Sorry, to clarify, the NPC pirate ships that fly around the galaxy and drop voids and dust when you defeat them. The ones on like a 6 hour timer. They are not currently spawning.

Yeah i used to get pirate ships but now its giving me grey encounters from a lower level, its like the game thinks im hull 11 again
