
Or actually moves a big club for a better career
Can't blame them for that tho
yea
idrk tbf
even as a madrid fan
he is good in big games
i'd say top 10 maybe
and this uhhh
idk
never again, most strikers nowadays are all in for the money, unless inter becomes a trash club then I don’t think anyone is going to be close to Francesco
never
Unlikely in the modern game
Totti deserves a lot of salutes for what he did 🫡
When Saudi calling in my late 30s I'm collecting the bag and retiring
Not pointing at anyone but he loves his pens
And he is doing exactly that
But a 15 lover was even worse
Was named the best player in the world and immediately went to collect the Saudi bag
Could see a few staying
No
simple answer: money
players that have good quality will never stay at a mid-tier club all their career anymore because they will feel more valuable than the club itself
Not when there’s money in the equation
Marco Reus is the modern version of Totti in terms of loyalty
It's gonna be rare but I think we will be seeing more loyal players
Could be Yamal
Atleast 12 years
Or maybe 15
But nah
Barca are a European giant & their players are paid plenty of millions
Not really similar to Totti
yeah
Nah expect if nico Williams actually stay until 2035
Yeah now it's lots of the players going off to the saudi league when they start asking to sign them
No
🤷♂️
Look honestly speaking, I really want to include Domenico Berardi.
Like he had a couple of offers in 2021 after Euros but turned them down.
Also he hasn't left Sassuolo yet.
There are couple of others but they don't play in Europa/UCL.
No.
no
no
not world class
nope
But he isn't as world class as Totti
The eight king of rome
Question 22
The 2024–25 football season was special, with many teams winning trophies for the first time or after a long wait. PSG won their first Champions League, Crystal Palace got their first-ever trophy, Spurs ended a 17-year drought and both Newcastle and Bologna ended decades of wait for a victory. Which of these was your favourite story from last season?
Palace winning against city
New castle winning their first trophy after a very long time
Spurs winning a trophy. Especially Son got his flowers for his loyalty.
Altho spurs heritage fired the manager who won them their first uel after decades
Ofi vs Asteras Tripolis cup semi final match 2
I was in the stadium at that time
In the first match we won 1-0 away
So we started early with conceding an early goal from Asteras. The AGG score was 1-1 now. Just before the 2nd half we were 2-0 down but thankfully the goal got disallowed. In the second half the miracle happened. We scored! It was 1-1
In the 85th minute our goalkeeper did a bad tackle and got a red. We made a defender play for gk position. He actually saved a shot. And then WE DONE IT! Ofi Crete went to the final after 35 years....
Crystal Palace and Spurs were my favorites
Bologna personally
how about reus
reus was paid a lot I think & got to two ucl finals
He joined BvB during the klopp era as well
Played for gladbach for 3 years as well, so not really a one club man
psg because they somehow managed to save their season from january they were in the brink of elimination and ended up winning the entire thing and beat arsenal, inter, man city, liverpool to do it
crystal palace
The story of Bologna is beautiful
Possibly
Spurs because of the banter
Definitely Go Ahead Eagles winning the dutch cup, I don’t even like go ahead eagles, I prefer there rivals pec. But go ahead eagles did the impossible knocking out psv and az to win it. Go ahead eagles had a trophy dryness of like 40+ years and is now gonna play Europa league 😭🦅
Palace because it’s their first ever trophy
Bologna, lost Calafiori, their manager and yet they turned the season into something special
Had to be Palace
Gotta be Bologna for me
Bologna
I'll mention a different story, USG winning the Belgian league after a 90 year drought and multiple years of rebuilding under new ownership
Probably Spurs' and Palace's story was quite amazing
PSG beating inter for sure, and in the way which they did 🥶
but either spurs or psg
psg making the best thrashing of all time
and making inter from temu real
My local women’s team getting promoted to the Welsh Premier League
psg 🔥
psg won ucl
but for me Eskişehirspor amateur league champıon ıs specıal for me
spurs winning the UCL.....oh wait y'all don't know about that yet
forest getting ucl because they didn’t bottle it
Palace winning FA cup was awesome
Newcastle
Even as a city fan. Palace. Cool seeing them win.
Crystal Palace

Spurs winning because of the Ange quote, and also because I hate United.
Ez
Now ppl can stop calling us UCL-less
Also Palace and Bologna's stories has to be up there too
I know this is a bit different, but we won the Conference League for the first time, we finally won all the major European trophies
Sporting winning dobradinha (league+cup) after 71 years
Congo to palace but as a City fan I ain't saying their name ☠️
It was rigged anyway after eze goal
Newcastle, Bologna was special
PSG winning is nothing much exceptional to me, I kinda expected it since they knocked out Liverpool
Spurs is no more a viral meme now they actually know how to win trophies they had a difficult road yet they won
Spurs one is favourite
Question 23
João Pedro delivered an outstanding performance for Chelsea yesterday. The club has struggled to find a reliable striker since Diego Costa’s departure in 2017. Could João Pedro be the solution to Chelsea’s striker woes?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Can’t predict yet but it’s looking positive
Let’s see this in the prem bcz him in cups is different from him in the English premier league
I think so, Pedro has made great progress so i hope Chelsea continue to develop him into a top player
Don't really care about Chelsea, these questions should be more general instead of being specific for a club
Did well against fluminese, see if he works with Chelsea in the prem
The only solution for joao pedro is coming to betis
Probably yes probably no
David datro Fofana is down all the way as 5th choice striker
Joao Pedro cooking
But for how many time?
It's a single game
There isn't enough data to show that he can perform to the level they need him to consistently until we see more from him
Toooo early to tell
Good performance, rest time will tell
Chelsea has done nothing but to throw money blindly at any problem since 2017.
Eventually something has to stick.
Enzo is an example of something that stick.
Pedro ? Might be something too.
They lack vision but with the amount of buys that they do, numbers are in their favor.
We’ll have to see if he can score a hatrick against man u first
No he won't be a long term solution and if he does have a slight dip in form , chelsea have way too many players for maresca to keep on starting him causing a lack in playing time
Like for new players like delap, estevao etc how are they gonna regularly get enough playing time?
palace winning their first trophy

Best moment of my life. Sealed off a 4 goal come back for the second round in a row. Sent us through to the Europa League final with a last minute diving header
Yes if he maintains his form not just the prem but Europe has to get ready 🔥
The last time you lot said this it was for nicholas jackson😭
We all know how that went
Spurs forsure, I found it funny how ange got sacked tho 😂
And psg final, took revenge for how inter treated us
"I always win things in my second season" - fire bars 🔥
Looking good forsure
He's gonna be good for 2 months then everyone will lose hope in him and then be sold to a serie A club in 3 years for 20 million
Football equivalent of "all on red"
no
shit and arrogant
and a nonce
crystal palace
least fav was spurs...
yes but hopefully not 😂
it’s against fluminese some people should calm down
wait for the final
depends if he can perform against real/psg
Cosistency is what really proves if one can be a star player of the team. A good performance might show some glimpse, but he should keep up with this form to be really be able to fit into this discussion.
It's too early to say, but maybe
He definitely could be, but we’ll see
too early to say
Maybe, let's see if he will cook or not this season
🇵🇱 cup final win
looks good for now, well see next season
Question 24
Fabian Ruiz was one of Spain’s best players in their Euros win last year and has been essential in PSG’s monstrous season as well. Do you think he deserves to be in the conversation for best midfielder in the world?
<@&1392052021108146207>
no.
Underrated in my opinion he’s not flashy but does his job tbh he should be in the conversation
He can shoot a ball wonderfully too
When given space to shoot it almost always finds the net
No
He has chances to be
100%
theres some chances
No.
Not now.
If he has another good season in 25/26 like helps PSG win Ligue 1 or reach UCL semis (with a relatively good amount of G/A) then yes, he can enter the coversation
give him 1 more year
Probably not
Not yet
not this year, this year for me only vitinha or pedri
Coulibaly to fc südtirol here we go
He isn’t the best
But he is absolutely in the conversation
One of the best players at the euros
& a huge role in a treble season
Pedri and vitnia>
No
He is outshined by Vitinha and João Neves on the same team.
Honestly unsure
I think there are way better midfielders right now but I think he has performed at an exceptional level compared to many in the world
Everyone saying no is a clown he is absolutely one of the best itw
No
He has the potential but right now I don't think so
Additionally a notification role for #daily-question is also available now in id:customize, be sure to grab it to never miss any daily question!
Not the best midfielder in the world but the most underrated midfielder in the world
He's top 10 at least
not now but he def will be considered if he keeps this up
no, not yet
He's definitely about top 15 atleast
no but i think he still has time for him to shine.
Nope
Top 5-7
Yes !!! 😁
Yes maybe but n:1 is vitinha
yes
Syamer Kutty Abba the best ever
No
Question 25
Which footballer do you think is the most underrated of all time, and why?
<@&1392052021108146207>
For me it’s Lahm and Riquelme, they’re rarely talked about in terms of the best footballers to have played the game
Keylor Navas, almost nobody talks about him today, and if hes ever brought up in a conversation it would be about his madrid days, which was arguably worse than his psg days
Di Maria
Almost all great CDM's are underrated like essien, yaya toure, n golo kante, viera etc
Difficult question. I'd go with Arjen Robben.
He is very underrated, he plays very well, he scores beautiful goals, he used to have incredible skill with his feet, he is overshadowed by Messi in Argentina.
Yes true forgot about lahm
Yes very much
He can do everything for a midfielder
He btw went into the euros not playing consistently for psg just to play like the way he did at the euros
Top player
And they got him for 15 mill from napoli
Your talking about Ruiz right?
Nvm
Mb
Thought you were replying to the current daily question
Di Maria
he made 2 insane corners goals
and even more
Reijnders
Bet someone says ronaldo
Messi
Sam corne
Because he's sam corne
cold
Hagi
He won 2 european cup with Galatasaray and also Steaua Bucharest
Carried romania in world cup
played both real madrid and barcelona as a captain
His left foot was something else
If he was a brazilian or argentinian
He was basically considered as one of the best 3 or 4 players in history
son
actually nah
zesh rehman
Yes
They dont know about the best winger itw
Bale is literally a monster and has one of the best individual performance in UCL with tottenham, scored an incredible hattrick as an LB is crazy. Also over the years he proved that he can carry a team like tottenham single handedly. Indeed to me he's just at the lvl of Neymar.
Di Maria too is not talked about enough, his ability to create threat on the pitch in different categories is insane. But I'm glad he finally some recognition after the copa and world cup.
dimitri payet
Marchisio
Really good shout
Any footballer who peaked outside of europe, mostly south america when both continents were equal in quality (Pele, Zico, Dinamite, edmundo…etc)
Other than that David Silva is my favourite player ever so would like to mention him as well.
Even though he isn’t as underrated as most people who watched him rate him very highly only.
Nobody will EVER EVER change my mind about these 2
Neville Southall. One of the greatest ever goalkeepers
Marchisio is actually way too underrated though, had a great career & for most of it was one of Juve’s best players yet somehow feels like he is totally forgotten. Might be due to the fact that most people on social media are younger nowadays
Though even when he was playing & was at his peak Pirlo, Pogba & Vidal seem to get more attention
Probably Di Maria. He managed to play football beautifully and score some incredible goals. I feel like the United stint in 14/15 hurt him and people always remember that despite playing great afterward for PSG, Juve, and Benfica
Kanté cause people prioritise goals and assists instead of the jogo bonito Kanté played
And Harry Kane cause "people only remember trophies not stats"
Seeing a lot of Di Maria shouts & icl I don’t think he is that underrated anymore.
Especially after his 2021 & 2022 finals with Argentina, most people rate him.
I think he was underrated for the first few years after he left united though, but not anymore.
Aside from Marchisio,
Just remembered Javi Martinez as well
gianfranco zola scored over 200 career goals and won trophies in both italy and england including 2 serie a titles with napoli and parma plus 4 major trophies with chelsea like the fa cup and cup winners’ cup pure class chelsea’s player of the year twice and fwa footballer of the year in 1997
maradona once said “he’s the only player i would pay to watch” which says it all zola wasn’t flashy off the pitch but his technique free kicks and football iq made him one of the coldest ever just underrated as hell.
Henning GOATriciani
Cause he is the 🐐
I might be a bit biased because I'm irish, but when people talk about great midfielders I don't see Roy Keanes name mentioned, almost like he's forgotten. He was a legend for Man U, like he won multiple prems, FA cups, 1999 UCL, for ireland he captained them at the 1994 and 2002 World cups. Though he was let go in 2002 due to a disagreement with the head coach, he remains irelands best player ever. Absolutely outstanding midfielder
He's also from my county, Cork, so I like him ever more 😂
probably kante
Alessandro Costacurta, amazing and very important defender back in the day for Milan and simply isn't talked about enough
I agree
Same with Muller
so many people used to call him underrated that now he is actually fairly rated
Yeah
Kante as well, I don’t think is underrated
Just playing in saudi so a bit ignored in debates nowadays
sigh dont even know man
griezman and giroud
Wow, this is kinda tough. But for me, I'm gonna pick someone like Xherdan Shaqiri. He's actually won 2 Champions Leagues (with Bayern and Liverpool) but what makes him special is that he's always expected to score bangers on international tournaments. He's so underrated in both club and international level. But, if he's playing in the World Cup or the Euros, he always scores incredible goals. Like, he's a "streets won't forget" player in the international level. Can't believe he's already retired from international football
Cavani
Ronald Koeman - I hardly hear anyone mention his name during conversations of free kicks or penalties. Hes top 3 free kick takers oat imo, especially with having around 250 goals as a defender
Di maria especially in the 2022 World Cup
cavani
Obviously not even close to the most underrated of ALL TIME
However:
-Was a key part of a Chelsea team that only conceded 4 goals to win the UCL
-Was part of one of the best Arsenal teams since the Invincibles (16-1-1 record)
-Made Italy look competent again since they won the WC almost 19 years ago
-Formed the best Napoli team since Diego left in 1990, accumulating the most points tally out of any 2nd place team in Europe at the time
-Nearly won the Balon D'or
nah di maria is a legend of the game how can he be underrated
garrincha, he's surely top 10 best of all time but no one mentions him
Platini
Henrikh mkhitaryan
Toni Kroos. Most successful player of all time (obviously counting team trophies not individual awards).
Abedi Pele
Won the champions league with marseille
And one of the inspirations for African Players to play in Europe
Kakhaber "Kakha" Kaladze. Hes THE Georgian goat.
Question 26
Viktor Gyökeres is reportedly close to joining Arsenal, according to numerous sources. Do you think it’s the right move for both Viktor and Arsenal? Can Arsenal finally win the Premier League with the addition of Gyökeres?
<@&1392052021108146207>
No
No, hell no.
Short answer no
Long answer absolutely not
Yes
no Arsenal need a st good on the ball at linkups
4th time 2nd place
isnt Viktor already a good st
Arsenal need a striker desperately.
But will they be the favorites to win the PL because of him? Nope.
not in linkup
hm
Arsenal should sign Guilherme de Paula
right move for arsenal wrong move for gyokeres
and they aint winning the premier league
I think it's a great signing for them, it's a great signing to strengthen their attack, and I also agree with them signing Noni as well, he can replace Saka in case of an injury. But let's see if Arsenal can win the Prem this season....
If he can translate even 60-70% of his scoring rate to premier league football for sure a great signing.
For a title charge they still need a better left winger I feel.
Gyokeres won't be nearly as good in england as he is in Portugal
I'm sure of it
I don't know, we'll see. I doubt aresnal are winning the prem though..
Gyokeres and rodrygo will make arsenal a powerhouse 🔥🔥
no, he doesn't fit them
also does not fit the prem
Yes he fits arsenal and the prem easily, prem is massively overhyped
No, but Arsenal gonna get a quadruple
Of 2nd place finishes
Lol we'll see if he can shine
Nah…
size pace strength combo crazy
presses like arteta made him in a lab
6 ucl goals dropped a hatty on city 💀
real 9 can drop deep n link play too
got that brighton chip on his shoulder he gotta revenge
way more consistent than havertz/jesus
if arsenal fix the wings/mid he might carry them to the league
No, even if theyre 109 poonts ahead, arsenal will bottle it
All I can say is I hope it works out for us….
No
Probably
lmao if so Arsenal ain’t winning in the next 15 years
no he doesn't fit them
obvs im only saying this cuz im a utd fan and now i want him to fail but hes actually pretty good
Yes it's time 😈
Alone? - No
With other signings? -Yes
Gyokeres is probably the best striker Arsenal could sign rn
I don’t see why they can’t compete or even win the league with the window they’re having
They had the quality 2 years ago but bottled

probably not because liverpool have been cooking in the transfer window and arsenal kinda signed nobody’s except him
Arsenal need a striker so I think it’s a good move
Yes because we know how to create a bunch of chances we just need somebody to finish them
Question 27
Who has been the best player of this FIFA Club World Cup according to you?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Gonzalo Garcia
Garcia gonzalo
garcia surprised me ngl
Everyone
Dembele only played like 2 games so going with hakimi
Gonzalo Garcia
G. Garcia
Fantastic breakout tournament from him
gonzalo garcia
Psg players in general
But the best is going to Garcia
Enzo Fernandez or Donnarumma
depending on who is gonna win
Could go with many PSG players
But the most impactful ones were G. Garcia, Hakimi and Vitinha
Pedro Neto
What a baller I rate him really highly
To each their own
dembele, no brainer
Arda guller (look hes been real good for madrid in the club world cup, and I wanna give a different answer to everybody ,also madrid bias>>>)
Gonzalo Garcia
Didn't really see the game so i dont know
Ousmane
Neto or hakimi
Dembele has just played 107 minutes in the tournament
Otherwise I would have agreed
Hakimi seems the most reasonable shout from psg
& neto or garcia from other teams
Gonzalo Garcia or Hakimi
Gonzalo Garcia
Neto
igor jesus
Fabio, the Fluminense GK, he's 44 years old and has the 2nd most clean sheets
neto
Palmer because he won golden ball ( he performed the entire tournament ngl )
I agree
Fabio by far, Fluminense wouldn't have got to the semis without him
Question 28
What is your opinion on Enzo Maresca’s game plan that destroyed PSG? Does Maresca deserve more praise than he currently receives from the football community?
<@&1392052021108146207>
definitely
Yes
Ya
Yes
Yup
The way he neutralised psg’s wing play & midfield by pressing hard on them was genius. Overloading the left flank to overwhelm nuno as well, which led to all 3 goals.
Elite tactical work, he must have analysed psg footage a lot.
Deserves all the credit.
Maresca has changed us his tactics bought us ucl ball 2 trophies
Poch didnt do this
maresca is a peak coach def
Yeahhh we completely destroyed their chaotic defense, I think Enzo is the best coach we've had since Tuchel
Yeah chelsea completely destroyed PSG
gg
nice coach
Yes
Yes
Absolutely. Chelsea dealt extremely well with PSGs press, and counter attacked perfectly. There was nothing PSG could do, Chelsea absolutely clocked them. That's how your destory a team- understand how they play
he deserves an apology from all of us.
I feel like this gives other teams a heads up aswell, so Luis Enrique gotta think quick 😂
Yes
He does. Beating this monster PSG deserves some credit. Most of the football fans expected PSG to win
Yes. Perfect game plan
Of course
Commentators said Maresca was out Psging PSG
it says it all
Yes he deserves credit.... Chelsea might be a title contender next season ngl
Definitely
Didn’t watch the game so I can’t comment much on the gameplan
honestly yeah that surprised me
100%
ye
Yes
yes
i was mistaken abt him
Yes
yes
maresca is far too disrespected
Question 29
Real Madrid have completed the signing of promising left-back Álvaro Carreras for around 50 million euros. What are your thoughts on the price tag and Carreras' talent? Do you think he will be the solution to Real Madrid’s defensive problems?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Who?
Nuno Mendes is clear of this bum
@oblique portal can I have an insight of who he is and how good he is 🙏
United academy player who we got in Jan 23, arguably our player of the year last season, hes got a good engine in him, solid ball carrier going forward with a decent cross in him & link up play. Defensively decent too
Yeah he seems worth it then
still young aswell tbf, hes only 22
Didn’t watch any domestic game of his but in UCL he looked pretty complete & well rounded.
i have no idea who this is
i dont watch benfica
carreras is a solid addition for them signing for his boyhood club on a six year deal 6’2 LB coming off a strong season at benfica with 32 games 3 goals and a copa da liga title 50m for a 22 yo spanish lb with good performances in ucl especially vs barca seems fair hes a complete profile strong in both phases good in the air and going forward mendy is always injured and fran garcia isnt convincing so carreras brings fresh energy physical dominance and stability its a real upgrade
barely watched him but from the few times I did he seems decent
Don't know much about him tbh but as a barca fan, hopefully he ain't the solution 😂
no shit
yeah probably
not the solution but could help
only if asencio never plays a minute again lmao
Next time answer the question instead of spewing unrelated stuff
50mil seems awfully high for a player that really hasn’t been talked about much in the media
Maybe yeah
Maybe
i dont think hell fix the rma squad but he will surely be good
He could help but not solve
a fullback isnt gonna solve a whole defense, especially when you have asencio the criminal in there
no
Why they doing what we at Vhelsea doing now?
He is definitely a "promising" talent that definitely won't flop and warm the bench
Nah honestly he's gonna flop
My phone needs to be reseted
Keeps replacing C with V
No
He is should be worth 35m not 50m its way too much
milos kerkez has more talent and potential than alvaro
and Madrid are probably gonna steal as soon as he hits his prime at liverpool
they’ve done it with every other player
😭
were they also seeking to get kerkez?
who?
madrid
Hopefully he is good and will be a good successor to Ferland Mendy. Our left hand side was super weak so im glad we have brought young talent to mitigate that for the most part. For Carreras, it wont seem fair to judge him based off his first season, like TAA or Mastantuono, who need time to settle imo.
Plus Alaba is washed and Fran Garcia looks likely to leave now
never heard of him 😭
but if he’s 50 million
go ahead
Portugal produces good defenders anyway Pepe and Diomande to name a few
Question 30
What’s one transfer that completely flopped but you thought would be a success?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Taremi to Inter
Iliman Ndiaye to OM
Coutinho
Demir to Barca
came as a young talent left 6 months later
ronaldo to real madrid
Nunez
Rasmus Højlund to United
Literally had made him on my Facebook profile picture & cover photo back then lol
Bissouma to spurs
Coutinho
Started off well too
🥀
coutinho que te paso
Hazard to Madrid we never heard the end of that
Nunez to Liverpool, not a huge flop but thought he'd be a suarez regen
First 6 months was looking like an actual superstar lmfao
Rice to Arsenal
joao felix to ac milan (even though it was a loan)
if loans count then thats mine
It was expected he wouldn't do nothing
You had belief in Felix in 2025?
For my club, I expected a lot from Dembele. I'd say he flopped.
Overall, Hazard to Madrid and Felix to Atletico were suprising flops to me.
He kinda started to fall off since his last days in atm
He had like one solid season in atm icl
another one i had is rashford to aston villa since i thought he would do way better after leaving utd
Yeah
Mbappe to madird
Ok how is that a flop
Lmao
it really wasnt that bad
He's being sarcastic, and it was never bad
Reguilon to Spurs
42 goals is now flop
👋
@merry lance what about Disasi though? Thought he's gonna be world class but we loaned him to Villa and then we sold him to Monaco
Grealish to city
Coutihno to barca
Hazard to Madrid
Hojlund to Man united
There are a lot not just one
Ye wish it would have worked for him with us
Vitor Roque to Barcelona as well ffs
Mendy was another one I thought would cook due to how good he was at Monaco
But he was just injury prone & then had the criminal case which killed his career
(honorable mention: Marcelo to Olympiakos)
His one was kinda like hazard
Tbh i expected him to be injury prone too, but it was worse than i thought tbh
Mbape to madrid
Mane flopping at Bayern also kinda unexpected
What about Koulibaly? He only played with Chelsea for a season, never reached his full potential with us and went to Saudi for the money instead
Scroll up
You can answer the same thing its fine
Ooo i see
(Tho I find the mbappe answer horrible regardless)
Literally won European golden boot
I cant say mbape is rma flop
But hes stuck on a level
Hes not in downfall
But neither in a great time
Finally got with us after years of links just to go for saudi money
I answered mbape cuz i tougth that he Will change rma
fair ig
People are basically going to Saudi after one flop season
They basically don't even get time to revive atp
One bad season and go to catch the bag in saudi or america
Douglas Luiz to Juventus and Koopmeiners to Juventus
I think it didn't work for him in rma as people thought it would be
Especially going trophyless
I think I at least expected to win something
Should they bench vini now and start him in winger? 😭
I think it's fair to say he proved himself
Ronaldo didn’t win la liga till his third season & ucl till his 5th season in Madrid.
Mbappe individually has been fine so success will eventually come as well.
@merry lance what about Kepa? He's got the potential, but year after year his performance got worse and we even loaned him to Real Madrid for some game time, but at least Arsenal signed him as a backup
Kepa is a good shout
I mean comparing that team with this
He is still the most expensive keeper of all time😭
But fair tho
Was class at athletic never developed further sadly
Still too early to say
Damn i still remember that penalty shootout
And the mane goal
😭
Honestly he can't handle pressure
If a striker tries to press him, he will easily lose the control of the ball
Yeah that penalty shootout against Villarreal where he turned into prime Tim Krul vs Costa Rica
hazard at real madrid
i thought he will be world class like he was at chelsea
but he just became fat & lazy in madrid
Wilfred Bony to Man City
Hazard
Coutinho
Griezmann
Dembooz
Ricardo Kakashi
There are even more but i remember these ones rn
Midryk to Chelsea
Spent 70 million euros for him to smoke the Premier League defenders but he ended up smoking his career
Nkunku to chelsea
he was so good at Leipzig
He still quite good tho
none
Alexis sanchez to Man utd
Moukoko in Nice
completely honestly i thought mudryk to chelsea and auba to barca would both be crazy
Auba was good at barca tho
Yann Mabella
yeah but it was very short
Jack grealish to city was a bad one
In the end pep just stopped playing him
Countiho & dembele
Outside of barca? Hazard to madrid/nunez to Liverpool
Both absolutely ruined our club, stinky bartmeu buying them for 100mils 😭😭
Dmytro Chygrynskiy
I thought he d have been good w barca
Tonny Vilhena to Panathinaikos
Diego forlan to utd
Dembele to barca
Dante Vanzeir to the Red Bulls. Just did not work out for him when playing for us. He was great in Belgium before leaving and then his confidence was gone.
Lorenzo Insigne to Toronto FC
the goat antony😭
Andres Reyes to San Diego FC
We don’t do mainstream around here
Sterling to arsenal
Sterling to chelsea
Bro what? 😭
Hazard to madrid
Wahi to Eintracht Frankfurt
Hojlund Hazard
Hazard to Madrid, should've stayed at Chelsea 💔
Luqman Hakim to KV Kortrijk
Anthony
minicius junior
who is that bro
MINIcius junior
pic of this player please
vinicius junior mini version
yes
savinho
Keita to Liverpool. Was good when he wasn’t hurt but the injuries killed his career. Was so hyped for him
Hazard to real madrid
Ronaldo to jove
The Europa League Pele for only 8M, thought he would be brilliant
Noni Madueke to Arsenal. Future bet that he will flop
"but you thought would be a success"
Question 31
If you could bring back one retired legend to play today, who would it be?
<@&1392052021108146207>
Zidane bc he’s a shithouse
puyol or xavi
Darren Anderton
my goat
Maradona
At barca
is Doumbia retired?
R9
Pre injury
Zlatan
at PSG
Zlatan
Toni kroos
Well well well
I think we KNOW what my answer is
Hugo Sanchez
Toni Kroos
R9 pre injury to see what would he be capable off
Samuel Eto’o an underrated legend
he could be lethal as n9 with Liverpool
This is the correct answer.
Maldini just for the vibes
David villa
Frank Lampard because of Chelsea, obviously
Zidane or R9
Zlatan
Henry
kroos
2 words, Aritz. Aduriz.
Hazard my beloved
Cruyff who is deceased but alive one i'd say Hazard yeah
Tony Yeboah
xavi
paul scholes
Makelele
Buffon
Pele cuz I genuinely would like to see if hes the actual goat
Martin odegard
He isn’t retired
Iniesta or Ronaldinho
My all time fav players after Leo
Xabi Prieto, Roberto Lopez or Luis Arconada
Prime Maldini to compare and find whether he was the goat defender...
Also I miss the dribbling and skills, bring back dinho, prime neymar(ik he is not retired but still), prime hazard etc
Henry 10000%
Roberto Carlos or r9
Antony
thiery henry
Cantona VDS or beckham
R9
Beckham or Zlatan at Galaxy
R9
zesh rehman
Kaka or R10
Matt Besler
Clarence Seedorf
Does it have to be a player?
ronaldinho
Agueroooo
Ronaldinho
Prolly eden hazard
Question 32
Is there any player in your club’s academy who you feel should get more minutes or make his debut for the club in the coming season?
<@&1392052021108146207>
probably will happen soon but Jofre Torrents
Elimoghale
Vos
Barca: Noah Dervich
Ahli: Eiad AlMuwallad
Noah Darvich left
Err as a man utd fan yes...toby collyer...when u have 300k per week case which should leave, u have no more depth in that 6 role with only ugarte and mainoo and i think collyer is perfect for that role. Imo apart from st and gk, 6 is our weakest position
Shea Lacey, no doubt
or JJ Gabriel
Nah 💀
to Stuttgart
Hugo. Rincon.
I saw a few days ago flick was taking him to Pre season so
Robinio Vaz and keyliane abdallah
Noah Beck
Either Bisiwu or Campbell, Campbell is already more proven though so probably him
Josh king
And
Luc de fougerolles
Marc Guiu
I'm a player fc, so idk what to say
will happen soon but ngumoha
Alvaro from real madrid
Mikey moore
Probably Tanner Rosborough or Ibrahim Kasule
Not my club but definitely Mathis Albert
future BO hopefully
I'm not american
Me: Maldini
My little brother: Zidane
I wanna see Mike Penders perform in the senior Chelsea team
zach abbott
Jesus Fortea, RB, i think he can atleast be a decent backup to Trent.
also Joan Martinez, CB.....idk if he's ready to start yet at the top level, but looking at the quality of our CB depth, might as well
kone leacey mantato
Ngumoha. Really excited about him
Start giving Joan Martinez more time once he recovers from injury
bendito mantato looks promising so hope he gets minutes in the senior team this szn
Question 33
Bryan Mbeumo is about to join Manchester United in a £70m package. Can he fix their right wing and help them secure a European spot next season, or will he just become another United winger who flops?
<@&1392052021108146207>
yes
he will secure them a european spot next season
Another flop
He will succed but wont get europe
top 8-10
Flops
They’ll be in the top 10
Miserably
But no guarantee for European football next season
Maybe
Another example of throwing money hoping for something to work out
Another flop
Will not flop but not succeed as ppl say he will
give united the benefit, theyll be good next season
Won't be surprised if United actually get relegated
since he has experience in the prem i think he will be good for us
I think he's gonna be the next Antony
another cole palmer
I think he will definitely add a dimension to their attack, its a player with Prem experience who had an amazing last season. The only question is if United can get the right striker to assist him
I dont think he's enough to make europe
I see them finishing about 15th
he'll succeed but it isnt enough for united to get top 8
Relegation battle 😈
don't see him beeing a star there tbh
the problem isnt the players
the problem is united themselves
Great player but will flop at Utd
he'll do well but we need more than just him to do well ourselves
I'm a say flop, cuz every player turn into a clown when they join united
Maybe
Maybe
Could be both tbh
He has potential to cook
Maybe
there’s a 40% chance it will be a no flop
Oh I think he can fix the right wing
Bro is from Brentford
Brentford > Man Utd this season how ?
I don’t know if he will fully fix the problem but he will definitely help push United towards European football
Idk probs flop
The thing that im concerning about is who will be the main penalty taker for utd
Cuz bro is also the main one at brentford
Flop
he can create some danger from the right wing like a secondary finisher, high pressing and good on fast breaks
if they play 3-4-3 team can be a serious threat
Its a winger with prem experience, combine that with their other addition of Cunha aswell as an already creative midfielder in Bruno, I actually think he'll do good at Utd
watch him magically forget how to kick a ball
flop
100% flop
In my opinion he will fix man utds rw spot, but they need more for them to get european football
flop
top 7 with just him top 6 with a good gk
No
Yea
He's unknown he's probably bad
United is cooked so even if he does well they gonna finish probably 10th
I'm convinced they bought him because Jim thinks he's Lebron James
i think he can sneakily get them in top 10, but it would really have to depend on the team below them that drop in form which tbh is very questionable.
so i doubt it
flop
Flop
Question 34
Which was better: PSG's 2025 season or Manchester City's 2023 season?
<@&1392052021108146207>
PSG
Manchester city
Won the world championship
Manchester City 2023 would humble PSG
PSG does not
Man city so obviously
2023 they performed for a whole season + had more competition for their trophies
PSG
neither fuck them both
City
- inter
city
city
City
Manchester City 2022/2023
PSG almost got eliminated from the UCL league phase
man city 22/23
@crude gazelle
@round elm
psg 2025
City as they were elite for the whole season
If we’re counting the year 2025 then it’s a lot tighter
psg since they won ligue 1 unbeaten (ik it is the farmers league but it is what it is)
psg they had more vibes
City were absolutely dominating at the etihad and humbled so many big teams like liverpool, Bayern, madrid
City's 2023 season ofc
Psg
+psg almost lost to liverpool and drew with villa in the ucl
Also lost some group stage games
PSG
Now this is a good debate to have. Unlike comparisons with 2011 Barça 💀
I'd give a slight edge to 2023 City
22/23 city, run rampant across (almost) all competitions
The time when the Etihad was a fortress, also that 4-0 win against RMA
PSG 2025, obviously
Man city 2023
PSG 2025
That Man City team didn’t even have their best PL season. Only 89 points having 5 loses in the league. They were knocked out in the QF of the EFL Cup by Southampton. Their path to the FA Cup final was Arsenal, Bristol City, Burnley, and Brighton before beating United.
Man City 2023, the treble is more difficult in England
PSG 2025
People remember that league win more as an "Arsenal bottle" than the City team in itself, so PSG
Man City treble
Man City
Better CL campaign until the final
had tougher competition in League + Domestic Cup
Won the CWC
This is insulting psg had the league and cup wrapped up meanwhile we. Had. To. Go to absolute demonic form to beat arsenal to the title then had tp beat our city rivals in the cup final and our icl is arguably the hardest in terms of qaulity and we did that unbeaten while. Psg lost game
PSG for sure
Manchester
Me: Manchester City
My little brother: PSG
Manchester City but PSG was more memorable
psg > 115
psg 2025 tbh
@cunning hamlet how you doing?
Average MUN fan 🥀
gute gute
Manchester City would blow PSG in a two legged game
They won a treble in a more competitive league
PSG beat inter by 4 more goals
Manchester City were always fire in the season
Meanwhile PSG trophy farmed in France
Prime onana + prime acerbi 🥀 😭
2023
0/10 bait lol
lmao ok
City 2023 would smoke PSG 2025
Dominance overall: City
Storytelling: PSG
But I'd take us, especially with how Enrique transformed the team and destroyed Inter in the final
City no doubt.
(There is definitely no bias here)
It's my opinion 🤷♂️
City was already destined to be one of the favorites to win the UCL while everyone wrote us off especially after Mbappe left and saying we'd be shit without him 😂
Sure we started badly I'd give you that but after the City game at the Parc really boosted the club's mentality, which almost resulted in winning all trophies
PSG 2025
I like that answer
City
Tbh City 2023 felt even more unstoppable than PSG in 2025, so I'd go with City, first treble in the club's history
In terms of vibes PSG's was more enjoyable and interesting to watch tho, considering they were written off by many other ppl
Question 35
If you could change the nationality of three players to play for your country in the 2026 World Cup, who would you pick?
<@&1392052021108146207>
