Zlatan’s bicycle kick
Hi!!
Similar to 2018 with Ronaldo I would love to show people Riley McGrees scorpion kick

There's too many to choose from ngl
hard question I’d say Ronaldo’s bicycle kick with rma but truly there are many options
Probably any El clasico match from 2012-2017
Kevin De Bruyne's assist vs Stoke City
Watford vs Leicester is an underrated one. It highlights the end-to-end nature of the game and the pure passion too since the fans start invading the pitch as Deeney scores the winner.
Damn, i actually had this one in my mind too
Amazing
Is that jadon sancho?
does jadon sancho play for nottingham forest
I would show him De Bruyne’s goal at the Bernabéu in 2023 wasn’t just a screamer—it was personal. After the heartbreak of the previous year against Madrid, you could tell this meant something deeper to him. He’d waited a whole year with that frustration bottled up, but there was even more behind his eyes this time—something heavier, something off the pitch.
And when the moment came, he didn’t overthink it. One touch, then that vicious strike—low, precise, like it was guided by something deeper than just football. No wild celebration, no emotion. Just arms out, cold stare.
He didn’t just score—he made a statement. On a night where the spotlight usually leans toward Madrid magic, he flipped the script with pure quality and quiet fury. A goal that carried weight beyond the game. That’s what made it iconic.
Being scored at one of the most iconic stadiums ever , the goal represents everything , the greatness of a legend , the mental strength of a man , the taste of revenge
and it was a truly iconic moment in a teams pursuit of club footballs most glorious trophy
Benfica 4-5 Barcelona (UCL League Stage Matchday 7, 2025), absolute drama and an entertaining match overall
Might have
For me it would have to be the Gerrard header in 2005! That goal got us back in the game!!
- he was injured back then and decided to play
but true story, when convincing my friends to watch football i told them there was a lot of straight men who do slightly romantic things while chasing a ball
👑
Montpellier vs. Lille 90+3 goal in the huge screens at the city centre of Montpellier. Giroud's assist to Aït Fana's goal that gave Montpellier the Ligue 1 title for the first time in their history against PSG's Qatari money
Sam corne against ipswich in january 2024
like kissing each other
Cheick Tiote against Arsenal easy
Build up to Ole Romeny's goal vs Australia
Ronaldo's 2nd v Germany in 2002.
Not just a lethal finish in football terms, but a real showing of how stuff you do off the ball is so important. Cafu busting a gut in the 80th minute to overlap and draw a defender away, Rivaldo's dummy. Both create the goal without touching it.
Then the man who scored it. A king having his moment. Multiple career threatening injuries, back to back, after a seizure at the previous World Cup final.
A goal that only lasts a few seconds, but encapsulates so much about the sport.
athletic vs valladolid
7-1
It would be Randal Kolo Muani's miss
the Aguerooooooo moment. As a united fan im heartbroken when that happened, As for other rival or neutral fans its such a moment.
vitinha masterclass vs PSG
ok one more and then im done i promise chat
🔥
La Remontada would be a good shout

Roberto Carlos legendary free kick goal against France in 1997.
Lightning in a bottle
Oh mb✌️💔
Antwerp’s title winning goal from a couple seasons ago
Holy poetry
is this glaze
Its called art
Honestly I would have to go with the Troy Deeney moment in the Playoffs.
A moment where all odds were against Watford with that penalty for Leicester to be saved and then go down the pitch for one last attack and score was just incredible. The pure passion and love by the fans as that goal went in to go ballistic and jump the pitch is just cinema.
Erm.
Corner taken quickly maybe?
Or maybe Zlatan bicycle kick or Aguero moment
probably the aguero moment
Hell yeah I remember that game so well
4-0 down to comeback. Probably the only time Chamakh showed up lmao
real madrid and manchester city also a good option

Really has got everything for a moment in football history
However, for a full overall match, I would choose
I have to fully agree with both of your takes here
Barcelona defenders pique alba mingueza and lenglet
Ankara messi
I always bait this scene to Ronaldo fans
Why is this called a daily question channel
HSV demolishing Real Madrid 5-1 in the UCL
That was a scary moment for my grandpa, according to him (he broke a plate in frustration when he heard of the defeat)
And poor Madrid lost at the bernabeau 2-1 after again
🤣🤣🤣
Or whatever the stadium was called
Still the Bernabeu
Also we definitely let arsenal win the tie so they can have some enjoyment in their season (im coping rn)
Question 2
Sergio Ramos put in a man-of-the-match-worthy performance against Inter. Where do you think he ranks among the greatest defenders in history, and do you believe he is still good enough to play at the top European level?
He would still play at a lot of European top clubs
top 10 oat, and no, he could most likely not be good enough to play at the top level anymore
maybe at clubs like southampton or ipswitch, but inter just had a bad day, which is why they only got a draw
i can't rank him but if i know football he's not going to be european level after this season.
he's too old
but he can sign for fenerbahce yk
Ranks no.5 behind Maldini, Van Dijk, Beckenbauer and Maguire
Maybe top 10
He is old, but I think he is still good playing in European leagues like the Turkish league, Portugal League At his age I would give him top 8 but if he was in his prime I would give him top 4 he is the best defender of all time and he is a real madrid legend 🤩🤩
8th best cb of all time and he was decent at sevilla last season so maybe not ucl but definitely in a top 5 league
Sergio Ramos isn’t just one of the greatest defenders of his generation, he’s a legend of the game. With a career full of trophies, leadership, clutch goals, and unmatched passion, he ranks among the all-time greats like Maldini and Beckenbauer. Even in Mexico, his class still shows but greatness never fades. At his peak or not, Ramos still breathes elite football.🤍
Top 10
Top 10 and yes
He is a bit old but still performing well, so maybe top 20
Hard to say.
Ramos might scrape the top 10 CBs of all time. But just barely imo.
He is still a great CB with a big legacy.
He no longer has the lvl needed for top football, however, as a mentor for you get CB’s he would fit in any team.
Top 5/10 all time
& I think he can be a good backup for top clubs still, but definitely not a start due to his age & physical decline
Top 5 definitely, but saying he's the greatest defender to be on the planet is way too far. But i still think that he could probably be quality for the Top 5 Leagues, but I'm not sure if he can catch up with his age.
He would still start for Madrid
His leadership role and fouls overrate how good he was as a defender I’m ngl
Don’t see him in a top 10
A very good defender, and also a very successful one. But there's more to the sport than trophy count. His red card total will always be a black mark on his career when compared to other elites.
I don't think he compares to a number of the great Italian defenders of the last 30 years like Baresi, Maldini, Nesta nor someone like Van Dijk in terms of ability.
As a centre back, he probably has an argument for top 10 ever but I don't think its much more than that.
He could definitely still play in Europe, but not among the very top.
3
top 5/10 best cbs and could play for some mid table/relegation teams in the top 5 leagues maybe not epl tho
He’s in top 10 for me
Top 5 all time
Can play in europe but not for the giants
Top 10. The consistency he showed while playing at Madrid on top of having clutched moment made him a defender players feared.
Unfortunately I don’t think he could play at a top level anymore just due to how much the role of a CB has changed overtime.
In my opinion he is a great talent, and one of the best defender in the world. But, he is also a coward, his attempt to injure players for glory is very unappealing. Which portrays as disgusting and cowardice gameplay.
Other than that, he is a top defender
Idk about ranking, t10? S for Europe maybe as a sub but idk
nesta better
Definitely in the top European level, but for like a mid-table club; in defensive ranking, he's in the top 10 of all time
Top 15
Ranieri winning the Premier with Leicester
I would say top 10
He is still elite but he has lost his touch
Top 5
Not European level
uhh
- maldini
- zanetti
- beckenbauer
- cafu
- roberto carlos
- baresi
- moore
- lahm
- van dijk
- stam
top 11 then
and no
go to the mls or saudi and retire unc
that one match between barbados and grenada
hadnt watched it myself but when i did it was
Definitely yeah
Top 10 for sure
He’s not good enough to play top level, it’s an adjusting Inter side. I rather not give praise for that, especially with a manager who hasn’t integrated properly with the team.
All time, he is top 15 for me. Great defender, underrated tempo player and incredible aggression and mentality to change games for a team. I think he brings more than defending which changed the modern era for defenders where Pep and Ramos were seen as an incredibly formidable partnership.
He isn’t top 10 due to lacking other factors which don’t put him in the ELITE category level. 🤷♂️
Great performance however.
Top 10, no higher than 5, he’s finished, inter just wanted to save injuries for the real season, and he’s far too bad to play in Europe
Top 10 oat, and no, he could most likely not be good enough to play at the top level anymore.
Maybe at clubs like southampton or ipswitch, but inter just had a bad day, which is why they only got a draw.
I'd say Top 5 cause he's one of the most solid defenders I've ever seen, he's already quite old but maybe he's still good at playing with mid table La Liga clubs like Sevilla
Either Zlatan’s bicycle kick vs England or Sergio Ramos’s 93 minute header to win the UCL
A younger team in Europe with his experience a PSG like team not an Inter like team.
I would say he is top 10 no disrespect to Inter but they haven’t been good this season and are probally still dazed from the UCL final
Roberto carlos isn't a good defender
people overrate him for his free kicks
Question 3
If you had to choose another country to host the Club World Cup, which would it be and why?
Would not mind israel cannot imagine them missing
kuwait so we can rig the world cup and win
croatia
personal bias
would say ireland but we have one decent stadium for football
i could watch it
- dublin is shit
AUSTRALIA
Russia, we have nice & big stadiums
England
It's crazy how they hosted the WC only one time
DID U SEE HOW WELL WE DID WITH THE WOMEN'S
Lebanon 🔥
WE WONT EVEN HAVE SLAVERY CONTROVERSY
i agree with australia
timezones 😢
great stadiums, good environment, and overall safety
but they would be a way better host than saudi in 2034
or any host in the next few years
i currently live in australia, and it fucking sucks waking up at 5/4am to watch my team play
2, and yes
Japan
Brazil or South Africa to relieve the 2014 or 2010 vibes again
just clocked people are crying at usa about heat 😂 even better
The rest of the world deserves to feel the pain
agreed
Japan
W 😭
Great Britain or Germany as they have the highest standard of stadiums across the world
would give the cwc some prestige in its first new edition
Safety in Australia? Bruv
I'm up with Saudi for better experience and facility
Australia seems cool tho ngl, love the environment of Australia
5:30 - 6:30 AM is perfect timing for me
Brazil
South American vibes are just impossible to forget
What is unsafe
We don't have stadiums in the bush
Racism
Which of the next few world cup hosts are less racist than Australia
I wouldn't undermine Australian racism but we literally just had a women's world cup perfectly fine
The areas around the Sydney stadium are incredibly multicultural as is 😁
Yeah can't speak truthfully for the rest of the country but I'm dying to experience a men's world cup without 3am finals 😨
Lol fr
I think here in India timing would be around 5-6 AM, which i think is kinda perfect
For me at least
Oh you earlybird
Yeah, idk early morning football match hits diff lol
Turkey
Bangladesh, cuz it would be goat and we could get the goat ronaldo to win it
Italy
Because of food
Mars
Ireland (no valid reason at all)
U irish too ??
Agreed, cork>
Honestly I think Italy and Greece partnering for a WC would be pretty neat. I really don’t know why but those two stuck out to me.
Germany maybe
ye
cork is shit too
Literally the best county
Dublin is more shit
Nothing happens in the other counties
croatia because yeah
goated country
I think it would do well in Germany tbh, the club bandage is great there
mongolia because its tuff
It would be Brazil the country of football.
Australia or Japan. I think they have a good timezone for CWC. People in America can watch games in mornings, what is much better than 3:00 AM which we have, people in other continents could watch the game in daytime or evening
They also have enough amount of stadiums, and accept some tournaments before, so I think they could handle it
spain without a doubt
England
Russia again 2018 was crazy (i’m not talking about football lol)
Brazil
I don't know
mongolia just cuz why not
France I think would be a great pick. Geographically first, but also because French police are not qualified to handle bigger sporting events, we saw that with the 2022 UCL final that ended up being delayed or in general Ligue 1 away days always being messed up, but the CWC is a "small enough" competition to not harbor the same security issues, but large enough to accomodate fans from all over the world.
Brazil 🇧🇷
England because of time zones only it’s perfectly balanced if I must say.
Germany because of the fans and football culture
We winning it
China.
Nigeria so that football fans will see nigerian ball knowledge
Germany cause yeah we need money and it would be cool
🇯🇲
Australia/ new Zealand
Israel - Great scenery, amazing food, good football culture and peaceful country
Germany would be an ideal host for the next CWC due to our crazy Stadiums and infrastructure, guaranteeing accessibility and more.
Another one would also be our passion about the sport, making sure every game has some atmosphere.
Big point would also be the history of us hosting large international tournaments such as the Champions League final and EM/UNL
Australia ? They have the finances and infrastructure to host and they have more football culture than the last world cup host.
Argentina or Brazil
I'd say Germany because the stadiums are good and the football culture is good as well
But this is FIFA we're talking about, they're always giving the hosting rights to the highest bidder so they'll probably host it in Qatar or Saudi Arabia
Japan because of them the concept of CWC exists
or USA again because I can go watch games
Australia
Brazil
Argentina
Spain or Italy
Brazil. Only seems right considering the Club World Cup is considered such a big deal in South America
Question 4
Do you prefer the new Club World Cup format, the old one, or do you have a better idea?
All my homies prefer the old format
We saw bigger games
Like Juve playing Barça
The new one, the hate is so forced
New one because it's good
new one because it means people won't immediately know who'll win it based on the last UCL winner
although i hate the current tournament is bad in general due to weather issues and late match kickoffs the new format for me is wayyy better than the old one tbh .
it was just so predictable and boring
The new format makes the tournament more competitive, especially on knockout stage, and there're more clubs which also have more upset matches that can attract more people, so basically, i'd prefer the new one
The new format ofc in the old one was so boring
No one even watched the old one
they were just glorified friendlies
New one is better
But I would personally remove the 2 team per country limit. The confederation quota’s are fine enough, but the limit of 2 teams per country seems a bit unnecessary, especially in the context of UEFA Participants.
ofc clubs should have to go through a playoff round if they want to be in the main tournament
yeah i get it's supposed to be the club world cup but wtf are they gonna do except get battered every time
They should reduce it to 1 team per country
I would like to see a team from my country
Playing in an intercontinental cup
how would that work exactly
like how would you decide which countries would be represented
I prefer the old one
letting a team qualify because of a tournament they won four years ago is stupid
How Brazil has more than 2 teams
New one
Libertadores winners
Yea I like the old one
4 different Brazilian teams won libertadores
in the last 4 years
Thats why
Palmeiras 2021
Flamengo 2022
Fluminense 2023
Botafogo 2024
Oh
The new one
The old one wasn't bad
But lacked interest
It appreciates football from other continents
Especially Brazil
Shows us that the gap isn't that big skill wise
and yes PSG has dominated Botafogo, but they still managed to keep on
make it a ko competition without gs
ppl would tune in more
less games
more rest for players
Newer
Add a little qualifying round before the tournament for the lower ranked teams to make it more fair and reduce the amount of participating clubs from 32 to 24
Wrong channel sorry guys
i like the format but not the qualification process
The new one. How u wanna crown yourself as a world champion if u play a asian or any trash team in the finals? This format allows more good teams to play.
100% the new one. The old one was so bland and most people forget that it was even on.
The old one is only 1 team per confederation but for some reason UEFA automatically go to SF so they basically play a game and get to the final. It’s pretty pathetic.
This format has allowed many different teams from around the world to try and compete for good money and we’ve seen some amazing matches so far.
I don’t mind the qualification on how teams get it and the size. But if they change it then it wouldn’t make sense to have it every 4 years. Only team I think that got in completely unfairly is Miami
New one
Old one
^
The hate on the old format is crazy
New one its way more entertaining
damn dude what do you have against asian teams
Lmao
I don’t think Juve and Barca ever played each other in the old format?
2017 was Real Madrid vs Gremio in the final.
Don’t think it was possible for 2 UEFA teams to play each other since it was only 1 per federation. Unless there’s like a superrrrr old format that I don’t remember
Just saying😭
I prefer the old one, even if both are bad.
Ideally the old one should've been 2 groups of 3, 2 group games each in to a SF and a F, or just a F. Current competition is so unnecessary and long in an already oversaturated schedule.
I like this new one a lot
The new one, REALLY easily too. Before what would happen is just... European team gets to the final and the other team fights for their life while the European team barely tries. Really fucking boring and degrading for the non-european team. I LOVE the new format way more.
the new club world cup is actually way better than the old one because now it actually feels like a world cup before it was just 7 teams and everyone knew it would be europe vs south america in the final and ofc the European team will win and nobody really cared but now you’ve got more teams from everywhere more chances for underdogs to show up and more matches that actually matter and not just a quick tournament in 10 days people hating on it are mostly just stuck in nostalgia they liked the old one because it was short and familiar but that doesn’t mean it was good and honestly calling it a “world cup” before was kinda a joke now it actually lives up to the name
ehhh well the asian team did occasionally make it to the final too
i do like the new format more though
And guess who wins the final🤦🏽
the most that would happen is (in my teams case) scoring a few goals against the european team and it being a thing to celebrate, which is really depressing. i like how its closer to a world cup style knockout tournament
and the more spots for teams means more chances for non european teams to beat european teams (essentially the goal lol)
A cwc format similar to the cl would be so fire
Allows for way more non european teams to face off against european teams
Conmebol > uefa
The scoresheet says otherwise 😌
Its just 1 game so far
uefa teams have lost more than connmebol teams mate
Exactly
So far I counted 7 wins, 1 loss
(Not counting the draws
However you are right in the case that CONMEBOL so far have not lost a game
But also, there are less CONMEBOL teams than UEFA
and UEFA picks have been questionable
Like who tf invited Porto or Salzburg
Wait this isnt the cwc channel
Fuck
The new format is pretty cool, despite the hate and "hype" around it.
But it gives clubs outside of Europe more exposure and promoting them during the CWC which I like, so yeah I prefer the new CWC format. 👍
its alright but let teams bring their b teams so the stars can relax
New one far better than old one
New one is better for us to watch but worst for players
Sooooo how did it go
old format
I prefer intercontinental cup, man to man battle
the new one is so good
old one
Question 5
What made you support your club, and how did you become a fan of it?
Messi did
And my grandpa 💔
What made me support my club was:
- Near by
- a pretty great team
- an amazing perfomances
- and motivation
I heard of Bayer 04 when I first got into football like 3 years ago
Are you French ?
Oui
My whole bloodline are united fans
I just was born being fan of my club
Ok
My club since
Cantona who flipped up his collar and scored a goal and react like its nothing. From that on im a United fan
I support Real Madrid I liked how ronaldo play and carry them also Mbappe is fast and almost won the World Cup 2022 they have 25 ucl Ronaldo nazairo was good but his haircut was weird
25 ?!
But my first game i watched my team was the 2008 ucl final, and the first full season i watched was 2010-11 prem season
15 I
Lol
I type fast and I make mistakes sorry
How old were u around that time
hi younglings
I was 3 in 2008

Thats crazy
Yep
Dude im only 20 this year
42 here. so totally possible
Its ok
Omg unc
Woah cool
Zamn 😭
if i watched bryan robson, mark hughes, paul ince, cantona played at their prime. its easy to guess my age
I first googled" which club has the most UCLs?" it was Real Madrid then I decided to support them"
I rmb going to my dad and pointing "who is that shiny forehead guy"
That guy was rio ferdinand
They probably retired before I was born lordy
Bryan robson??!
captain Marvel
My family are madridstas so I wanted to piss them off 😂 till I actually started watching games and getting more into football, I did fall in love with Barça
Woah now thats a legend
to be fair when i watched football, he is already past his prime.
Im gonna stop glazing
Still a baller
Just like me but me and my grandpa
I rmb watching fabio, rafael, carrick, fletcher, ferdinand, vidic, park ji sung, evra, tevez, rooney, rvp
🤣🤣
So glad I picked barca
We were in our prime
All I remember watching is Schick getting injured
It was amazing watching the games
What team? Barca?
But I don't remember anything
Yes
Messi was so op and good
Manchester City due to Robinho back then, I genuinely believed Robinho was going to be the best player of all time, when he joined City, I started watching them, then continued after he left.
Man, Robinho was the dream. Ever since then I just continued watching and growing with the club.
It was fun every el clasico, since my dad was a madridsta
I do live in Denmark.
Real fans cried when messi did that presentation
Same
W fan tbh
I was born in Stavanger, grew up in Stavanger. Same with my dad, my brothers. Viking is the team of the city, my family.
I was going to Viking games before I even had a passion for the sport. It's just part of my DNA.
I've lived in 2 other cities and adopted affection for teams there, gone to games. But there's only 1 team in my blood.

yeah uh supporting palace from australia
It’s a mixture of things,
Players like Theo Walcott, Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Özil me love football and in particular support the football club I used to love watching as a kid, I loved their style of play, the passion of the fans (when they aren’t delusional), the emblem and the fact that it was red, had a gun and was called Arsenal struck me as a kid to become a fan of them. Weird story I know
my older brother told me supporting midtable clubs is more fun since winning shit is 10x better
Although my bloodline supports Chelsea I was the one to break that
also cuz i liked playing as palace in fifa
It’s also the 2nd closest stadium to me
My mom ❤️
My dad is a huge chelsea fan
He used to even be a apart of a ultra group and even was apart of thr supporters club so yea I followed in his path
i support barcelona because of my dad and my grandfather, also because i lived in barca for a bit
I support city because we are very good
My Goat Aguero and My favourite colour sky blue in 2016
it's my local club 😁
my entire family
i was a madrid fan until i saw britt assombalonga play
changed my entire perspective on life
Well it does run in the family, but I mostly loved it because of the amazing atmosphere, plus the rivalry was huge at the time and the songs and chants are beautiful.
Jeremain Lens's free kick goal against Manu
And my own will
And supporters, being in every branch
i started loving wydad the day my dad took me to the stadium for the first time i was just a kid and had no idea what to expect but the moment we walked in and i heard the fans chanting loud and saw the team playing with so much heart i was just frozen taking it all in, my dad was next to me chanting smiling like a kid himself and from that moment wydad became my first love then one day we were just in the car and out of nowhere i said dima wydad because some chants were still stuck in my brain and my dad looked at me so happy like really proud and he reached in the back and gave me his old wydad jersey from 1992 that he kept all these years it felt like he passed something big to me and i never forgot that moment
my dad
same country
i like their kit
I started supporting wydad because of when i was kid i went to the stadium i loved the atmosphere and how the ultra support with big passion now I’m member in this ultra and part of the best ultra in the world
DIMA WYDAD🔴⚪️ WINNERS05
i remember i once asked my dad to buy me a milan kit when i was just a kid
well i didn't know milan had two different clubs either,
my dad brought me an inter kit
well since then i started liking this team and supporting them 😂 and i liked it as well since blue is my favourite colour looked better than red
I support my club because I live in the city
and when Messi joined, I was curious
so Messi didn't really make me fall in love with the club, but he triggered my interest for the club
Dad's club and local, been going since i was 3
So locally I support the New York Red Bulls. They are the closest team to me and I started following them in 2010. We used to get free tickets from the club and my dad would take me to the matches every once in awhile and I fell in love. By 2012 I became a season ticket holder and was going to almost EVERY home game. I still have season tickets to this day.
I started following Arsenal mainly because of Henry. I watched him at the red bulls and met him twice at a couple autograph events. I started watching his highlights with Arsenal and eventually finally watched an Arsenal match which was the FA Cup final against Aston Villa. Arsenal won 4-0 that game and since then I haven't stopped watching them.
I support Newcastle. I love the way they play football. Sure they didn’t win a lot of trophies before, but the team honestly improved a lot since then. Plus i go to college there and get free tickets. The psg game made me love the club even more.
well I think it all started with my family with my local team Gloria Buzau that was disbanded trought the years ups and downs grandpa a fan dad a fan me a fan and we face relegation and future disbanding too but it all started when my dad put a scarf of my team around my neck and said I am coming too I can t forget the day we promoted from the 3rd division not many people tuned in but since then I allways been there and allways be for them
Dad was a season ticket holder, I sometimes went to games until we moved to a different city
For Orlando it’s the closest pro team to me and for Napoli a mix of there being a Floridian Naples that I’ve been too, just liking them while watching Serie A, and FIFA video games
It started with my grandpa. He told me that Real Madrid had an exhibition match in Ecuador in 1961, and some of his friends at the time started picking European teams to support. Living in Quito at the time (He supports LDU Quito btw), he went down to Guayaquil just to watch them play, and fell in love with the team. The Real support then came to my uncle and then to me
For Swindon town, the first time I ever played FIFA in 2014 (i was 4), I randomly chose it, and during future manager career modes, I exams emotionally invested into the team to the point where I began rooting for them
im from western sydney but red is a disgusting colour and western sydney are scumbags so now every week i get to dress in my pretty little sky blue <3
we dont talk about the darker blue of chelsea we're in a bit of a toxic relationship rn
Support my local
I'm a player FC and because of my favourite player I support that club
Ok for this since I support arsenal from my dad it would be boring
However, I did live in Germany 5 years so I do support Wolfsburg
So this is how it goes
- 2008- My family move to Germany because of reasons I still don't know today
- We were originally meant to go to Hamburg. However, due to a deal arising quickly, we changed plans and went to Wolfsburg
- (for context I was 6 at the time) We got to our new home and packed away.
When driving from the airport, We drove past the Wolfsburg Arena. I devised a plan.
I documented all the surroundings from the airport to our home.
The next morning, I woke up at 5AM
4 hours to get there and back before at least one of my family members awake
I got there and took out a little camera my parents had packed
I took so many pictures (I don't have them today)
I continued this for days
Until 1 morning where a man was standing there
Looking at the stadium
At 1st he spoke German, I didn't know what to say.
Then he saw my arsenal shirt and started speaking English
Since then, every Saturday I went, I would see that man
He eventually invited me to a match,
I couldn't resist, matches are matches
It was against Hannover 96, our rivals
I went and loved the atmosphere,
Wolfsburg 2-1 Hannover
It was exactly one day before my birthday too
And then it was history
I enjoyed being at the games, twice a year
Both at home
One random team, the other always Hannover
In 2010, after the footballing season ended, I told Wolfsburg man that I was moving back to England
I then moved back, but promised to follow the club since
Question 6
Who do you think will be the top scorer at the Club World Cup?
dembele or mbappe, it could go both ways since mbappe recovered his form and dembele is on a ballon d'or season right now (also first)
Olise
Igor Jesus (or Pedro Neto perhaps)
Messi
Michael Olise
Nicolas JACKsen
Musiala, Bruno Henrique, and Igor Jesus

One of the players from Bayern Munich
Question 7
If you could attend one Club World Cup match, which one would it be?
I hoping to get to whatever knockout games will be at MetLife in the later stages since that’s not far from me. I’ll be on vacation when the final happens so that’s a definite out
Maybe if chelsea went to the final
Wydad ofc
MetLife looks to have both semi finals, the final, and a QF. The QF match is probably the one I’ll go too
If Miami somehow end up playing City i will sell all my assets to go and watch
final ?
Final ig
Any match featuring Chelsea

Any LAFC game but none of them are played in Rose Bowl 💔
What abt City vs Madrid R016
Possible
Obviously the final when the tickets come out
the final logically
Yeah but that wouldn’t be in NY if that happens. Thinking of the possibility of a great match close to me
Semi final
Real Madrid

Question 9
In your opinion, which tactical setup is most effective in modern football and why?
3-5-2 lmao
4-3-3 false 9 will always be my favourite
Generally I think 4-3-3 has been the most effective due to giving a lot of teams free flow and fast creation with lots of coverage defensively and lots of attacking options going forward.
It's probably 4-3-3
Objectively 4-3-3 is the right answer but I love 4-2-3-1 personally
4-3-3 it’s the one everyone uses the most in modern football
3-5-2 is great
But u need certain profiles in the wingbacks
3-4-3 system also is really a good choice but again same criteria
Even the top teams
THIS
Love my 4-2-3-1
Red Bulls have played it for years and top the league multiple times running that formation as a high pressing team. Great way to suffocate the other team in their half (until they break the press and counter)
Diego Simeone's park the bus (9-1-0). Frustrates opponents until the last second so they make a mistake and atleti score on counter.
(in reality though, I love the concept of 4-2-1-3, gives a lot of free flowing fluid football in my opinion)
0-0-10
4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1
flexibility and balance
4-3-3
4 3 3 with a false 9
4231 by far
4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1
I don't really think it matters. Referring to teams based on formations just feels very outdated these days.
A 3-5-2, 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, etc are just a base shape off the ball. All can look exactly the same in possession.
Effectiveness of teams is generally how you deal with transitions, how you are on the ball. Base shape off it isn't a massive deal, it just comes down to individuals performance.
4-3-3 is just the one that makes most sense
0-0-0
Fielding this formation guarantees an automatic 3-0 win
I don’t know why anyone hasn’t suggested it, amateurs
Any tactical setup is effective based on a particular gameplay. Formations aren't fixed, they keep transitioning to different formation throughout the gameplay, depending upon the situation
Probably 433, especially with 1 to 2 defensive midfielders and wingers that are allowed to drop back
4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 holding or attack
4-2-3-1 because of its flexibility and popularity among coaches these days
4-3-3 is the best as it's basically easier to control the game that way
There’s a dedicated channel called 433 for a reason
4-3-3 with a false 9
3-4-3 is way too offensive imo.
You need 3 world class defenders to make it work
3-2-4-1 is good too
but hard to make it functional
4-4-3 and false 9
or 4-3-3 holding
442 or 352 or 4231
It depends on the players mostly
I like 3-4-3.
Wingbacks with stamina that can contribute both defensively and offensviely.
as much as I seen is 3-5-2
4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1
4-6-0 try to score wıth corner or freekick or 4-5-1
3-5-2
Question 10
What’s one rival player you like, and what do you like about them?
Iliman ndiaye
rudiger, he does what it takes to win
Gotta be rice ngl
Haaland because he’s Miles Lewis Skelly’s dog
Victor johanson.
I cant name one player because it will be injustice to not name other players.
Man united defense for how much they have helped us win games
Rafa Silva because of his dribbling
Antoine Griezmann. Elite playmaker and intelligent. He knows how and when to find space, has exquisite passing ability. He’s also one of those ultra rare attackers that not only defend with effort, but also with skill
These 4
Or do u mean current?
Any works
Yh I hate everyone in their squad rn😂 just bale
I didn’t answer current either
As that would be none
He's got only a few games left in a Madrid shirt, but Luka Modric. Only likeable player and person in that club.
Was living in Qatar during the World Cup, watched him at the stadium in the QF vs Brazil. He was everywhere on that pitch. Leading by example. Proper legend.
Must have been a great experience watching that game
yeah... until I went on to watch the final on 18th Dec too 😭
Bro was present to watch history
Salutes
truly a once in a lifetime moment
Ivan Perisic
goat
3 4 3 is so versatile it's crazy
5-3-2 and 4-3-3
4-3-3 is very versatile
5-3-2 is very tactical
Wym very “tactical”?
Martin Ødegaard, probably because he's such a skilled midfielder
And maybe Mikel Merino or Declan Rice as well
I meant alot of tactic diversion
And its more tactic-based formation
4-3-3 relies more on the players
5-3-2 relies more on the managers approach
Vasquez I don't know what makes him so good
Bastoni strong defender
Generally just an incredible striker at his age
Mateo Lisica
raphinha because he’s brazillian
For Orlando, probably Messi lol
For obvious reasons
vitaly janelt
hes a good lad
And reece james, beast when hes fit
Kai Havertz
He gave us a UCL
Son. Hate spurs with a burning passion but Son is the only player I truly respect from that team. Has always been a down to earth type of guy and an excellent player. Wish he wasn’t still at Spurs!
Daiya Tono since he used to play for Frontale lol (he isn't a snake in case anyone wonders)
Modric, he's worldclass
kimmich is a very very very funny guy 😁
Boyd cuz he joined us
He cost you guys the league title I'm 2023-2024
But yeah I agree
Isak because he fails for his country
none of them they’re all tossers
actually ben osborn
because he was miles better for us than he’ll ever be for derby
None to be honest
Son
barella not just on fifa he allways made an impact on the game
All time i have 2: Andres Iniesta because he was so elegant on the ball; And Puyol because he is the definition of what a captain should be like. I have a lot of respect for him
Mo salah and how he can just changes his teams momentum with a shot on goal at any time
Muller, he has always been a nuisance against Messi. And also Courtios, it was fun seeing KDB smash the ball into the net against him 😆
We know exactly why we liked watching that💀😭
Ye 😂
Probably rooney
Di Maria, everything.
none
Afonso Sousa from Lech Poznań, he’s very good player on the ball
Question 11
What’s your favorite football kit of all time?
Brazil 2002
Inter 09/10
Utd: 98/99 home, Japan world cup 98 home
fc lorient 22/23 goalkeeper kit
Slight bias here but the Arsenal 05/06 has to be up there with one of the best, it’s my favourite cuz of how iconic and unique it is
Zidane WC 2006
Love 1980s liverpool, had few different kits, can't choose one
19/20 man u away
All Ac milan limited kits
Belgium 2018 home, I don't know why but it's actually pretty good
bristol city 93/94 away kit
Call me biased but they don't get better than these 2
hear me out on CSKA 21/22 second gk kit..
Ik its pretty specific but yes
also this torpedo kutaisi shirt, lovely. (from this szn)
For Arsenal: the O2 Kits. All of them are great. 05/06 is incredible.
For NY Red Bulls some of our more recent red kits have been nice
I believe that Arsenal's 06 07 home kit looks fire
Perfect hints of all colours and that accent of gold tops it all off
Kit i have
The best oat 4 me
Same
2016/17 Eskişehirspor home kit
It's not biased it's a fact
These are great aswell
Nigeria’s 2018 World Cup Home Kit
Argentina 2014 away kit
so basic
Correct answer is Bayern women's Lena Gercke Collab or st Pauli 3rd kit 😪👌
Scotland keeper shirt also kinda weirdly cute 🙈
Probably yoevil away kit 2004.
Our blackout away one from a few years ago
Any kit from Venezia is better then 99% of other clubs
Yooo😭🙏🏻 Wsp
dont know why but our third kit from last year looks really good imo
but not gonna lie, our away kit for the wc 2022 was also fire
Yooo
Question 12
Which round of 16 Club World Cup match are you most excited to watch?
probably PSG vs Inter Miami
Juventus vs Madrid (revenge)
flamengo vs bayern
psg v Miami
Bayern Munich vs flamengo
Benfica vs. Chelsea of course
Miami vs PSG. Ik Miami's chances of winning are near 0 but still I believe in miracles
I just wanna see Messi upsetting those Frenchies again
Benfica vs Chelsea
Psg v inter
Goat of goat will smack psg silly scoring triple hat tricks
Real vs Juventus. Justice for 2017 UCL final
Real vs Juve
Flamengo vs bayern will be insane. Brazilian vs european excellence 🔥🔥
PSG Inter Miami
Messi vs the champions of Europe
This the adidas keeper shirts from this past season? Really liked those
Botafogo vs Palmeiras
yess its a matchworn i got for maybe cheaper than a normal shirt
very proud of that one
City Al Hilal(bias)
Neutral wise Madrid Juve or Bayern Flamengo
Inter Fluminense, Flamengo Bayern
That’s awesome! I need a match worn shirt for my collection at some point
city al hilal
Palmeiras Botafogo is the only real match here
1-0 win to Palmeiras
Truly the best match of the tournament
Flamengo - Bayern
PSG vs Miami
RM Juve, others have it easy ngl
Palmeiras Botafogo if I was in the US, work kept me back 😭
I hope Flamengo well, but with the form Bayern's on 😔
I'd love to be proven wrong tho
Talks are still happening but no agreement yet
I'd love for you to be proven right
This has been overthrown
Benfica 1-4 Chelsea is now the best game of the tournament
PSG vs Inter Miami
psg vs inter miami
Question 13
Chelsea won big against Benfica after extra time last night, and they have also qualified for the UCL again next season. Do you feel they are finally close to being back and ready to compete for big trophies again?
no chance
nah
if they keep splashing 100m for wingers who have 5 goals per season, they arent going anywhere.
No
Sure but lock the fuck in, in the premier league for once man
Not yet but they are on the right path
Maybe by 26-27 they will be ready
they can compete but they aren’t winning
Not really, this ain't enough to prove anything. We'll actually come to know how far they can get in the next season
Nope not enough to give a conclusion on how good Chelsea really is
They are close to being back bit not yet there for the big trophies
And signing new players is good but it now leads to the team needing to bond with the new arrival and if there isn't chemistry in the team and the new signee the teammates will continue to make selfish decisions cause they don't trust each other
Which is already the issue currently
Maresca is rated fine
He is still new to the first team manager job so it's better to wait than make conclusions to quickly
No
Not really
No
nope
Buying 50 players and hoping 11 will be good is their Strategy, in past, clubs have tried it out and that won't hurt financially but to win EPL, it is not enough.
They're slowly coming back with UCL football next szn, but they'll still be far from winning big trophies imo
Slowly catching up but it won't be the season yet, probably in the next 2-3 years or so and also until they have a decent good board
UCL will help defo
I think they can easily get top 24
They’re closer than a couple years ago, but no
nope as long as the bald man is in charge
tbf that can end well sometimes
survvial in pl is different than winning the leage
got europe not long after
hell nah 💀
They were more of improving than surviving
hell no
no 😭
A'int no way brooo
This why most of yall teams not be winning trophies
you aint winning ucl cuz thats way too hard and other teams outside england and in england are better then you or prem what can you win thats a big trophy
Many teams outside England are better than about half of the teams in the Prem next season
Same with ur team so let's just call it even
Letuce dream😭
Yeah, definitely for sure
Question 14
How do you see the Club World Cup evolving in the future? Do you think it might be discontinued, gain more popularity, or even surpass other major tournaments?
It will be played but it won't be as popular as the other competitions
@brittle meadow
bad for the players who have overloaded calendars
they can play it but it will be treated like friendly cup
I think they'll expand it to 48 teams like in the World Cup, but the latter is still more popular though
Lol, this tournament is garbage, its pointless. All it does is devalues other tournaments. Now it's going to be held every 4 years, popular tourna like UCL will lose its value, so I don't see this as an official tournament. Also, it unnecessarily ruins the physicality of the players.
True
if FIFA keeps it the way it is now then it will be just another minor tournament for European clubs. But a few changes in qualification process and regular football seasons can make it next big thing after FIFA World Cup.
For non-european clubs, it is indeed a major tournament. They get to play against the best and gets a spotlight to show their potential.
It’s pointless.
Other then give high lvls of fatigue to players that are already fatigued.
(And money to fifa)
It’s just a glorified UCL light.
Other then brazilian teams, european teams dominate the competition.
This year as an example other then Palmeiras, we are in for an all european QF.
most of the time it's all top 4 league clubs in UCL round of 16
top 4 league and PSG
The exact same thing happens in the cwc
So what’s the point of the cwc ?
Probably just a tournament for small clubs to show them selves and young talent to shine
No tbh
It won’t be popular
how many games have been postponed or stopped?
being hosted in us makes it worse as less people watch football there
Not really, the qualification system just makes it boring, cause Chelsea got in because they won UCL but they fell off so hard, I think it should be 1-2 year qualification not 4 years, so many good teams (eg; Barca/Liverpool) didn’t get in because some club won a trophy 3 years ago and fell off, also the timing is meh too, overall I think it won’t ever become as big or even close to as the UCL
Just like nations league is slowly growing on us, itll grow in it's 5-6th iteration
Eventually lead to a player strike and having fifa change the format
It will gain popularity but will not surpass other major competitions. A few tweeks need to be made and this tournament can be even better
dissolved after this tournament
Yeah the Club World Cup will be revamped like the old Football Confederations Cup format 🥀
It’ll take a while before it ever has a chance of surpassing other comps, though I can see it surpassing national cups and Europa league in like 20 years if it continues. I doubt it gets discontinued until after there’s at least 3
maybe but not ın usa or some kınd of country must be played ın football countrys Spani england brasıl türkiye etc.
When I think about it...this seems like the Super League not 12 teams from Europe's elites but 32 teams which are the elites of their countries and or their continent
Will continue till 2033 minimum
After that lets see
Will depend on how good it is doing business wise beyond that
but till 2033 its existence is probably safe as they will probably use it as a test event for 2034 world cup & PR tool for the Saudi Arabian world cup
Discontinued but I agree with Scourge
The only thing it's good for is the money. It will lose interest, and be treated like a friendly tournament
Host it in europe and it’ll be instantly be better, less match delays, affordable for all fans and travel and with better weather players will perform
Question 15
What is one transfer you wish your club had been able to pull off but couldn’t?
Ianis Hagi or Blanuta.
Olise
Gyokeres
I guess for Bayern a couple seasons ago I would have loved Osimhen just got a long term striker
I don't really support a club but I badly wanted Messi to Man City
Zlatan
Kvaratskhelia if you count years ago
Qatar to buy man utd
I wonder does that count
We would have got rid of the medical team, replace a good medical team, fix the stadium, fix the training facilities
Good scouts
Good recruitments
Not hojlund, not sancho, not onana
Cherki
Everytime i see a Highlight of cherki doing something (js like this assist yesterday) i have to think about us having to Deal with this Terrorist brandt
Honestly my club can pull any player, but they just dont wanna come 😭
Fucking hell
Marco Rues 😭 i was so hopeful
aimar oroz last summer
Timo Werner. Luckily we have reignited interest and talks with him so I hope it goes well and we sign him
Mbappe instead of Dembele icl
Zinedane Zidane in 1996 and Mbappe in 2017
Eden Hazard
hard for me to say because dinamo doesn't really get any BIG players
but if i had to say most probably our attempts to keep Gvardiol or Dani Olmo
Victor Osimhen, I think we almost bought him back in the 2023 summer transfer window along with Samu as well
But sadly the negotiations collapsed
And Osimhen went to Turkey instead
Meanwhile, the Samu deal also collapsed and he moved to Porto instead
marmoush last season
in the summer
or gareth bale back in like 2009
its redundant scrape it, after a long season players need to rest and relax and yet they are thrown into another tournament to risk themselves from injuries and fatigue for the next season. other than world cup and the respective continent tournament, no player should be playing more competitive matches after a season has ended.
Do coaches count
Gyökeres or Luis Diaz to Everton
griezmann
a more recent one would be cherki last year
ousmane diomande
Cr17 soiiii
When solskjaer wanted to sign caicedo from the ecuadorian league
Heard barca had a chance to sign alavrez
For €22mil in 2021, chose ferran instead
Mbappe too but we got dembele instead
We tried getting the signatures of Messi (in 2011, 2013, and 2015). We also had the chance to sign Messi from Santos
Yes
I always wished for ancelotti to return to Milan, there were talks some years if I remember right not sure but that’s a personal wish for me
Question 16
Gonzalo García’s header against Juventus was beautiful. He now has 3 goals and 1 assist in 4 Club World Cup matches and could become the tournament’s top scorer. What do you think of his performances so far? Do you see him becoming a key part of the squad, maybe even starting alongside Mbappé?
Pau victor #2
No
Joselu
No but it would be better to bench or sell vini, mbappe lw and Garcia st
Wont be a starter
But can be a useful backup or super sub for sure
supersub likely
He is Joselu 2.0 💥
Give it like 2 more years and he can start regularly in league and domestic cups.
Project joselu frfr
Yes. He's been terrific. Our players basically have no rest until 2027 after the WC season so he should start at some games, even league games.
Players want rest but they also want to start every game. Can't have both with RM competing in everything. They need to rest and that means starting 11 changing often.
Xabi did play Schick-Boniface/Boniface-Tella or a 3-5-2 system at Bayer04.
Maybe, Gonzalo can do the same. Thing is off-ball position of this kid is really good, so he has had the opportunities and he has scored in them.
Castilla Talent!
theyre gonna forget about him by next week
