We discovered an issue that prevented subscriptions from activating correctly after purchase. A fix is being rolled out shortly, and all users who already purchased a subscription will automatically receive VIP access.

I sent a message to [email protected] but I didn't get a response. Since the first day the game started, I was very excited. I had thought about buying some bux packs, but unfortunately the developers don't care if people are going to lose money with a transfer that causes problems in the game. I recommend that people who are going to spend money think very carefully about whether it's really worth spending money on a game that doesn't have support from the developers.

You can always ask for a refund through App Store if they investigate they may take game down which I would hate because I’m enjoying what I’m doing

I had even thought about buying other game packs, but I've already seen that I won't receive any kind of support from the developers.

I hear there is a bug patch today, if that doesn't fix it today, I'd try the discord support #in-game-support , that may help quicker, our CM's are awesome.
