softlock when viewing certain ships

this seems to happen randomly but it persists even when i restart the game. whenever i try to view someone's game, it sometimes randomly decides to either freeze the game or simply not load the ship. the buttons don't load either, forcing me to close and reopen the game. the image displayed is the screen when i encounter this bug

Did you mean u were trying to view a replay? Does that happen everytime for the same replay or its just completely random?

when i click "view ship" on certain players' ships, the ships will fail to load and softlock me. it seems to randomly select ships, but it happens consistently even if i close and reopen PSS. the glitch seems to fix itself after a day or a few hours, although i'm not entirely sure if that's the case

when i encounter the bug again i'll try to send a screen recording of what happens

Same error when viewing from recent battles. Error: ArgumentOutOfRangeException.
Got this viewing my last battle on iOS, Steam and Web all trying to view the same player.

Also, this is likely related to the bugs where people don’t see an opponent in fleet wars. Both same error.

First video shows the error. Second video shows that first watching the replay and then viewing ship “resolves” this. Looks like an error in the asset loading.

same error when attempting to view a fleetmember's ship from the fleet roster page. just gives me the blank screen with the static background and no way to exit without closing the game entirely
