The strange idiosyncrasies of how Thel interacts with Elly cards when jumping adds pointless complication and more pressure for players to use scripts when playing.
So what if Elly just drew a card for every 1 or 5 or whatever number stages skipped by Thel or Brev or something making it easy to to get full hand gem credit for Thell's & Brev's jumps.
No scripts or calculations or tailored favor numbers or briv boss skipping needed.

It is not so bad as it looks.
I am not using scripts, jumping to 164, reset 800, Briv 9j (never see bosses).
So as you can see on picture... getting gems at zones 350 560 770 and all 5 Elly cards included all the time because she gets all 5 cards before 350. Where is no gems lost, unless you jumping to boss zone - this is bad and you will lose a lot of gems.
1-350=70boses, 2712/70=39 gems/boss
355-560=42boses, 1512/42=36 gems/boss
565-770=42boses, 1572/42=37 gems/boss
575-790=4boses, 124/4=31 gems/boss
The REAL Elly bug is: she is not drawing ANY cards at all background/offline.

I'm sure you are talking about a briv with enough buff to jump enough to skip bosses where you have carefully set it to skip bosses as far as you can. If you just have a brev with 0-1 jumps, all this is meaningless
